I finished my 4 sessions with the nutritionist. She recommended I get another "package" of 4 sessions because she can see I still have questions and still not fully on board with the 4 healthy meals. I took her recommendation because she's very professional and I trust her judgement.
Actually, I'll have my last session in person because I'll be in Uruguay on vacation by that time.
Still doing the healthy breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack. Not everyday but almost every day. I struggle with integrating dinner. She wants me to try dinner now. Ill do it next week. I'm also struggling with exercise. I'm not doing nearly enough. I have to find my motivation and get on track with that. I guess it's because I'm still not eating healthy at dinner, so I feel heavy and lethargic in the morning.
I've cut back my therapy sessions to every other week, instead of every week. I feel better doing it this way. My attachment to my therapist wasnt a good thing, but now that I don't see him that often, I just feel a healthy rapport towards him and nothing else. Plus it wasn't good for me to focus on issues and problems so often.
I have my next doctor's appointment at the end of April and my goal is to improve my A1c, my blood pressure, and go down at least 2 pounds by then.

I've had a whirlwind week of projects due for both work and school. DH also had a bunch of stuff going on with his work. The result has been a week of complete lack of me tracking calories or exercising.

I think with the nicer weather starting, I'm getting back on track with my walking. Fingers crossed. I also think my stomach issues are due to being lactose sensitive. I've been paying more attention, and milk and certain cheeses kill me. So far I'm ok with Greek yogurt. Hopefully eliminating cheese will help with my weight loss too.

The weight sure doesn't come off as fast as it went on. I'm at 175 lbs. 6 lbs up from my lowest weight. The weather has been really sloppy here so I haven't been doing my walks. Well I'm still 60 lbs down from my top weight and I'm back on track with my eating.

Okay goals for this week---- Watch the calories and eat healthy--- Didn't make this goal Th/Fr this week. St. Patty's day and visited my parents on Friday.Make it to the Gym M/T/W/Th/Fr--- Made the gym M, T but lighter work outs. Friday I did hike up the mountain to the top so I am going to count that. However I was not running around the day at home as much being on spring break, as I do at work.Take my vitamins each day-- I think I made this each day. I have 12 weeks before my trip starts to get into as much shape as I can. 160 today, so down 1lb. Okay goals for this week---- Watch the calories and eat healthy Make it to the Gym /Sun/M/T/W/Th/Fr Take my vitamins each day I have 11 weeks before my trip starts to get into as much shape as I can.

For Saturday, I had 1,560 calories. That included a glass of chardonnay. I also had 9,000 steps and did yoga.

I FINALLY dropped a pound. 216 now. Let's see if it stays off or is an anomaly. I like how I feel on this new med but really hate the water weight gain.

Forgot to weigh myself this morning. Ate decent yesterday, but drank a bunch, too. I'll try to remember tomorrow. I really need to start stretching. My body is all jacked up. My shoulder has been aching the last couple weeks and I started to get nerve pain again across my upper back.

Sunday, 2200 calories, all healthy but still too high. Yoga and a nap, so that’s a good day for self care. Only 4,000 ish steps.

I keep forgetting to take my iron. I'm going to try keeping it on my Keurig. That should serve as a good morning reminder.

Weekly check in
Hit step and water goal. Getting to bed needs improvement. Eating after 9:00 only 2 days. Food choices could use improvement.
This week's goals

01/01/19 177.2 01/01/20 165.2 01/01/21 169.0 01/01/22 167.2 02/01/22 166.8 03/01/22 169.0 03/07/22 168.8 03/14/22 168.8 03/21/22 168.6

Any downward movement is good. Not obsessing over the number, have noticed my clothes are fitting much better.
Sticking with the 18 hour fasts and 80 ounces of water. Refilled my vitamin caddy for my lunch box this morning.

Hi Kids! No news is good news here. I'm maintaining, but back to doing "3-a-days" to see if this is the level I need to maintain, or if I can lose more weight.
I'm also trying a new exercise routine, so I'll report back several weeks down the road & let you know if I'm seeing any results.

Great job, everyone!
I averaged 3,600 steps Friday and Saturday while preparing for our party Saturday night. Let's just say despite the fact I wore my walking shoes most of the time, my body still feels it, from my feet to mid-back. I can sure tell I have a sit-down job. I look forward to stretching, etc. tonight after work.

It has been an AMAZING day today. I stepped on the scale (mine is a bit hard to read, as it's digital), and I thought I'd gained a few pounds (I thought the last number was a 9). But nope, maybe it's a 4? YES, it was a four, so I've lost 33 pounds now. I even got off the scale, and got back on, just to be sure. As a side note, we had angel food cake with fresh strawberries last night, so I was sure I'd messed up any chance of losing weight this week. I guess the "3-a-days" are actually helping.

3/16 152.8 3/19. 151.2 3/20 150.4 3/22 151.1. 3/24 150.6 3/25 149.6 3/26 148.6
It’s going down this week, since I now have a scale and can monitor this. So this must have been water weight, 4 pounds in 10 days is not normal for me.

What is the “3-a-day”? Is this dairy servings? Nope. I walk 3 miles a day. And, break it down into one mile segments, so I walk 20 minutes at a time. So, I do it 3 times a day = 3 miles. For some reason, it's easier for me to walk one mile at a time, rather than try and do 3 miles all at once. I'm all about trying to make this weight loss thing simple, and not feel like a drudge, so I can keep it up.

215 for me this morning. Yay, its starting to come off! I'm still not exercising but I'm feeling better on the new meds (takes 3 - 4 months for the full effects to kick in) and I'm hoping to have the energy to start short walks soon. At least I can still go to work and be successful.

156 today, so down 4 lb.
Made thee gym 3 days, worked out at home the other days. I believe I took my vitamins each day. Thursday dinner wasn't the healthiest, I ended up doing my pool matches Thursday night instead of today, since the youngest had soccer today, so I got dinner there. Today my youngest and I ate out after the soccer games, not the healthiest either. I have flounder to at least start me off for dinners for this week. Monday I am getting a massage after work, so I won't get to the gym then.
Okay goals for this week----
Watch the calories and eat healthy Make it to the Gym T/W/Th/Fr Take my vitamins each day
I have 10 weeks before my trip starts to get into as much shape as I can.

Outside of weight going down not much good last week. Not one of the goals, no adult beverages were consumed. I think weight is only a water weight loss since I did not hit my water goal. Only goal is not eating after 9:00 (I think). Missed step goal by over 6000 steps. Missed water goal by 2 ounces.
Water goal = average 42 ounces Step goal 40000 No eating after 9:00
01/01/19 177.2 01/01/20 165.2 01/01/21 169.0 01/01/22 167.2 02/01/22 166.8 03/01/22 169.0 03/07/22 168.8 03/14/22 168.8 03/21/22 168.6 03/28/22 167.4

I forgot to weigh in this morning, which would have been skewed by all the salt I had this weekend (local fire hall had a country ham sandwich fundraiser, it was worth it!).
Forgot to repack vitamins, but I should have enough for today. Hitting my 18 hour fasting goal, but struggling with water. I am getting at least 64 ounces but want to get that above 80.

Ate after 9:00. Did not get home until about 8:00 and since I had not really exercised my arm so I had to exercise before dinner.
Now I need to get in a few steps and drink some water. Do my last set of exercise and go to bed.

Great job, everyone! I love to see you focusing on yourselves. I have returned from vacation, and as usual, I lost instead of gained. This is mostly because of the fresh shrimp, fish and fresh veggies I eat while at my destination.
