Just reread your own posts...do a lookup of the word "raciest"...interpretation of...just look into your own heart on your feelings toward those of other colors, religion, ethnicity....but in the mean time...

ednkris, I personally don’t see anything that you said or implied that would point to racism but that is just me!
The others however might deduce that from the fact that you sustain that one needs to speak English if he/she wants to live in the US. 
There is this trend amongst the more conservatives that support the same concept of language thta if you don’t speak English or speak it broken and with an accent you are somehow deemed inferior, unworthy. That can be construed (and it is) as racism. Simple!
Personaly, don’t care! Narrow mindedness of others doesn’t bother me. It’s absolutely their problem and if they choose to live in the dark then so be it!

I believe that if one decides to set roots anywhere in the US would be just polite and courteous to at least try to learn English. It is not necessary but speaking English helps in your day to day life.

Considering in general blue states pay more taxes then the federal government gives them back and red states take way more then they pay in taxes, liberals do pay more.

These people are not school teachers and scientists coming over.  Many do not even have their medical shot records. We have enough American citizen slackers here with no proper education level to take a position in society to support theirselves that we try to take care of now, which we do not take care of properly.

first of all, how do you know 500 were illegals?

second, how do "they" have a golden ticket? 

if you mean their kids, they absolutely will not have a golden ticket.  i know, because basically all of my son's friends are "dreamers".  and they are at an even greater disadvantage than those who are born here, and therefore citizens.  they will have to overcome many obstacles to become successful here, and many will fail to do so, and end up in poverty, like their parents, despite their herculean efforts to assimilate (and, i might add, this is no fault of their own.  it is entirely their parents "fault" for wanting a better life for them, and failing to do it in a way that did not put them at risk).

this shit does need to end.  it needs to end by having a better PR program, like most of the world has.  our system is totally ridiculous.

Considering in general blue states pay more taxes then the federal government gives them back and red states take way more then they pay in taxes, liberals do pay more.

blue states pay more in taxes because wages are higher, and property values are higher.  that, and the fact that they are more heavily populated.  it makes perfect sense for them to pay more- because they are ABLE to pay more.  that is the basis of progressive taxation, which is, ironically, something most of the residents of red states decry.

To be clear...Zib was talking about babies born here to undocumented mothers. The babies would be citizens, not dreamers.

That said, I have no clarity on her comments. I'm not sure what those numbers represent. 500 in the country, county, state, city, one hospital? And, I don't agree that there is a magical golden ticket if you are a citizen here. I believe we have proved that time and time again.
