Ugh. FL condo is way more trouble than it’s worth rn. They lost the HOA fee check I mailed, dragged their feet waiting for mysterious closing documents to appear when all they needed was the publicly recorded deed, are now requesting late fees. Not impressed with the management company.

Not impressed with the management company. I wouldn't be impressed either. And I probably wouldn't pay any additional fees either, if I knew it wasn't my fault. I would challenge them on that.

Trying to figure out what to do with the leftover rotisserie chicken for dinner tonight. So far, butter chicken is winning, but not hung Ho about this idea.

Gwen HAD to have the Ugg tasman slippers. Those things are sold out almost everywhere. It's the one thing she really wants. I finally found them at Journey in a men's size 8 which should fit her. if I can almost wear a size 8 in men's she should defintely. Everything says they run small so go a size or two up which that would be the equivalent in women's. I'll keep the reciept just in case. I'm glad you found some!

I can't think of the name... it's a white sauce with cheese, you serve over noodles. I think it starts with an f. Sometimes people put chicken in it. I love pasta dishes.

I love using shredded chicken, broccoli and shredded cheese (or the frozen broc/chz bags if I'm being lazy). if I bake a full russet, I follow Alton Brown's method of piercing the spud and roasting straight on the center rack. they cook perfectly.

They waived the late fees and I will go ahead and mail Oct-Nov-Dec with tracking. I hate that there’s a missing check floating around there somewhere…maybe Fidelity will let me put a stop payment on it after I get the account up to date and take care of millions of other to do list items…so basically never Still think the lawyer is ridiculous though. Who TF transfers a property into someone’s name and doesn’t bother to give them a heads up?

I usually do chicken and broccoli stir fry, sometimes chicken soup esp if you saved the carcass. Although now I want fettuccine alfredo (This is bizarre…I’ve always been freakishly good at spelling and now all of a sudden I’m not. Stupid aging.)

Went to sit in my office chair and the air shock decided to die. I will be looking for a new chair as my stand in is a folding chair. Luckily, there is a cushioned seat.
Picked up all the trash that I could find from the bears stealing garbage. The side of my yard looks much better.
I need to get a few things done inside the house today so I will work on emptying boxes and actually putting stuff away.

Good morning, industrious invisipeeps, making form and function out of chaos. Welcome to Friday again. I hope this day offers you respite from thankless toil but rewards you in any way that pleases you, including ice cream if you will. Yesterday kind of got lost in the shuffle. It turned out the DD's provider, an NP, was backed up and she and therefore I waited for an hour and a half for her appointment. I did manage to snag some 5 x 7 sleeves for the cards DH has made, for tomorrow. And got the kitchen cleaned again. DH spilled some Rice Krispies on the stove top, so need to clean that up. Some days are like that. He'd do it, but I might as well. I did get the cover on the a/c. I see so much to get organized before next Thursday. One side benefit of hosting a holiday is it forces me to get Stuff cleaned up, which I otherwise let slide. Today will be warm, broaching 60, with rain probably tonight. Foggy right now, will see if that's still the case when we are down at the beach. This was yesterday's dawn: finnime - There are many days that your pictures make my morning and I want to officially thank you for that.

We are starting our Gotham watching but I need my shower, won't take long.
I ate quite a bit of potato salad, it was good but will be much better tomorrow when the flavors blend. Hubs had it with 2 hot dogs. Yes, DD had another awful McD's cheeseburger. How can she like those things? Thankfully she take a multi vitamin daily also. At least she ate a lot of salad yesterday so she got veggies than.
It feels really cold in here too. I need to check the filter, been summer since I changed it so it could be pretty dirty. Trying to remember if I changed it after hubs remodeled downstairs. Will check tomorrow. It is also 54 out and the humidity outside is only 19%, its actually 52% in here, likely from boiling potatoes and eggs, so the warmer it is outside the less warm it feels in here. I need to get my hot shower and that will help, also close the curtains behind me.
We had a bit of drizzle this morning, but not enough for anything.
Hubs is in a good mood. Me, I'm waiting on his test this week, I'm trying to be very positive and not worried. He is to get it Wed, I'm betting the results are in his portal that evening or the next day. I just want him to be ok and be with me a long time. So here's hoping. I think he is a good guy, but you never know what can happen. I think of the neighbor lady, she was shocked too. Surely you could sense something is wrong and it would not be a complete surprise, but I am not sure. At this point though, I'm not worrying about that part.
I think I'm going to let DD dress in her red and white Sunday, so its' Xmas, who cares. She has her hair cut nicely and should look ok. I wish I had her some red and white shoes, going to see if I can find her some.

whoo.....I'm a hot blubbering mess right now. I just finished watching a 2014 movie with Shirley MacLaine and Christopher Plummer that popped up as a free one on the home page on my Fire TV when I gave up on work today. I CP, so I was definitely gonna watch it this weekend. she was an artsy airhead, he was a grumpy curmudgeon, and they fell in love. and if you love either of these actors, please watch it. now I'm gonna watch the news and calm my ass down. tonight will not be a late night. both pups are out cold. Punk went to daycare again, and LD is secure knowing she's home.

Y'all know that I don't do much in the way of meds, prescriptions or OTC. BUT, after 3-4 nights of sleeping maybe 4 hours max with intermittent coughing spasms that water and cough drops don't help, I went to the pharmacy window at the grocery today and begged for help. This angel pharmacist woman came out and helped me find an OTC cough suppressant that won't be a problem with my blood pressure, won't cause undue sleepiness if used in the daytime (so I can't drive), and doesn't contain stuff I don't need like Tylenol. I'm semi-hopeful it will help. She also suggested I rotate my daily Allegra with Zyrtec to see if I get additional benefits.

Since I'm flying solo tonight I decided to stop by the tattoo parlor I go to to get an appointment for my 40th birthday tattoo.
They had an opening for tomorrow! Glad I walked in.
It'd going to be part of a lullaby my mom wrote for me when I was a baby. In her handwriting.
I joked to DH that now her and grandma (her mom) can Duke it out on my back for all eternity since both their handwriting is going to be on.my back.

Made our monthly run to a larger grocery store in our area that is part of the Safeway corporation and I hoped to get 2 chicken leg quarters there so we were spared a trip to Whole Foods which is horrific at best and even worse during the pre-holiday season. A sweetheart of a man in the meat department said they no longer offer leg quarters except in 10-lb frozen bags. Nope, that won't work so we have to hit up Whole Foods this weekend. Oh joy.

meh. I made a box of Kraft dinner and poured it into a soup mug. LD is still out cold, Punk has woken up enough to be a drunk toddler fighting sleep, and she's quite vocal tonight while laying on the floor. I also checked on the old S6 I plugged in when I got home earlier, hoping I can use the wifi connection to have a full screen to respond to FB messages. but I got a solid kick in the gut when I saw the initial lock screen of a fully shitfaced pic of AZ and myself from very late Super Bowl night on the boat. hey, 2019! whooo........didn't need that tonight. that phone is hanging out on the counter tonight, I'll fuck with it in the am, I'm turning this laptop off for the night. have a good one, kids.

I found a Wizard of Oz Dorothy nutcracker.
I got her for $9! She didnt have a store price tag just the tag from whereever she was before that. They decided to honor the price.
Yay for me! She is missing her basket and toto but I bet I can replace those by searching in the doll section of Hobby

I got an insulated tumbler stuffed full of candy when I checked into the hotel tonight. Supposedly a gift for staying all season there. Getting dinner and a stop by the grocery store to get the last bits for tomorrow.

Stumbled across a guy on YouTube that does Disney songs. His name is Geoff Castellucci
Listening to him do Hellfire from Hunchbank.
Holy crap he's amazing!
That's always been one of my favorites. That movie came out when I was a teen. I understood the hypocrisy song and the point it was making about piety.
So wonderfully dark. Wish they'd left out the gargoyles and embraced the darkness fully but I get it. It's Disney they wanted it kid friendly.

Made my first car payment today. It's not due until 12/18, but I have a plan. Since interest rates are so high I'm just going to overpay it so I can pay it off faster. I'm going to pay $250 every 2 weeks when I get paid. I'll check interest rates next year. If they are down below 5%, I'm refinancing that hoe and making the same payments. Hopefully I'll have it either paid off or pretty close by the time I buy a new house.

Been trying to get kitties to eat a bit of salmon oil on their foods. They won't eat the little crumble treats, so I tried liquid. Tigger has gotten a bit of it and his fur is a little softer. Smokey has apparently gotten more, his fur is now like silk its so soft and slick. I want them to eat it for their skin. They don't have fleas or anything but Tigs skin is kind of dry as he has some dandruff so I figured this would help him. I may try stirring it in, but they don't like stuff like that, strange cats.
Smokey has been asleep beside me and now the 2 of them are playing. Running and full of it. I'm about ready for bed so they are going to have to go in their room for the night. Normally they do but tonight Tiggy resisted. He runs from me so a problem but I can just pick Smoke up and put him in there. Most of the time he goes to the door wanting in anyway.
I'm getting sleepy tonight and just about ready for bed, I'm tired. It's not even 11:30 yet. Guess we are both getting old. Hubs gave up a little after 8:30.

That's it! All I could think of was fettuccine. And even that didn't come to me until about 6pm, this evening. But that's why I was thinking it started with "F". LOL Thanks for helping me out with that!
