I'm in awe of you if you can do only 1200 calories a day! MFP gives me 1850 before exercise(I'm 6 feet tall and not actively trying to lose, just maintain) and I struggle with that! Although, to be fair, today I'll only be over if I eat dessert, which I fully plan on doing. My DH and I love pumpkin pie and so we bought one Sunday to eat since we didn't' have any left over from Thanksgiving!

Great job, ners! I have been crazy busy and not getting my steps in. I did get in yoga last night, 45minutes. My Dr. has me off of grains, dairy and sugar 5 days a week. I have been doing well, except when I forgot and put a smidge of cream in my tea at brunch yesterday. We're working on building my immune system back up since it has been dead since July/August. I am heading to Texas this week for an early thanksgiving celebration with my family. Here's hoping I can keep the good choices going while I am there. No small feat, especially when the TOM monster is craving everything! Sent from my HTC One_M8 using proboards

I've reached another milestone, 15 pounds off since mid-August. I don't necessarily care too much about the number but I still have seriously flabby under arms so I'm kind of thinking I'll continue my recent plan of action to see if maybe I can get those looking a little better.

I just got back from visiting my family... my choices were abysmal. It didn't help that it was that time of the month and I was a bottomless pit. i had texmex twice, BBQ and 3 pieces of coconut cream pie (i eat it once a year, i have no regrets!) I am back home and am eating well, just got in a workout and am pounding water because i know i have some serious water retention. Before I left, I have about 4.5 pounds to lose before the end of the month to win my diet bet. I AM GOING TO WIN!

Great! Started wearing my pedometer yesterday, and also started Core. I plan to cheat on Christmas day and New Years eve. I figured better than being bad until Jan 1.

Can't believe this year has come to an end! In 2014, i only lost about 20 pounds... but I kept it off and am on the track to even more progress. I can't be mad about that. I've got an extra boost of motivation right now. The holidays left me feeling crappy, bloated and sluggish so i am motivated to get rocking again. Yesterday I got in 16000+ steps and did an upper body weight workout. My arms feel a bit like jello today. i will be working late today, but plan to rock out as many steps as I can I want to finish 2014 strong with motivation that carries through 2015! oh... and 54 days until vacation!
