All that I've been reading about this at the state of the art glbt+++ community where I work is that the trans gender folks say that trans racial isn't a real thing and they are mad at this lady.
IMHO all of the "I am xxxxx trapped inside of a yyyyy people have broken brains.
I mean if a women stuck in a man's body is real why isn't a black person stuck in a white body real?

So now apparently the whole ugly family dysfunction is coming out - she had a falling out with her bio-mom in 2004 and decided she wanted to adopt one of the black kids her mom and dad had adopted (her step adopted brother?) and he wanted to go with her but her mom didn't want to give him up. Lawsuit and fight ensued, another, older step adopted brother sided with her mom and not with his sister. Then, when allegations come up that the older step adopted brother might have molested some kids, this woman steps forward supporting the victim, against the brother, either because she knew what was going on or as petty revenge for him not siding with her earlier, when she wanted to do the adoption. So, apparently to get back at her for getting back at her brother, mom and dad come forward to blow up her story about being a poor victimized black woman. So just your average nasty inter familial mud flinging knock down drag out - only in this case played out on a national stage, due to the sheer craziness factor. (Sounds like she really got into the victim thing - she went off because she found a noose hung in the trees behind her house, which her neighbor told her he himself put there a while back in order to hang a deer from the tree to gut it - no racial insult intended at all - but she ignored that and made a big public stink about racists threatening her home. Craziness.) She should have pitched herself as a reality show before it all blew up. Unusual situation & total train-wreck family. Great American Entertainment!

I hate to think of it, but I'd be willing to bet TLC and A and E and all the other channels that love reality shows have already dispatched agents with contracts clutched in their hands to try to track this woman down and give her a show. Why bother to have a circus for a family in private when you can show off those clowns for cash?

I am ashamed at my self for even venturing into this mess with comments before doing do diligence and finding out as best I could and it seems there was public information out there for the asking..
What ever comments I had made on the topic..ignore , I am with drawing from this farce...Only thing I think might be correct,..all parties probably could benefit by seeking professional help..

She's a liar, a drama queen, an attention whore. That's why no one likes her. If she was only someone who pretended to be black because she thought black culture was cool, there would be no story there. No one would care. Lots of people do that kind of thing. Although, to be fair to her, sounds like she came from a crazy ass family, so maybe the cards were stacked against her. Apple doesn't fall too far from the tree.

It could be the kids wanted to be there, VB. They're old enough to make that choice and they may have made it. All true. Did you see the interview and the children? Look closely. No racial connotation meant. I've seen them. I didn''t take any racial connotation, however. Just remarking that the kids may have wanted to be there.

I find it fascinating that so many can accept Bruce Jenner as a woman, but not this woman as black. I think those are very different things, but that statement made me think about why. The best I could come up with is that I feel, think and act in ways that are usually associated with being female. I think most people have both feminine and masculine traits, but there is usually more of one than the other and that's the one they identify as. I don't feel like there's anything inside me that makes me feel like I'm black, that's just the label I get because my skin is brown. It's purely a physical characteristic and has nothing to do with who I am on the inside. I don't really care about this woman wanting to believe she's black even though it doesn't make sense to me because I'm not sure what that's suppose to mean other than having brown skin. I do think something is seriously wrong with her though because of all the stories she made up.

I do think something is seriously wrong with her though because of all the stories she made up.And there's the rub. This woman can claim to be a land-based mermaid for all I care. But if she publicly claims it and uses it to her advantage, then she better be able to back up her claim with provable truths. She's mocked and made fun of because she made up a fake life. She deceived everyone with her lies. People don't like to be fooled. Forget Jenner-she is too well known. There are men and women out there who have had complete sex change operations and most of us would not be able to tell the difference and accept them for who they are at face value. Back around 1971, I worked at the front desk of a hotel. I was working the front desk when one of the first well known people who had had sex reassignment surgery , Christine Jorgensen, checked in. Her name was well known then and I was able to put the name with the face. But had she checked into the hotel under a different name, I would never have known who she was nor known she was once a man.

Well, now she claims that there is no proof that her parents are actually her parents (other than the birth certificate, but why believe that).

Why does she want to be black? What's in it for her? Why does Bruce want to be a woman? What's in it for him? Being black is in general not as easy as being white, so she is choosing a harder path. I don't know why.... Maybe it's to receive some sort of special/preferential treatment - idk. But the memes for this woman are hilarious!

This woman needs to take lesson from the Clintons. Kill people that know where the bodies are buried? Add another victim to the Clinton body count? I am sure some people will if this guy is not found alive. Walter Scheib, former White House chef, missing in New Mexico5:32 p.m. June 19 Walter Scheib was chef during the Bill Clinton and George W. I so disagree with that.
When I was young I didn't get Headstart or any of those other programs. I had to go to a private preschool out on the Island, where I was surrounded by aspiring do be's. I never had the benefit of public schools, as my parents took me private all the way, from that pre-school up through Phillips Exeter and Harvard. The competition was brutal, and we had male cheerleaders. Not pretty.
Upon graduation I was thrust into an intense job on the management track where I really had no peers to relate to. It was sink or swim! After Dad bought a controlling interest in the company and I became CEO by dint of my hard work, Buffy and I had our first of three children.
The pressures on me are intense. I have to provide for the little ones, and private school isn't cheap! Of course Buffy needs the best of everything, and maintaining the house in the Hamptons is a constant headache. Oh the phone calls to contractors! Anywho, I'll get by because I'm tough, and came up through the school of hard knocks. When you're a self made man like me you realize that you really did build it. You must have majored in Embellishment at Phillips Exeter and Harvard.

This sort of reminds me a lesson mom taught me when I was very young after my 1st black cat died and we went to the humane society to get a new kitten. I wanted another black cat just like my first. They had lots of cute kittens. Grey , orange, calico, white, no black. I didn't want any of them, told her no and got back in the car. As we were driving away she asked me if those other adorable kittens were less worthy of a good home because they were not black? She kept at me for about another block until she had me crying and feeling like a total asshole and then we turned around and got a little grey one.

Why is it a lie? Can't she just say she is Trans racial? A black person born into a white person's body? How is that any different than Jenner? i talked to a trans-gender woman yesterday. she expressed extreme distaste for this term, and i agree with her. having a biological impulse to change gender, and spending YEARS in hormone treatments to alter it, is nothing like waking up one morning and deciding you are black.

How is that any different than having a penis and now saying u should be able to use the girls restroom , and locker room? Isnt that also a lie? Everyone else is just expected to acquiesce to their " reality". it is significantly different in many many ways.

Jenner didn't lie about who his parents are. He didn't create a whole new childhood and a whole new life, where he was an advocate for women's rights. He didn't claim that he was discriminated against for being a woman, or claim that there were death threats against him for some mysterious situation that occurred in Idaho involving men harassing him. He didn't have pictures take of himself with some guy he claims is his dad, or with some kid he claims is his biological son. And he didn't get a job working as an advocate for women's rights based on his claims of years of being discriminated against as a woman. The bad part is, they've had NAACP leaders interviewed on the news who have said the NAACP would have welcomed her to their organization as a white person - they welcome anyone interested in fighting against injustice regardless of color. She's a very articulate, intelligent woman and could have done a good job for them. But because of this bizarre fake history she cooked up, she had to resign because she's attracting too much negative attention. She frankly looks like a nut job from a crazy dysfunctional family. So this. It's completely the opposite of what Jenner did. Jenner felt like he was living a lie his entire life and finally set herself free and allowed her to be herself. This woman chose to lie about who she is when she didn't have to. She could have still been good at her job and told the truth. The NAACP would still have welcomed her. She made a mistake and now has to live with the consequences. and this pretending as if it is something EASY to do in the case of TG is just crazy talk. it is brutal.
