Trump: If I lose, you will never see me again
Promise? I doubt it. His EGO is legendary taking "fake it til you make it" to a whole other level!!!

I’ve been thinking about starting Ratched. Saw a few clips recently. Its a bit gory at times but still I did enjoy the story line, how it unfolds and the visuals were awesome.

No I wouldn't although I do see it happen fairly often at one Safeway I shop at. I spoke to a cashier and she said it happens all the time. Its a bit of a downtrodden area with not a lot of employed people around.

Will Mother allow Pence to be on the same stage as a woman? Two women - I believe the moderator is also (gasp!!!!) a woman! Tough times for the sexist male.

I am a bit shocked to hear of these ongoing shortages. We (Vancouver, Canada) have not had shortages since the very beginning of covid and that was toilet paper, pasta, disinfectant and the like.

So, don't listen to the experts ...if they disagree with me they are lying.
Got it.

I have never understood the idea that because someone is a quick wit and glib conversationalist, a quality actor, good at catching/throwing/shooting/hitting/etc a ball, or writing/singing a song that we should pay any attention to them when they voice political opinions (whether it supports our leanings or not). Wasn't saying i was turning to him for medical advice. Just had impression he was a reasonable person who I enjoyed as a game show host. I was wrong. lol turns out he is a nut.

False. You are assuming facts not in evidence. Why did you state that it was about someone who had already tested positive? Is that the only way you can make your "logic" work? This applies to all, regardless of their status. It would thus be more analogous to prior restraint, where something is prevented merely because someone thinks it may be harmful or injurious to someone's interests. A lot of latitude is granted in matters of public health. That does not however indicate that such restrictions are not an infringement of rights, particularly for those who are not putting others at risk. We as a society generally accept such restrictions, and maybe that is a good thing overall, but it is still an unfair or unjust restriction on some. So, what happened to sacrificing for the common good. There are times when there are threats to society that are so grave, that some infringement on liberties is warranted. Now, I do not make that statement without trepid, but we need to consider the downside to the freedom we are asserting Seems a lot of Americans are just selfish and somewhat...delusional? its the only thing I can think of.

Yep, my Mom got one, or I did, as she died at the beginning of the year. Social Security knew it immediately. The administration? Obviously, not so much. It was a poorly thought out plan to begin with. Such a waste.

The accountant in my office said that his family is throwing a party for his mother's 80th birthday. Said there will be 50-60 people there. I asked him if they were TRYING to kill her? No kidding, what an irresponsible fool.

I understand why the border closing was done, but it's unfortunate. I have several clients who have been separated from their spouses or children since march. Not to worry, creative Americans have found a way in. Just pretend you are going to drive through to Alaska, then stop wherever the hell you want. Thanks guys.

[br Why not, the Republicans generalize about everyone who doesn’t support trump. My post stands, giving him the benefit of the doubt is debatable the first time. He is running on his record now. Vote him in again means you approve of his record While I agree with you that anybody who votes for Trump is voting for what Trump stands for, your post went from the general Republicans are awful to the specific Molly you are awful after she stated that a group of people should not be lumped as one entity. Oh and by the way, "the Republicans do it, so I can too" stance sounds like you are a petulant 2nd grader. According to the media, every event that Donald Trump has is a "rally", as opposed to Biden who has "campaign events". It's very divisive, as is most media coverage, and if anything, it's alienating voters who have legitimate concerns that Trump's economic policies seem to answer. Rather than expend so much time and energy bashing Trump, maybe the democrats need to better market their policies in order to sway voters. I'm not saying this to support Trump... I just think the Democrats strategy is horrible.

Its shocking isn't it? I've been dumbfounded, at a total loss of words because of what I have heard friends and family say. I thought I knew them. The worst was a dear friend I have know most of my life. Starting a sentence with "white lives matter too" " I know what happened to Floyd was wrong but..." There is no but and wow, some people just don't get it. I cant speak to them about this, about how sad I am to see the darkness in their hearts.

I often look around and wonder how people afford what they do. I'm assuming they finance everything and they are one of two missed paychecks away from disaster. I'll do me, they do them, and I'll just stay in my bubble. I totally agree, I've never had a car loan. I drive cars that are nice and whats special about them is they are paid for. Living beyond ones means just doesn't work for me.

Armed citizens isn't only for duck hunting. Do we need to defend our country from our government? I don't hunt and don't own a gun but thinking maybe we should all have guns for self defense. I hate the idea the president can send military to control citizens and stop protest. Before they were deployed to help with disasters not to attack us. Really, you are going to outshoot, outman the military? Wouldn't it be great if all the protesters had guns. Guns make everything better.

Not to say your vet is full of shit, but unless they actually found THC in the dog, I'd assume they are. Your dog is the third I have heard of recently with this type of diagnosis, yet no proof there was any cannabis product involved. And, edibles are so expensive, people don't just leave them laying around... It seems to be one of those "weed is the Devil's plant" attitudes and it seems to have hit vets for whatever reason. I would be more inclined to suggest your dog bit a toxic toad or ate a toxic plant. I have these small grape hyacinth in my yard. They are listed as non-toxic. But, my dog insisted on eating them when they were blooming and they would make him really lethargic and sick. Right. Who would throw that away.

Trump must have the religious votes.
Trump’s religious outreach marked his latest efforts in a series of overtures to mobilize conservative voters of faith, particularly the white evangelical Christians who are among his most loyal supporters

Lots of carbs! This is why they invented pasta, soups and casseroles. Lots of starch with just enough protein for flavour. Porridge instead of cereal. Good idea, and hide all the good stuff in your room.
