Not to nitpick or anything, be he won't be POTUS for nearly a month. No reason not to start early! Get your licks in now before he can even possibly do something right after taking office! You think so? Wow! Talk about being optimistic!

If a poster's threads bother you, the forum has a handy tool - it's called a "blocker". Instead of demanding that posters self-censor, why not just use it? win-win I'm not demanding anything. I'd ask you to provide proof of that but you are too busy being all angry and lashing out at people willy nilly. I think Dezi's subject are interesting and I like reading them. Why would I block them? GEL My anger stems from fear. Fear for the future of a young woman who cannot take care of herself. She will most likely outlive me and her father. At which point her welfare will be at the mercy of a society who demonstrated that it does not care about the most vulnerable among us.

Only if we can auto censor something that is true too that is less important like Trump won more counties. She won the popular vote. As some like to post, get over it. But the counties are "more important" than the illegal votes in just a couple of high population, sanctuary cities, without voter ID. "Illegal" votes? The only documented illegal votes were voters who voted for Trump twice. "Just a couple" = NY, San Franciso, LA, Seattle, Chicago, Baltimore, Oakland, Providence, Santa Fe, Denver, Washington DC. and more

However, that's not an excuse for me and it's not one for you either.
I share most of your concerns for the future of the American people. Keep in mind that others, too, may be suffering from your same concerns and worries. Lashing out at one another doesn't not make things better. It makes them worse.
I will keep your family in my thoughts and in my prayers and hope for a holiday season you can all enjoy together. I mean that from the bottom of my heart.

I'm a conservative and I've had nothing but fear for the last 8 years. I just chose not to channeling it into constant whining and bitching on the boards. Yes, I could block those annoying People but truth be told, the over-the-top anger cracks me up

If you voted for Trump, all of your words are empty meaningless rhetoric. If you did not, then thank you. I'd prefer a competent president over "thoughts,, prayers and hope"

National security is a huge fear of mine. Bleeding hearts wanting to take in people who hate us causes me fear. Creating a nation of people who can't even function because their side causes me great fear for our future.

National security is far down the list of what concerns me, but to the extent that it does, I am more concerned with those "Amurricans" who are already here than anyone who might be coming in.

What specific national security concerns did Obama raise for you? I find us quite secure.
What people are the bleeding hearts bringing in that hate us? Last time I checked the vetting process for refugee immigrants was quite severe.
I don't quite get part 3.

True, and the same basic reason I said at the time that GWB was a much greater threat to world peace than was Saddam Hussein. Hussein was indeed a madman, but only on a regional scale. Bush had the power to impact us on a global scale. Trump will not only have the power, but apparently the inclination as well.

Our nation is about as secure as the DNC server. What is the estimate of illegals entering the county each year? 700,000? How does that equal secure?

Sorry, I'm in my phone and typing quickly Point 3 is the sissification of our country. People need coloring books, pony rides and safe places because their candidate loses? Good god people, get a grip! There is no way to fully vet refugees coming over. The FBI admits that. Not to mention because the morons don't want to secure our boarders we have millions of people in our country. Or are you going to tell me we somehow vetted illegals?

I don't get it either. I've worked in ESL (English as a Second Language) classes with refugee immigrants. They'd work in menial jobs in the day and crowd into class at night. Their desire to learn English was so strong. One woman was a physician in her country, but here she worked as a nurse's aid. Hoping to learn English well enough to take the board exams. Another slept on a sofa, worked two jobs and was saving money to bring his family. They were all different nationalities, united in their drive to learn English. The class was always full with a waiting list. Those students loved the idea of the American dream. They wanted the American dream for themselves.

Well I have a special needs child and I think your fears of your grandchild are crazy over-the-top. But you sure as hell are angry over them And I'm sure the majority of refugees do want a better life. But you can't be dumb enough to not know that some of those refugees hate america and want to hurt as many of us as they can

Crappy border security?
The last time I crossed the border (last June), our car and trailer were searched for illegal fruits and vegetables. They confiscated a couple of tomatoes and a bunch of grapes. I doubt I could have snuck in an illegal if I couldn't even smuggle in a couple of tomatoes.

Yeah......we're hell on those fruits and veggies. 700,00 illegals? Not so much. But....we can deport the same dude 20 times and count him as 20 deportations instead of one guy getting deported 20 times.....cause he kept getting back in!

American business interests have been feasting on illegal immigrants since forever. Those businesses must all be owned by "bleeding hearts".
In the meantime, net illegal immigration is close to zero right now, probably the best balance ever. Obama has deported more illegals than the last 4 conservative presidents combined.
I guess if some immigrant that "hates us" is willing to go through the extensive vetting process and is able to hide terrorist leanings the FBI should do a better job.
As for the sissification of America. I'm getting a chuckle over that. I live in Seattle, as liberal as it gets. I don't see that. Nobody I know rode a pony, got a coloring book out, or developed a safe space. What I did see is 2 of my nieces throwing a post election party to raise money for the ACLU do to the fear they feel about your candidate. Over $3000! It was a lot of fun.

The one's returning home last couple of years are retired illegals going home to live high on the hog.

They have been picking the fruits and vegetables here in Washington for as long as I can remember and are a necessary part of the eastern Washington economy. Ask any grower.
Perhaps all those trump voters age 18-25 that are unemployed should give it a whirl. Then Trump could crow about American job creation.

It does seem to happen to American citizens rather than illegal aliens
