This is exactly what I'm worried about. No good comes of me reporting this. DH and I are discussing getting a lawyer just to be proactive. Don't wait. I think you should contact a lawyer now. All states are different but I'd want to find out if you can legally record your conversations without the supervisor's knowledge. If you can't, are any of your meetings virtual so that the actual content can be documented? Call Employment lawyers now and get consults. Do not wait. Try to catch them before Christmas break.

My thought was that the supervisor might rein herself in a bit if she knows she’s being recorded. If it comes down to a lawsuit you might be able to subpoena the in house recordings Washington is a two party consent state, for our information. Hugs Chloe. This situation would drive me absolutely bonkers.

I hate people. I have been after this insured to get me renewal information for weeks and they've been ignoring me. Today they finally give me about 60% of the information I need. I sent an email asking a bunch of questions. I got an email back. The answer is yes. WTF?!?!?! What doea that mean?! They weren't all yes or no questions! And! They decided to haul cattle. I don’t know if this is new or not since I inherited this account from someone else. Live animals are usually excluded and I have to go to a specialty market to get it. These people don't pay their bills as it is. I really don't want to have to chase them on behalf of two companies. I was just going to put it with Progressive and let them chase them. Their previous Progressive policy lapsed and they owe them money. I just can't. I am both sorry you’re struggling with this account, and charmed to have this bit of randomness in my day

This situation would drive me absolutely bonkers. I would not count on it. She probably has documented things about Chloe that are marginal but might stick with the school district if she has fooled them and consolidated her power. Questions for me since I have never lived in WA state, is how big is the school district? Who is above her? What is the current political climate in the town and county that she works. Some horrible repressive crap is happening in various school districts in NJ now.

I fill in what I know and ask them to fill in the gaps. For commodities hauled they put 100% cattle and 100% sand/gravel. Huh? I asked for a percentage breakdown of their operations. They said the truck only hauls sand/gravel, and the other truck only hauls cattle. What?! That's not what I asked for. So I asked it in 2 parts. 1. What percentage of your loads are cattle. 2. What percentage of your loads are sand/gravel. I got the same answer. One truck hauls sand/gravel and one hauls cattle. Can I just quit my job already? Can you refuse to insure them unless they meet some underwriting minimums?

Because DQ posted a Pottery Barn link now I have to get her back. Behold, Maggie's socks! I may try these socks if incoming work boot attempt #3 looks like a keeper. Has not arrived yet. maggiesorganics.com/organic-snuggle-socks/They run small for me, but I have a large frame and am more muscular than the average woman my size. I wear the Unisex size L and most of my shoes now are women's 9 to 9.5 .

I can't get this producer to return a phone call or email. He's been copied on everything, so he can see my struggle with them. He just seems not to care. If he doesn't care, neither do I then. I'll send what I have to the incumbent and won't take it to market. If they don't get a good rate, they should have done what I asked months ago when they were ignoring me.

We are about ready to go. Still have to get dressed and the suitcases in the truck. One for DD and my clothing to be checked, the other meds, computer, and odds and ends which will be carried on.
I bought a different purse, roomy, but not heavy like the other I had. I was so heavy on its own and they would have to take it apart to run through the scanner. This one is leather too but not so thick.
Boarding prices printed out, Ozempic packed in carry on. Hubs is ready.
I have cleaned and picked up. It's neat in here, so its good. I intend to clean really well when I get home. Fridge cleaned out, extra veggies to the Blessing boxes, leftovers dumped. Laundry done, he can do our jams, we take off when changing clothes and make up DD's bed, with clean bedding.
We are stopping to grab some sandwiches on the way, I cleaned the stove top and the grids are in the dishwasher.
Have two or three items to hang up from the dryer.
I have kept busy but not that bad this time, think I'm getting better at it. I I forget something will just buy it.
DD's red shoes didn't come, no surprise. I would be surprised if we ever get them.
Ok, time to get my makeup on, will put clothes on last. DD is excited, had her clothes on early this morning after her bath and got mad because we made her take them off.

I hope you have a good raincoat. It is warm, but very wet out. Yesterday it was 49° here, so south of SEA was likely 5° higher, if not more.

SVU kicked over to Premier League soccer coverage. I like Premier League, but it's shitty background noise while I'm trying to work. I pulled up the guide to put something else on, and never made it past PBS in the grid - it's a 60s music showcase. current song is "Kicks" by Paul Revere and the Raiders. I'll crank through this to-do list in no time with good music and seat dancing! lol..

Carrot has a dentist appointment so I get to leave early...thank God. I want to go home, drink a gallon of Nyquil and pass out on the couch. It's definitely frozen pizza night.

Incorrect answer answered by one: who is Will Rogers I saw that. I almost fell off the sofa at the wrong answer. I think Will lived beyond 14. But I’m not under the pressure contestants are so I tried not to pass judgement.

I slept well and got up with good intentions. The same ones my mother said the road to hell was paved with, so I got exactly TWO chapters done of the college years, made a wine run to Aldi, ate lunch and played mindless computer games. Tomorrow leaves me no option but to find my get-up-and-do-it gizmo so the bathrooms get cleaned, one or two loads of laundry happen, and most of this book section actually happens too. Saturday is farmer's market, possible late-day severe weather, and I'm making a good recipe - chicken thighs braised with fire-roasted tomatoes, cannelli beans, and spinach. Of course, copious amounts of onion and garlic are involved too

This is an interesting factoid from the 'net It is common for many winning racehorses to sire 300 plus foals, as people are often eager to get the next champion. For example, the legendary Secretariat sired a total of 663 foals. After retiring from racing on April 10, 1940, Seabiscuit lived at stud Ridgewood Ranch in Willits, California. However, during his life, Seabiscuit only sired 108 foals. Out of all of his offspring, two horses, Sea Sovereign and Sea Swallow, were moderately successful racehorses.Ironically, Secretariat sired relatively few winners himself and certainly nothing that measured up to his superstar status. Genetics, nutrition and training all play a role in success in every equine sport, but nothing can predict what animal will have that indefinable "it" factor that makes a legend. Some call it "heart" and you can't breed it, only pray you recognize it when it's there.

Ugh. I can't find DD2s cat. I think she got closed in a room, or someplace, when the police were here, last night. I keep hearing her crying, I think. But the second she hears me up, looking for her, she's quiet as a church mouse. I've looked everywhere and called her, 4-5 times today. Nothing. All the bedrooms doors and closets are open, so she shouldn't be trapped in a room. But then, why can't I find her (haven't seen her)? And why do I keep hearing her crying?
I barely have the strength to walk out of the bedroom, much less, keep looking through this whole house, a billion times, looking for a cat who could be anywhere (inside).
I keep thinking, she'll come out, when she's ready. But why is she crying, for hours on end, like she's locked in a room or something?
Cats can be such strange creatures.
Any suggestions?
I think she must be in the basement (where her food and water are), or in the garage. But if she wants out, why doesn't she come out, when I open the door? I call her and look for her? She's not afraid of me. Or me, of her. Weird. And why does she keep going to silent mode, when I'm looking for her, then start crying again, the minute, I lay back down, in bed? She and I are the only ones in the house. And have been the only ones, for a week now. Maybe she just misses her family? Is that possible?
I'll go down and check to be sure she's been eating and drinking. Then I'll know she's likely okay, somewhere.
Cats!

If you suspect she might be in the basement (for example) do you have her bedding you could put out in the basement where she might recognize her own scent? How about her litter box? Make sure it is scooped out of crap. If you then find the litter disturbed you will know she isn't locked up some where.

I could go with nephew to concert but that doesn't solve problem of me being home to get Christmas things done like getting the tree decorated.
I came to this local boutique to pick up my stuff and they were closed. There was a sign that said back in 10 minutes so I'm waiting. I hope the person just ran across the street to get food or something. Otherwise I've wasted over a hour of my time tonight when it's precious.

Secretariats first foal was born to an Appaloosa mare just a few miles from my house. I was only 4 so don't remember it, but our small town was crawling with news reporters when that happened.. First Secretary couldn't race himself due to a late birthday but he was pretty sought after as a stud in Appaloosa racing.

toomuchreality is there a chance that she is locked in a cupboard or the attic. My cat does that too, you are looking for her and calling her and she goes silent. ETA: Is there any chance she slipped outside when the police where there and is meowing at a door somewhere.
