A surprising amount of blue. White, red, orange, white, grey, green and some pink.



I haven't found anything I like and works with my current style. I've been working on not buying random pieces and so far most purple items I've found would end up orphans in my closet.



I did find a cute stone necklace with purple in it at Goodwill yesterday. It works with several outfits and I can layer it with similar necklaces I already own.

I was thinking earlier that I own pretty much no purple clothing (I do have a tank top), and that I don't think I have any purple jewelry or accessories. Then I remembered my glasses on my face are purple and my engagement ring has a lavender stone (rose de France amethyst). So I'm observant.

I wear a lot of black, gray, green, yellow, blue, and even a smattering of red. No purple. Huh.

I like purple, it's just not a color that tends to make it into my wardrobe very often.  I took it as a challenge when Gwen said I should try to incorporate more.

This coming from the kid that is in a black leggings and a hoodie phase.

I don't own but one shirt that I never wear that's purple. I wear a lot of black, white, and red. I also like orange and pastels. They look nice with my dark skin. I never wear yellow. I'm yellow and it makes me look like a highlighter.

I love purple. I wear a lot of purple, and it's color cousins. No lavender, I don't like pastels.  I've had purple glasses before, my currents ones are dark blue that isn't quite navy.

I can't believe no one started a work from home business attire discussion. Finally, leggings are appropriate for work! :-)
I've developed a uniform of black leggings, tank or tee, and cardigan. And I am putting on a bra (I only wear wireless) because I'm trying to avoid keeping the heat on all day and the girls need a hug when it's cold.
I change into workout leggings/pajama pants after I log off to create that work-life balance while stuck at home.

I pretty much look like a homeless person most of the time now. I wore makeup for the first time Saturday. Other than that haven't worn any. I have been wearing pajama pants and t shirts. Then when I take a shower I put pajama pants and t shirts back on.

But I bet they are stylish pajama pants and t shirts Of course this is from someone who looks homeless most of the time since retired. I do cleanup and wear makeup when going out in public. Don't want to frighten small children and little ole ladies!

My laundry gets done regularly so I do not run out of yoga pants or sweatpants! No makeup and my hair is looking crazy. I need to find the deep conditioner.

Before my team started to work staggered WFH days a couple of years ago (half my team WFH Monday and Thursday, other half Tuesday and Friday), we had an in-office Friday look that we called 'business homeless.' Lots of oversized tunics, chunky cardigans, leggings, etc. So now I am finally living that philosophy!

I changed my hair washing schedule from Sun/Tue/Fri to M/W/F. I do enjoy putting some mascara on just to retain some normalcy.

I did buy some new leggings a couple of weeks ago, so glad I did!

I have the Walmart version of those, I wore them to work Friday. Hey, we're closed to the public, just working alone in here and I never see anyone, who cares.

At the new job I could come into the office in my pajamas any day I want. I may take my new uniform back to the office once this is over.

Vintage is hard online because I can't try it on.  I think it would look uber cute with my high rise skinny jeans and yellow heels.   But I am not sure.

My work from home attire has changed from leggings and a cardigan to casual dresses and kaftans. Most of the maxi dresses and tank dresses I already own are black and not for sitting all day in a house with three cats, so I've been on a buying spree. Whee!

So I stopped coloring my hair. I’m a strawberry blonde (as a child) and have colored my hair for the last 20 years. Ok lock down, no mani pedis no hair cuts or color. Let my roots grow- I’m blonde?!?!
Googled and redheads don’t get gray, their hair fades. Less red and now I’m blonde!!!

I started coloring my hair again.  I was a strawberry red as a child and as I aged it went white all around my face and back hairline but with lots of red at the crown.  I looked so much older that I decided to try coloring it again and I look and feel much better.  I was allergic to commercial dye but have found something that doesn’t appear to contain them and I must say I’m loving the look!

I color mine because it started going grey in my early 30s. I fortunately had a regular appointment on March 6–six days before everything in our state was shut down. I only had to go an extra month in late May/early June without being on schedule. Shocked me how much more if my hair is grey now.

That's what I'm banking on happening with my hair. I'm 38 for another month and no grays. Coppery strawberry blonde mix.

I had to wear a cardigan with my dress today. It was definitely cooler; fall got the memo to show up. 
I still wore birkenstocks though. We're quirky about that in the PNW. We'll wear pants and long sleeves with sandals without thinking twice about it.
