Probably depends how you gain and lose... given that band is around and cup is difference in inches between band and around over the breasts. So if you gain weight and need a bigger band, but your breasts stay the same size then you’d go up band but down cup (ie move from say 36 to 38 but now the difference between the two measures is 3 inches instead of 4)... not exact obviously but for ease of example.

So are big breasts a requirement for YM? I'm asking because I wear a 40A/B. You probably didn't know there was such a thing. Lol. Do the cup sizes grow with the band sizes so that a 40B's cup is larger than a 36B's cup? Because I swear I can't fill a B cup in a size 40. I actually took the first step towards mine. One of the FB groups had a poster selling a NIB Fitbit Versa 2 watch. I got it for $75. I can't get an Apple watch because I piggyback off my daughter's plan. This is an Amazon product. I'll probably have to buy earbuds, though, because I can download my Amazon music on it. A-walking here I come! More importantly, though, the first thing I did was buy a pretty rose gold band for $5.99 on Amazon to replace the ugly black band. First things first, you know. No, cup sizes don't always grow with band sizes. Not sure where anyone learned that but it's a misnomer. They are independent measurements and cup/band combo is more than two measurements. Also, most bra-wearers are wearing the wrong band size because they're measured in stores where the associates measure over the band (and usually the bottom of the cup) of the bra the person is already wearing. If you want to dig into more on the education of bra fit, check out my signature block down below. Bra fit is my passion.

My only real goal is to get healthier. I need to eat better, exercise more, and not drink so much. I've gotten a bit out of hand with my drinking so much this year, that I took a shower tipsy, ended up slipping, and gashed my head open on an artery. One ambulance ride, an overnight ER stay, multiple staples, and $20k+ med bills (Luckily I only had to pay $7k), and I will NEVER make that mistake again.
This has just been such a shitshow of a year, that I've been reaching for the wine a lot more than usual. I've also noticed I'm tired all of the time, and its because I spend my whole day on the couch. I don't even go for walks because I dont live in a very safe area to walk.
I'm really ready for this year to be over, and to start to feel normal again. I've always struggled with anxiety, and its been very bad for the last 10 months. But I got some new meds that seem to be working, so fingers crossed!

After years of hearing that a professional measurement was soooo important, I went to Soma and had someone measure me. It was such a joke. She barely even put the measuring tape near me, and then declared I was a double-D. I was so shocked I said "Nooo!" So she said "Fine, you are a D." And then she sold me two incredibly uncomfortable bras for a shit-ton of money. After that, I considered just going to more of a sports bra type that (a) don't have a fucking underwire and (b) just come in S-M-L.

I'm the queen of the no underwire bras. The most comfortable for me are Warner's.
I'm only a 38B, though.

My resolution is to get a handle on my health. I'm slightly overweight so need to start exercising regularly again. Have had a Y membership for the last 20 years but when I had pulmonary embolisms (lung blood clots) 3 years ago, my disciple on exercise went to crap. Since June, have been dealing with vertigo which comes and goes every week despite doing all the rehab exercises. So to help with my goal, going to Mayo for a thorough physical exam and hopefully get some answers besides "your getting old dude" lol We have a health thread over on the WIR board if you're interested in joining us. Even though you're not a W , you're still welcome.

so as I am trying to figure out what to put in my planner, been researching lots of planners (Chloe started me down this path!) and can say I am satisfied with the erin condren layout.
There is an opening for yearly notes with 12 sections, so I'm thinking could be goals or whatever else one may want to note here. doesn't explicitly say goals. then after each monthly layout, there is a monthly area for (notes, goals, accomplishments?) before the weekly pages. So - yearly - monthly - weekly/daily. seems very serviceable. Still don't know what to put down....
Have been looking at a lot of different habit tracking layouts and could easily incorporate that into the monthly areas or weekly/daily pages.
Is anyone using habit trackers? Any tips to share - formatting - types of habits, number to work on at once, etc?

That's great! Erin Condren planners are hugely popular in the teacher world--which is the world in which I live.
For habit trackers, I run my by month. Then, I group mine by physical, self-care, personal tasks, house tasks, work tasks. If you want pictures of previous and/or current ones, I'm happy to share. If that's not of interest to you, no worries!

If that's not of interest to you, no worries!I would love to see some! Thank you! I did see that EC had a lot of selections especially for teachers. Glad to hear that those are valued! The coworker who recommended EC to me was noted to be very organized. I must say though - that I do not want to use my planner for work per se. I might do a bulletish type journal for work stuff - because I seriously do need to kick up my organization there. I might include some career stuff in my planner but only the side job and professional development stuff, not the day-to-day of the dayjob. That wouldn't leave anything left, I fear! to note on my previous post - 12 "sections" for the yearly notes sounds huge, it's just 12 boxes (title and some notes) over a two page spread. About 3 by 2 inches with six lines under each title area for the alleged section.

The best thing I did for me was to go to a lingerie boutique sort of store (small business, no mall experience) and get measured. I have three bras and legit, they are the most expensive pieces of clothing I own at $100 a pop. (Although I did have a GC that DH gave me that I used to buy one with.) Rumor has it the owner of the store actually designed the bra that I wear.
They are worth it.
DH notices when I wear my good bras vs my crap bras.
It's also getting harder to find something that's close to my size in chain stores as well.

still thinking. I've felt very disconnected from myself/life the past few months. I don't know where I'm going - where I want to go - so how do I get there? One thing I want to focus on is not looking at a screen while eating. Particularly during the work day, it is difficult with back to back meetings, deadlines, etc. But I think I would be better skipping lunch altogether if I can't take a break than eating while being focused on stress stuff. I need to step away from checking the news throughout the day, there is really nothing good going on out there, monitoring covid casualties, covid deniers and antivaxxers, the ongoing coup attempt, etc. nothing positive for mental health at all. Maybe just keep informed with a morning sweep of headlines, read a few articles and then done for the day. Work on sleep hygiene. I need to really address this in 2021 as well. I have been staying up WAY too late every night, always on a screen of some sort doing absolutely nothing of value. I'm showing up for work (in my living room) late and always without enough sleep. And rolling out of bed tired at the absolute last second is leaving me looking and feeling not presentable. Speaking of, while I do love that I can be super comfy while working at home and I have no desire to sit around my house in real work clothes, I need to at least up my loungewear game a bit. Current clothing rotation is way too "comfortable".

There are great planner templates in Excel, if you are interested in a DIY or electronic option, if you don't want to print on paper.

My only goal is to keep putting one foot in front of the other. Pondering the difference between depression and good old fashioned burnout, and wondering how much it matters. what should we do? Would any kind of support thread be helpful?

Try to do the same thing I did last year. One resolution per month. Things are easier for me to accomplish if I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Last January I gave up any type of creamy salad dressing. In February I continued to not use creamy salad dressings and I also started only eating no more than one slice of bread a day. That’s when I started to notice small weight loss. Come March, when all hell broke loose, I started with no creamy dressings, no more than one slice of bread a day, and walking around the hospital. Again, the weight loss was slow but by the end of March I had lost 11 pounds. One thing at a time is better for me. So I think 2021 will be a slow and steady wins the race year from me. (I hope.)

I went back and looked at my bullet journal Pinterest board. It was a bunch of printable templates. I might print a few. And I'm definitely printing a new habit tracker. My water consumption has suffered from work at home.

2020 - gained 15lbs and my buttoned pants have been crying from the strain. Been hanging out in leggings and elastic waistband pants.
2021 - will need to get more active and get regular exercise. I have brand new sneakers that I need to break in. I’ve had them for a month but never wore them.

Hmm, I think purpose sounds pretty good. Putting it into a song might actually help remember to do it. Great idea @tired Tess!
On second thought, maybe just New Year, or "this year"

I had some Old Navy ones that were getting ratty, couldn't find them again so ordered these... the last one on the end black spaghetti straps, not ribbed material. I had ordered a few at that time and liked these best. They were a 2 pack when I ordered though. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Z4FTSC5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_image?ie=UTF8&th=1

So my chest is 46-inches and I have a 34-in waist, but I don’t wear a bra...oh nobody really wanted to know 😞.
I usually don’t make resolutions, but I do hope to live for one more year, life is good and my job responsibilities keep increasing, 2021 is starting out on a high note. I hope to continue to wither down my debt and complete some projects around the house.
For fitness goals I hope to add one more day a week to my weightlifting routine and reach a 1200 lb total at an competition in February (total of 1200 in three lifts, bench, squat & deadlift). Now that I’m in the masters class (50+), I can be more competitive.
