Secondly, we've had a negative net migration rate for about the last 10 years, except for a blip at the beginning of Trump's administration. "Net migration rate" means more people are leaving the country than coming here - so much for your 'green' flimflammery.

And if we're going to start kicking out the people based on their bad health habits, there's a shit load of obese rednecks addicted to mountain dew, and a second shit ton of rednecks addicted to meth that we can surely save a lot of healthcare bucks on, if we forcefully eject them.

And very sorry to have to tell you, but assuming asylum seekers from South America will be burdens on society due to higher healthcare needs, poor education and lack of jobs IS actually RACIST.

Again, I can lead you on a grand tour of a bunch of our trailer parks to point out a whole lot of home grown burdens on society who are poorly educated, unemployed, and with significant health issues, all of them 100% homegrown, none of them from South America.  But I do know a roofing crew that was 100% Hispanic, probably a good percentage of them illegals, who were willing to get out and roof our house in 90 plus degree weather, when none of the American contractors would even go up the ladder to give our contractor a quote.

Sure any group of human beings have the potential to reproduce but not sure what from the article makes it "plenty" from this group of people. No indication of a much of pregnant women.

What he says would be outrageous, but it's all for show. The caravan won't get to our border for weeks, if it gets there at all. The troops are going down there because it's 4 days before the election. The GOP is talking non stop about small pox and TB and ebola in the caravan because it's 4 days before the election. Trump won't shut up about big tent cities because it's four days before the election. As further proof this is nothing but an election ploy, Trump has been bitching that the synagogue shooting has 'derailed' the GOP momentum four days before the election.

Four days after the election, I'm betting the troops will quietly be on the way home, after having seen nothing more interesting than dirt, sand, random vegetation and maybe a fun honkey tonk in their off hours, because after the election, Trump will forget completely about this little bit of play acting for the base.

If u knew anything about the villages they come from..u would find homes painted and well kept, where the wife and children live during the year...the father is away but then comes home ...They don't mind the hard work that they do which is so important to our own way of life..and they have sent $ home for the families ….Slaves they are not.

“Anchor Baby” - I wouldn’t call the term racist but I’ll tell you right now that I have the utmost respect for a woman that does that for her child.
I know is impossible for a man to imagine being pregnant but you could at least try!
Imagine being pregnant, maybe in your third trimester and realizing that your child, the life that grows inside you doesn’t stand a chance at survival and a decent life if you don’t move somewhere where that is possible. I don’t see why Americans would hate his guts for abiding by the law and allowing these people to be processed. Maybe a small circle of small minded people will do that but what is 50 people out of 325 millions? 
Many of the “caravan” members asked for asylum in Mexico and they are being processed. About 2700 of them so far. There will be more of them before they reach our borders.
What are these “handouts” that everyone keeps talking about? Are they gettin hundreds of thousands or millions or billions of dollars that they shouldn’t?
You know that they are “illegal immigrants” not American rich people or corporations right?
If any of them was a presidential cronie I could see it happening but I doubt that any of them is

Are you saying they won’t be getting any financial assistance from taxpayers? No free food, medical, housing, schools? Because we aren’t taking care of our own citizens judging by what I see on the streets, especially our veterans. If they wanted asylum they’d have asked at the nearest American consulate. They want in, period.

First, let’s make this one clear: free food, medical, housing, schools.
Yes, to some extent. If we’d just process them(taking names and so on) and let them be then they’ll mostly fend for themselves.

Second: veterans vs immigrants
Funded by different things. There is an allocation on the budget small as it may be) for cases such as this, dedicated for whatever needs the immigration system has.

Third:YOU CANNOT ASK FOR ASYLUM AT A CONSULATE!  I had to make it bold so you pay attention to it.
Going to a consulate would mean applying for legal entry. To file for asylum one needs to present himself at a port of entry in US.
