Well, the girl I was supposed to go to the HIIT class with bailed. I should have known better. I guess I'm going to boxing tonight instead. I'm going full on beast mode again.
I will say, my arms are starting to be more toned which is good. I was starting to get discouraged thinking I was strength training for nothing. I'm trying to have some guns!

I did my first barre class. It didn't resemble ballet barre at all, IMO. I'm not going to be able to move over the weekend.

Aren't you starving at such low calorie/carb count? I'd die. Well...I only made it two days before being a complete glutton yesterday for DH's birthday. That's 2 days longer than I could.

Just fell off the wagon. I ate my weight in food just now. Two chicken tacos, rice, and a huarache. Waiting for my friend to come back with a much needed soda for me. I'm also going out later and will be drinking many beers. This is exactly why I'm fat.

Ok I am back and am seriously going to try harder to lose weight. I have my yearly physical tomorrow and am terrified I'm going to be told I'm headed towards type 2 diabetes.

This week went pretty well. I managed 65,000 steps. My foot is finally starting to feel better. I'm still in this ugly clunky shoe thingy, but I don't think I could get a regular shoe on yet anyway. Today I got my first pedicure since before the surgery (since I didn't want to make anyone have to touch my hideous scarred up foot), and that was heavenly. I only did four days of weights; that could have been better, but meh. Kept the carbs under 30 until Friday evening, then I went completely off the wagon. I seriously at half a jar of fudge ice cream topping in one sitting.
This week's goals:
I still want to lose a couple more pounds, so back to low-carbing it. Try to stay under 25/day. I might up that to more like 40 on the weekend. Weights 5/7 days I'll aim for 70,000 steps. That might be a stretch.

I took yesterday off of exercising to plant my butt at the pool. It was heavenly. Sun and reading books by the pool also makes me ravenous for some reason, so I ate ALL THE FOOD yesterday.
Today is a new day. I'm determined it will be better/healthier.

Well, today's eating started out well then went completely off the rails. I got home from work, and YDS was making spaghetti. I obviously couldn't be rude by refusing to eat it, and you can't have spaghetti without garlic bread, so...

I'm making spaghetti with spaghetti squash instead of noodles tonight to go with a salad. So at least the carbs won't be an issue. Does that mean I can have a Cesar salad today for lunch? I'm going to the gym tonight.

Speaking of which, I went to the gym yesterday and only did half my workout. I did the spin class, but didn't do my warm up strength training workout. Maybe I shouldn't eat the salad. But all I had for breakfast was watermelon, so maybe I can. Watch me say screw it and end up qith a burger instead.
