Adrift is worth seeing on the big screen. Don't think it will be as good in your living room. It needs a big ocean to capture the scope.

Saw Adrift yesterday. The ocean during that hurricane was scary! On a side note, I had to take a picture of my movie stub and send it to moviepass. This thing is kind of becoming a pain in the ass. If you want people to use a product it needs to be as user friendly as possible.

From the Movie Pass fan page. Incredibles 2 has two strobe light scenes that can cause epileptic reactions in some people. Some one is going to post when they show up in the movie.

I had a to get used to the clumsy sign in process and their app errors. I have more than got my money's worth for the annual subscription. I have had to pay 3 times when the app was down. I got on $5 Tuesday so I'm not out much. If I had to pay full price, I would not see the movie.
You can end your subscription anytime with a e-mail.

Friday The 13th - 1980 Kevin Bacon
those of us movie fans or fans of the Friday The 13th franchise. May {or May not} know the now famous Kevin Bacon was a camp counselor at Camp Crystal Lake. As mentioned before. when I first saw this horror movie. I was scared! However as time passes and we get older. We no longer feel the same when watching a childhood classic movie as an adult. The camp counselors are preparing this {what is supposed to be} beautiful camp site back to life for the summer season. But there is a killer on the loose. which the movie leads to the crazy small town ho-bo would be the killer. but NOPE! he gets killed. LOL The first episode is kind of funny now. maybe I can say it is more funny than scary? I still recommend the first episode. Definitely the first two episodes are great to see if you have never seen them or watching them again. Good Times!
Friday the 13th - 1980 Betsy Palmer
well, it's only fitting now. being that we recently had a Friday the 13th! LOL Great movie classic. 1980 this movie was scary! LOL. the age of being innocent! then the next few times watching this movie the intensity of being 100% scared. seemed to have die down. which sometimes this turned into a comedy! just was funny! However, currently, I will watch this first episode on the actual day when we have a Friday the 13th. Currently, the rule is. no horror movies before going to bed. the music alone is scary enough! LOL Mrs Voorhees! Kill them! kill them all! too funny! hey lady! what is your deal?

Red Sparrow - 2018 Jennifer Lawrence Russia Ukraine high ranking military uncle has an out the box thinking to get information from an enemy that he and his superiors wanted. He decided to set up and blackmail his young attractive niece to take on this mission task. this goes better then he expected. He decides to send his niece to a military training facility to be a whore. the school is mostly women with a few men. training is suppose to be how to be seductive and to get the target relaxed enough to provide the information needed. The sex scenes are just stupid? Jennifer is topless enough times. but nothing impressive to me? But I am not into total nudity. she looked so much better in her swim suit by the pool! LOL other then that of bad sex scenes and unattractive nudity. The story line is interesting with a kinda good ending.

I just added Adrift to my Netflix list. also I so very understand that there is a difference to see a movie on the big screen or even I-Max for a perfect enhancement viewing sensation movie experience!

I went to the World Film Festival the other day and saw The Etruscan Smile. Fantastic! It's a drama which was funny as hell! One of the best movies I've ever seen. "The Etruscan Smile" is based on the Spanish Best-seller La Sonrisa Etrusca by Jose Luis Sampedro. Cox takes the lead role as Rory, an elderly Scotsman as he travels to San Francisco seeking treatment to aid his terminal illness. Residing with his estranged stateside Son (Feild) throughout his treatment, Rory finds he feels more alive than ever as their relationship begins to grow and he builds a connection with his previously distant family thanks to his affection for his six-month-old grandson. Watched a foreign movie from the library called Parked. One of the stars was Colin Meaney. Emotional, tough, but well worth the journey watching it. It starts with Colin's character living out of his car in a Car park.
