Ate sooooo much the last week. I'm up 1.8 pounds. Here's to a new week. Goals for this week: 70 oz of water each day 1300 max calories each day 100 max carbs each day Four days of cardio Three days of strength training
In 2021, I'll start posting my weight. I've got to hold myself accountable.

I've been really bad about checking in lately. Time to get back in the habit. My step count has been pretty good considering it's winter and work has been incredibly busy. Eating has been awful, but I planned for that for the holidays. I have until this Sunday to relax and not worry about it, but then it's time to rein it in. I'm sure I'm up a few pounds, but I haven't checked.
So for the rest of this week:
Try to keep steps up, but my workload will be horrendous, so I'll just do my best Might as well try to eat up the last of the goodies so they won't tempt me next week
That seems like enough lol. I swear next week will be a different story!
Here's to the end of 2020!!

I learned 10,000 steps a day is harder to get than I thought, when I don’t count any of the video workouts that I might do. I hit 10,000 one day this week. I’m going to keep this as a goal, though, because in my current environment this challenges me.
Weight is higher now. I’m starting fresh in 2021! Getting rid of the 2020 weight for sure!

I hit 5 million steps for the year. Unfortunately did not hit my weight loss goal.
I will be opening the new thread in a few minutes.
Happy New Year everyone.

i had massively bad eating choices yesterday. And for no good reason other than boredom and opportunity.
Here's to a new day. DH just threw out all of the remaining junk food to help me.

So, I've been doing awful about exercising since the weather got too cold for me to want to hike. Plus, I've got a new pain in my ankle. I should find a new doctor, since mine quit even before covid hit.
Food --Ive been eating carbs like I haven't for years. Gotta get better with that.
Weight, surprisingly, is down 4 lbs. from the beginning of the year. Its not that I've done well, but my weight was just that bad at the end of last year.

So, technically I’m up five pounds from last January 1. However. This lovely graph shows the whole story.

I ended 2020 with getting in a walk with the family outside on this chilly day, so I'm counting that as a win to close out 2020! Now on to 2021!
