Thanks.
Yeah, it was a generic Prozac. I really think everyone just got overzealous in weaning me.

Still not on meds. Need to do something on that.
Kids and DH are doing OK. Kids are still sharing a bedroom and we've stuffed all the extra living room furniture into C's room. So until Christmas is over, nothing is happening with paint for his room. The kids and I bought a tree last night. So that's done. Maybe 1/3 of Christmas shopping is done. Still need to wrap though.
My manager was being a jerk about my sick leave usage ate a little bit of crow. I don't have to bring in doctor's excuse slips when I'm going to actually doctor appointments. Just if I stay home sick.
I'm onto cleanup of my database at work. We put a bunch of misinformation into it to ease a problem with selecting vacation days for around 850 people for 2017. Once that's done, I need to return the data to to it's proper place. We're now done with the vacation stuff so I'm starting to fix. It's going to be fun, not.
DN#6 is now in a group home. She hates it there. She's got a smart phone but not her iphone. So we've chatted a bit via messenger. She's hoping for a pass to come home this weekend. Says she wants to see the kids and us.
L filed for divorce. Had bil served at work. BIL went to MIL and FIL's house to stay so they were present when things blew up the first 48 hours after he was serverd. BIL spent maybe 5 days in the psych ward after threatening to commit suicide by cop to L since she wasn't taking him back. He's supposed to be doing outpatient therapy during the day right now. I don't know how it's going. I'm trying not to ask L what's going on because he's not her problem. I'm not asking DN#6 because it shouldn't BE her problem (bil called her to 'say goodbye' or some such bullshit when L stopped taking his calls last weekend)
DH and I don't really think Bil is suicidal. We think he's depressed; stunned that L actually pulled the trigger and fighting desperately to maintain the status quo that lets him be married and irresponsible. He's promised to change in the past. He's said he'd get help. after about 3-5 weeks, he stops the meds, stops the therapy and goes back. He's not going to change if L takes him back and intellectually, she knows that.
DH and I get to host Christmas for his family this year. We do an open house type thing on Christmas Eve; I go to church to play in the handbell choir for midnight Mass; and then we're doing DH's family for opening of the gifts and brunch. I also have to be back at church for 10am Mass. We don't have enough bell ringers to cover for me. We're already going to be down 1 bell ringer at the 10am Mass. I don't know if DN#6 is coming to any of this. I don't know if BIL is coming to any of this. I don't expect L to come to any of this. I'm leaning towards no booze for the whole thing and brunch things I can make ahead and either serve cold/room temperature or in the oven.
My family usually gathers for Christmas the Sunday after Christmas. This year one of my nieces is leaving for India right after Christmas so we're going to my brother's on the 18th. I'm focusing on the fits I need for that gathering right now. Get them bought (mostly done, I think I need 2 gift cards and some cash) and wrapped.
Ok, I"m starting to ramble. Time to go.

Your family is like popcorn, exploding almost at random in sizzling oil. Whew. I remember years like that. So you're going to have 3 Christmas celebrations? But you're just about ready for the first one on the 18th. Making dishes in advance for Christmas Eve/day should work perfectly. Cheese strata. Lasagna rolls. Crackers/cheese/fruit/nuts. And heavy on the wine. You could ask L if she'd like to come by, so you'll know whether and when to expect her. And enjoy your kids enjoying Christmas. It goes so breathtakingly fast.

Called doctor and left message asking for zoloft. Made appointment for physical since I'm positive she's going to want to see me. I took the first opening they had (1-2-17) so I think she'll give me a two week low dose prescription until then.

We had my family celebration yesterday. It was fun but I was almost in tears on the way over there due to my reacting to dh. So yeah, it's time to go back on something.
It was good once we got there. Did gifts, pigged out on pizza and had others building the lego kits.
We set up cousins day at Olive Garden, talked about hair care with dd and 4 of her cousins with long and thick hair. Talked about the Dells in Feb. to celebrate mom's 75th bday.
