Great episode. I think even better than the battle against the dead. Lost a couple of characters I really liked though. Disagree. They turned Daenerys mad in like 2 episodes. Jaime and Cersei’s deaths were awful. Clegane bowl was a disappointment. Arya turned coward for no reason. Whoever writes this show is obviously ready to do just about anything else. Agree on everything except Arya. It was too late for her to end the bloodshed by killing Cersei and she isn't motivated simply by revenge anymore, which I find refreshing. The writers D & D have already signed on with Star Wars. www.starwars.com/news/game-of-thrones-creators-david-benioff-and-d-b-weiss-to-write-and-produce-a-new-series-of-star-wars-films

Do we think D was only holding back on her madness because Jorah and Messandei were there for her? With both dead, she only has Tyrion and he's a recent addition to her life and a Lannister to boot.
I thought it was ridiculous that the one dragon was able to destroy everything and avoid all the bolts when they easily shot one before and the dragons were fairly blah in the Winterfell battle.

Ready for tonight! I have been avoiding reading many articles/social media threads about it. Too many people look up "leaked" spoilers and try to share them (I don't want any spoilers-- reactions from the cast, leaked stills/footage, nothing!). I am just prepared to be disappointed and realize there may be no happy endings (since it's GRRM and no character is safe). I may have to put off some work duties for a couple hours to watch right when it drops...
I know what I want to happen, but am sure that it won't, simply because I want it.

She's almost always had someone to reign in her most aggressive/violent tendencies. I can't say I was too shocked by last week. And Arya-- I don't think she became a coward at all. Even as single-minded as she has seemed with her list and murder at times, she's changed her mind more than once. (and with the library scene, she was probably dead-ass tired by then!) I thought it was a bit fitting for the Hound to turn her around, and for her to leave him to do his thing. She had already confirmed she'd "probably leave him for dead again" (even if joking) as they headed south.

I could never have guessed the ending. Just no way.

Never watched the show until two weeks ago when I was visiting my brother who is a big fan. So I watched the last three episodes.
I felt sorry for the dragon in last night's show.

I was trying to avoid spoilers until episode 5. After that, I was so annoyed by the crappy story telling this season, I went ahead and read some. I haven't seen the final episode yet, but from all the comments I have caught, the spoilers I read we're 100% correct.
