Fuck fuck fuckety fuck!!! I have absolutely no idea what I did but my left foot hurts and I need someone to kick it to see if it will crack or something. So, of course, since I'm walking funny with that foot, my fascitis is acting up on my right. ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just tried a 15 minute Leslie walk on youtube. That didn't go too well. DAMN IT!!!

finnime do you have a link to the site or the name of the app? My fibit strap broke yesterday. They are sending me a replacement but it won't be here for a few days. Guess I'm not going to do too well in this month's step challenge! Keep it in your pocket. You'll at least get some steps. Bummer! I have two dresses and two skirts with pockets. That would get me most of the way through the week.

Here’s to a new month! May it be better than last month!
Do you have any specific goals for March?

Here’s February Clearly did not work on Abs. I honestly think I did at least one more round of yoga, but I didn’t write it down. Cardio is actually higher than I thought it was going to be at mid-month. Eating is not under the control I want it to be. It is better than it was. I need to base my weekly and monthly goals on something lower than what I want my daily goals to be. For example, when I want my daily calorie goal to be 1600, I cannot have my weekly goal be 11,200 because that allows me absolutely no wiggle room. I’m setting the bar too high and then giving up pretty easily.

MIA here. Still in the step challenge, if being in the challenge and getting last place counts Life is crazy as I am sure it is for everyone else too. I did figure out that I can get 10k steps working on a sleeping mat There's been a lot of interest in the mats lately and Ive been doing a few classes and getting to work on them more often. We all had the flu the other week, so while I am down I don't know that it will stay that way. At least I am not gaining. I wasn't invited to the step challenge this month, so at least you're in it!
I hope you're feeling all the way better soon!I invited everyone who I have connected with... if you were in a previous challenge, I sent an invite

When I saw the push notification for the March invitation, I went to confirm it, and the February invitation was right there!

I debated not joining the March challenge, but then today decided I should. My goal is to enjoy March. I've been a little too obsessive about getting steps in, and I think I need to back off a little. But I wanted to be able to cheer everyone else on, and I like seeing how everyone is doing. We'll see how this goes.
Good work in February, ladies!

I have been just doing my own thing... my workouts aren't step based because it doesn't get my heart rate up unless i am jogging (which i am not doing until it is warmer!) I stay in the challenge, but I'm certainly not trying to beat everyone else.

The scale this morning said 151.8, woo hoo. It's been holding steady at 152.8, so hopefully it is a downward trend and not an anomaly. It's amazing what skipping a couple of beers, moderate exercise, and thinking before I eat can do! Hopefully I am also getting my workout inspiration back.

I think I need a new kind of goal. Way back when, I used to have a 26" waist. Do you think--is that too much of a stretch? I'm thinking it might be okay, because I used to measure that at my belly button, but my goal would be that at my natural waist. I've got a long way to go.
As for the step challenge--maybe I'll join in April. I've got the apps on my old phone, and it's getting glitchy. I'm not getting many steps in anyway, because of the weather.

I have a cut on the ball of one of my feet that I don't remember doing. It's not very conducive to the step challenge. I danced on it anyway and now it really hurts.

I haven't checked in for a couple weeks. Slothdom got the best of me, but I think I beat it back into submission, and I'm back on track now. I got in 82,000 steps for the week. I haven't gone to the gym (seriously, I'm getting rid of this goal - it ain't happening). The weather has been fabulous, so I'll go hiking instead, at least until the winter snows finally show up. I went for two good hikes this weekend, and I enjoy that so much more than the gym anyway. The 100 oz. of water was annoying, but I'm drinking 60-70 a day, and that's much more manageable. I completely forgot I was doing the planks, so I'm back to doing that daily as of the last few days. I don't even remember what my other goals were, so I'll go ahead and assume I didn't meet them.
This week:
80,000 steps Two hikes 60-70 oz of non-caffeinated liquid daily Planks daily - I'm going to change this into two 2-minute sessions instead of one long one
That'll do for this week. Have a great week everyone!!

I hope this week I'm able to get back on track. I do my 45 minutes lunch walk every day M to F but unable to get up early on time to do a Leslie Sansone workout. Maybe once or twice a week, not more. But I need to do it M to F. So I hope this is the week I achieve that. Besides that, I bought lots of fruits and veggies at the store today. I have a salad packed for lunch tomorrow. I hope I can keep up with eating healthy through the week. I added three new veggies to my salad besides my usual mixed greens, carrots, boiled eggs and tomatoes; I bought cucumbers, avocado and broccoli. My idea is to add more vegetables to my diet during the next weeks, such as garlic, onion (those two only for dinner, I don't want to have bad breath at work), radicchio, etc.

Knee Deep in Water Chloe Thanks. I was off a half day on Friday and I made sure I got in steps. Not sure I will be keeping up the pace.

Weekly check in
Surpassed step goal by 5367. Weekend eating not good.
This week's goal will remain at 77500. My stretch goal will be 80,000.
Need to work on increasing water intake. Hope to actually track water intake this week.
Keep up the good work everyone.

So the foot seems to be healed. Now it's time to jump into the step challenge! Only thing is now AF has decided to make an appearance over the weekend and now I don't want to do anything. I give up.

Just realized my fitbit hasn't synched so it shows me as an average of 4K steps per day and we all know I don't roll like that. Forcing the fitbit to synch now.

February was not good. Trying to do better in March. I will admit that I am totally counting helping DD get the 1 year old she babysits to sleep yesterday as the day's exercise. It took me at least 10 minutes of holding him and bouncing around. My back and legs say it counts! Not making much headway anywhere, but I haven't given up yet.

I'm now up to a minute and 25 second plank. Getting closer to the 5 minutes I want to be able to do by year end. Woot!

I’m in DC for the weekend. It’s nice to be able to get in some easy steps. Also, I left my DH at home, and I’m really enjoying having the hotel to myself for the next 2 nights

I’m on day four of having the flu. My hope is that I’ll lose some weight because of it! Silver linings, right? 🤷🏼♀️
