I don’t know about other women, but when a guy calls me a bitch, it makes me laugh, because I know I got under his skin for failing to be a docile/obedient/fawning 1950’s type woman. Bitch has become almost a badge of honor.

I have a magnet on my fridge that says ‘I may have run roughshod over his pride and feelings - but I got my 10,000 steps.’ It’s kind of my motto.

I have a feeling I’m not the only voting age woman in the US who feels that way.

The linked article claims this is becoming an election between the men’s candidate and the women’s candidate. I think it could be described more as the candidate who wants all American women to be 1950’s stepford clones vs the candidate who doesn’t want that.

supposedly, Trump’s team got word that the officials in Bozeman were going to seize his plane to try to get the money he still owed from his 2020 campaign stops, so they diverted to the Billings airport instead.

Can’t find that in an ‘official’ news source but did find this: Trump owes over 840,000 to a bunch of municipalities and airports for extra security, etc. Routinely does not pay these kinds of expenses. Does not list them as debts in his campaign financial documents.

Former Los Angeles city councilman and California state Sen. Nate Holden said Friday that he was with former President Donald Trump in the helicopter ride that made an emergency landing, despite Trump saying it was former San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown.

“Willie is the short Black guy living in San Francisco,” Holden said in an interview with Politico late Friday. “I’m a tall Black guy living in Los Angeles.”

Former President Trump is setting off alarms among critics as he pushes the claim that Vice President Harris’s ascent to become the Democratic nominee is somehow unconstitutional, with some warning he could be laying the groundwork to contest an electoral defeat as he did in 2020.

Trump has repeatedly sought to cast Harris replacing President Biden as the Democratic nominee as nefarious, likening it to a “coup” and in recent days claiming it may be unconstitutional because she was not atop the ballot in the primary process.

Biden and other Democrats, as well as some Republican Trump critics, have suggested the former president’s rhetoric is intended to cast doubt on November’s results should Harris prevail.

“We know one thing for sure. Trump never loses. And so if he’s not the winner of 2024 as in 2020, it must be because he was treated unfairly, yet again,” former Trump national security adviser John Bolton said on CNN.

“This is why people need to start thinking more now about how to deny Trump the ability the day after the election, if he loses, to try and throw the process into chaos again,” Bolton added.

Biden announced July 21 he would not seek reelection. Democrats quickly rallied behind Harris, who this week was officially certified as the party’s nominee following delegate voting.

Trump, who was leading Biden in the polls and appeared on track for victory in November, has repeatedly said the president was forced out and called it a “coup.” More recently, he has questioned whether Democrats replacing Biden with Harris somehow violated the Constitution, particularly after recent polls show Harris closing in on him.

In a Truth Social post this week, Trump claimed Biden’s presidency was “Unconstitutionally STOLEN from him.”

As I said before, Fopa's helicopter ride was with Jerry Brown (former CA governor) NOT Willie Brown (former SF mayor). There also was never any risk of a crash.

He may want to retake that cognitive test - with words he has not rehearsed a full week before taking that.  test

Several prominent Democratic figures are set to speak at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago this month, two sources familiar with the plans told NBC News.



President Joe Biden, former presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton have been confirmed as speakers at the convention. Obama and the Clintons delivered speeches during the 2020 DNC, which was largely held virtually to prevent the spread of Covid-19 amid the pandemic.



A source familiar said that former President Jimmy Carter’s grandson Jason Carter is also confirmed to be speaking as a representative for his grandfather.

This is making his own campaign crazy. He needs to go after Harris and keep hammering inflation and immigration, since these are things he can get traction on. Instead he is fixated on crowd size and petty name calling.

And of course, his campaign staff can’t steer him back on track. Trump is gonna be Trump, even as he drives off a cliff.

I said it back in 2020 being president to him is the ultimate popularity contest.

Hence even with winning tye electoral college he bitched Hillary got the popular vote.

The man needs to be worshipped.

I bet he is seething over Kamalas popularity and the traction she's getting.

He can't use she's old like he counted on with Biden. Can't use a birth certificate like Obama. Can't trot out all the women her husband sexually harassed like Clinton.

He may actually have to run on issues. He is now the demented old part in the race.

I wish Ginni Thomas would be charged with elder abuse re Trump. If the multiple books and authors I read are accurate, Ginni Thomas would wind up Trump by telling him he had disloyal people in his ranks and he should try to get rid of them. I've learned in offices I have worked in this is usual behavior for someone capable of working in a higher position, but who would rather stay lower and mess around with people's lives because they find it amusing to manipulate them.

She is roughly eleven years younger than Trump, being born in 1957.
