Is this guy just rambling? Yup. It's just noise and nonsense. I assume you are both talking about Castor here. Schoen who followed him is just laughably bad. these guys cannot possibly believe the bullshit they are spinning, can they? Not unless they were paid upfront. Money talks. What's all the blather about 74,000,000 voters being disenfranchised? trump et all wanted to disenfranchise 83,000,000.

I'll bet both of these guys are going to catch hell from Trump for admitting that he is a former president and that the election was not stolen and the change in administrations was not fraudulent.
And what is with this guy needing to hold his head with the other hand while he takes a drink? That is three times now. He drinks water no better than Trump does. Bizarre!

We are now hearing Trump's defense team engaging in the due process they say he was denied.

He should be referred to as the disgraced ex-president That holding-the-head thing is something I do. I think it's a residual of a C-6/7 vertebrae fracture 45 years ago. I have to hold my head because it just doesn't want to tilt to drink from a bottle. It's why I drink Jack Daniels with a straw right from the bottle Maybe he's got whiplash?

So I was supposed to get over Clinton losing because the majority had spoken and the minority should not be able to force their vote on the rest of the country. But now that Trump lost it's the opposite. All righty.

After his poor start I was not at all hopeful that Schoen (or Castor for that matter) would improve, but I didn't expect him to get even worse. I guess this is the answer to whether Trump would be able to get good lawyers to represent him. That's a pretty clear "No."

I wonder how many senators are nodding off? I am also looking forward to analysis of the defense team’s arguments so I can better understand what they were trying convey.

Apparently it is something observant Jews do if they don't have a yarmulke when they drink. That kind of gesture is something I wouldn't really think about to be honest, people have odd quirks.

I tried to do a quick search earlier to see if that was it, but didn't find anything. There is someone I was going to ask if I had an opportunity, but maybe someone here will verify it for sure. Edit: The response back from Jewish friends is that it was most likely to say the blessing for drinking the water, but that he really only needed to do it once since he was not eating anything in addition or in between. Fair enough. Still, he is far better off than Trump. After all, Schoen only needed one hand to actually hold the bottle to his lips. Trump needs two for a glass.

Now both parts of the election (popular and electoral) line up they are feeling quite put out that they don't get to keep behaving like spoiled, selfish brats anymore and still call the shots

not that I care. I am just considering the target audience.

I never speculate on the thoughts of crazy people. I have absolutely no frame of reference for that. I did see where some of those charged, like QAnon clown himself, are "very disappointed" in Trump and that he for one would like to testify at the impeachment trial.
