Not an expert, but I don't see any reason not to. There's no harmful chemicals, it's just refined water..

Thanks. That's what I thought. I figured if it was safe to use around my eyes, I can put it in his ears. Plus I feel like there is more chemicals in the ear wash anyway.

My sister in law moved her two from Maryland to Florida. At the vet's advice they were drugged and put in their crates. I can't imagine having four anyway.
