Hearing was rescheduled for tomorrow, online case docket says TFW is in medical lockdown. Not sure what conclusions to draw from that...caught a bug, tried to harm herself,... It's the stae of MO. They don't care if you caught a bug. I'd bet you $20 It's a psych hold. ETA: I take that back. My new bet is her fellow inmates found out why she was there and roughed her up pretty good. They don't play about people who hurt kids. It seems more likely than her hurting herself. Unless she was already doing so, she hasn't been there long enough to get to that point. If she was stupid and told the others or showed them her papers, that whooping would have occurred shortly thereafter. I am still not mature enough today, to care if she got her ass whooped in jail because other inmates learned somehow that she was there for abusing her children. |

I attempted to put myself in a better mood going to the thrift store. The gods took pity on me I found an amazing top from the 70s.
I also found a kitchy Christmas bell that will endlessly play carols. It says it has 11 songs. Couldn't fund it using Google image so I have no idea how old it is. It is at least my age I think.
Need to get a nine volt battery. DH is also curious if it works. He may regret it. 🤣
Then I did Aqua zumba at the Y.

Something I’m going to ask Mister about when he gets home…. I’ve noticed that when YD leaves, except for on weekends, there is always a corner of a sheet or blanket or whatever it is, hanging out in the hallway from underneath her door on the side where the doorknob is. I noticed it a couple of weeks ago, and it’s not there when she’s here and in her bedroom with the door closed. I am really just curious about what that’s about, given the consistent timing when it’s like that. And I want to know what Mister thinks or knows it means. I’m not sure what to think myself. I know some teens stuff towels around the bottom of their bedroom door if they are smoking weed or something in their bedrooms, but I don’t recall leaving part of the cloth hanging out of the door when they leave home. Last summer when I got up one morning, the common area end of my house and the garage was so funky with skunk smell, which smelled to me like the funky ass weed young people smoke these days, it just so happened that within a week before that, Mrs. T had told me there was a skunk somewhere around our houses, and a couple days after, DS and I were walking along a trail near a river and both smelled something. At the same time I said “somebody is smoking weed”, DS said “there’s a skunk somewhere nearby”. I’d never smelled a skunk and DS told me that’s why some people call certain kinds of weed “skunk”, because that’s what it smells like. If not for those 2 things just days before I smelled it in my house and it was so strong in the garage, I would’ve swore YD had been smoking weed. So I was very glad that the conversations made me think something different instead of accusing YD. But there have been several times since then that I’ve smelled that same smell in my house, but not as strong, and not at all in the garage. I haven’t mentioned it to Mister and I’m only mentioning it here now, because of my original question in my post. But even that doesn’t explain the effort to leave part of the sheet or blanket closed up in the door and hanging out into the hall when she leaves the house. Any ideas about what that might be about? If wonder if she is monitoring if anyone enters her room while she isn't there. If that corner of the sheet is moved or the sheet behind it moved in someway she would know someone entered. This was my immediate thought too. Way more probable than weed. |

Does she have a drug problem? She could be detoxing. or she’s contagious, something like Covid or flu. I'm hoping for inmates. |
