There are also people who are genetically male but their Y chromosomes do not work. These are not women who were "born with a penis". The hormonal trigger needed to develop into a male fetus never happened. They are born female. Where do they go to the bathroom? ghr.nlm.nih.gov/condition/swyer-syndrome

People like to forget that some people are born not completely XX or XY, sure it's rare, but it does happen.

There are also people who have incomplete genitalia for one reason or another.

So, prior to entering public restrooms, I will be sure to flash my genitalia to the potty monitor, and keep a copy of my birth certificate on-hand so people can see that they match. Oh, but since my birth certificate only has my name, I guess I should carry a copy of my photo ID along with it, and a copy of my marriage ceritificate validating the change in last names. I'd wet myself before I got done with all that.

I was reading some stats on the WHO website - fun fact: nearly half of all human genetic abnormalities occur in the sex chromosome pairs. Because they are generally compatible with life, most never know.

Just have bathrooms with stalls with floor to ceiling walls, no urinals.
People can go in their own little cubical and do whatever freakish bathroom ritual they chose to observe in their own private space, and no one else gets to see what junk they have or don't have.
Too much time and political hot air wasted on this. Now tax payer money will get used up in stupid lawsuits, and all for nothing, other than some politicians getting to seize the limelight to strut and bray about how concerned they are about the national morals.
Enough with the national morals. We have bigger fish to fry. We have the debt, terrorists, jobless people, a rickety infrastructure, an immigration policy that needs to be reformed, and SSI that might run out. Let's focus on those things and forget about bogeymen in the bathrooms.

At least for folks over 18 years of age, and because photo IDs are required in many states to vote, why not a close-up shot of the card holder's genitals on the back of their state issued drivers licenses or ID cards? Just one more way of preventing massive voter and bathroom fraud.

Now the handicapped and caregivers are having trouble with which bathroom they can use. If a disabled girl age 14 for example needs to use the bathroom she must use the women's bathroom even if her father or other male caregiver is helping her so you will have more men in women's restrooms. Woman have been taking boys in the ladies room for ever some even over 4-5 so now if you have boys and girls you would need to take the boys in the mens room even if newborn and the girls to the ladies room leaving your newborn outside. Will the potty monitors check the gender of your newborn or can you dress them in drag so you can take them in either bathroom?

That's because these laws are doing more harm than good.
There are so many different types of people in the world that these just are the most stupid laws.
People that aren't born just female or male, disabled people, parents with children, a person that dresses more masculine, woman that don't look feminine.
ALSO, this law doesn't ACTUALLY prevent masculine people from entering a woman's restroom as transgender men that look like men will enter the woman's bathroom too.
ALSO if they start making people show their IDS the questionable fifteen year old won't have an id, the people that don't drive won't have an ID... I didn't have an ID until I was eighteen.
ALSO it doesn't keep transgender people all out if we have to ID either way because some transgender people will have their IDS changed gender. I was born with "woman parts" but my ID says male.
All this law is doing is requiring woman to look as feminine as they can to use the restroom or risk being ID'd which nobody should have to be IDd to go to the bathroom.
This isn't helping ANYONE.
What are we all going to have to start forcing woman to wear make up, do their hair in a nice long way, and wear skirts? Just so they 100 percent look like someone's idea of what a woman should look like...

The old guy manning the polls that demands to see your who-ha before your vote is totally legit. Make sure you give him a good look.

I've been in two Targets and not seen anything other than a men's room, a woman's room, and a family room as far as bathrooms go. No signs of any sort.

Maybe. In what state do you live? Probably not in the northeast or west coast though.

That's because these laws are doing more harm than good. Laws often do more harm then good. It is one of the reasons to allow more freedom rather then less. You might have intended harm to those you disagree with or unintended consequences to those you agree with.

Just so they 100 percent look like someone's idea of what a woman should look like... I was mistaken for a boy when I was 18. I was dressed in men's cut offs, my husband's shirt and flip flops and had short hair no make up. I let an elderly lady ahead of me in the store and she said "thanks sunny" I said "your welcome" in my high pitched female voice. I would love to see them enforce these unenforceable laws. Little prepubescent girls and boys running around in jeans and tee shirts no wallets or purses, no make up and hair styles that aren't distinctive. Potty monitors demanding they show birth certificates to use the bathroom will cause many accidents or hire perv potty monitors to strip them down outdoors before they are allowed to enter. Aids helping handicapped need to be watched so they don't use the bathroom they are in helping but leave the handicapped person out alone when they use their bathroom.

It kind of made me laugh at how sadly true some of this is for some people. They'll cry out about the top three but not say a word or care about the last ones. Of course, not for everyone but the top three seem to be their biggest complaints and biggest uproars.

Are we just writing insulting lies about those we disagree with now?

No, the fact is the first three have been cried out about and people are running around in protest.
Yet, do we see the outcry for the rest? Maybe, the last two.
But it's often people defending transgender and gays that are outcrying about the last two. It seems to me that the people that are outcrying about the first three are often not outcrying about the last two or any of the other ones.
-- This also wasn't writing "insulting lies" this is just the way society seems to be right now, they're crying out the first three but not crying out about the other ones.
"All transgender people want to kill children" really, hickle? That's what you're going to use to prove a point? This wasn't directed at any one set of people. It's saying that it's crazy that this is what people are trying to protect their children from where there's more serious things to protect children from that happen WAY MORE often than someone gay doing something to their children or a transgender person.
I however don't know the statistics on abortion but I think their's kids out their dying, already alive that are having to fear police, being shot by a mass shooter, not being fed, and yes have been molested in church...statistics show that's a bigger cry and more unsafe than being attacked by gays or transgender people but that seems to be the cry.
A child has a bigger chance of being molested at church than being molested in a bathroom.
The point of that post isn't direction at any one set of people like you felt the need to direct something at transgender people it's saying "Hey public open up your dang eyes and look at statistics and the world around you start shouting out about these things, that happen way more often to children."
You completely missed the point.
This wasn't directed at all Christians, or all Conservatives, or any certain class. It was directed at people that feel the need to shout out about protecting children from these things while failing to shout out about what statistics are showing to be the real issue.
You're the one that took it offensively toward yourself.
