how much delay he is allowed is up to the judge.  there is at least one judge, maybe two, that will have nothing to do with it.  in fact, i would guess one judge will accelerate his prosecution.

Mitch is likely having TIAs. He has atrial fibrillation and is on anticoagulants. After that, unless he has significant blockage of his carotid arteries, there is little more that can be done. The only other possibility is that he is having absence seizures. And he has seen a doctor. The doctor said that these events were due to "dehydration"

“A wall from sea to shining sea is the most expensive and least effective way to do border security.”
