The 1.5 billion reminded me of a report wherein an Arab guy said something along the lines of, "Watch out America, there are 1.5 billion Osam bin Laden's." Well, at least we now know how much ammo we'll need when the time comes so thanks to him.

The peace of Islam revealed again. Where Christians and other faiths practice tolerance and free speech not hard to see what side does not. Let's discuss the treatment of women in Islam ! Who's up for that?
South Park In the week between the broadcasts of "200" and "201", the website for the New York-based radical Muslim organization Revolution Muslim posted an entry that included a warning to creators Parker and Stone that they risked violent retribution for their depictions of Muhammad. The entry stated that they "will probably wind up like Theo van Gogh for airing this show." Van Gogh was a filmmaker who was murdered by an Islamic extremist in 2004 for making a short documentary on violence against women in some Islamic societies. The posting provided the addresses to Comedy Central in New York and the production company in Los Angeles. The author of the post, Zachary Adam Chesser, said it was meant to serve as a warning to Parker and Stone, not a threat, and that providing the addresses was meant to give people the opportunity to protest"
Protect Islam at all cost

"Wow! Look at Mittens smirking on that fateful day. Something funny about Americans being killed, Mr. Etch-a-Sketch?..." Was he smirking about Americans being killed? Perhaps he was smirking about a note that his wife had slipped him just before the speech, telling him she was making his favorite recipe for homemade chili that night?

I just read in the IBD that the tv network al-Mayadeen is showing pictures of the ambassador's body being dragged through the streets. The pictures are horrible (googled to see if it's true and the pictures just popped up). That sure as hell doesn't look like he was "carried to the hospital". Forget the free-speech arguments. In this case, as Secretary Clinton and Gen. Dempsey well know, the film has even less to do with anything than did the Danish cartoons or the schoolteacher's teddy bear or any of the other innumerable grievances of Islam. The 400-strong assault force in Benghazi showed up with RPGs and mortars: that's not a spontaneous movie protest; that's an act of war, and better planned and executed than the dying superpower's response to it. Secretary Clinton and Gen. Dempsey are, to put it mildly, misleading the American people when they suggest otherwise.
One can understand why they might do this, given the fiasco in Libya. The men who organized this attack knew the ambassador would be at the consulate in Benghazi rather than at the U.S. Embassy in Tripoli. How did that happen? They knew when he had been moved from the consulate to a "safe house," and switched their attentions accordingly. How did that happen? The United States government lost track of its ambassador for 10 hours. How did that happen? Perhaps, when they've investigated Mitt Romney's press release for another three or four weeks, the court eunuchs of the American media might like to look into some of these fascinating questions, instead of leaving the only interesting reporting on an American story to the foreign press. www.ocregister.com/opinion/president-371406-say-america.html

The press is outside this guy's home. I can't imagine how much danger he is in. Not really, because Islam is the Religion of Peace. Exactly. I just wonder how long it will be before we see a massive converstion of Muslims to Christianity here in the west? You're right about it blowing over too Tony. Some crazy Gnostic zealot started this religion of "peace" like 1400 yrs ago, that apparently is the solution for eveyone according to Choudary here, and it's just going to blow over now? When they have had a big portion of the bleeding hearts in the west basically supporting their cause? Mixed Messages? Ex-Muslims Embrace 'Chrislam' www.cbn.com/cbnnews/world/2012/March/Chrislam-Movement-Misguiding-Former-Muslims/ This interview is so friggin' hilarious now... This guy lives in Europe don't forget! It's a damn good thing that in the end the Muslims view Christ as the messiah born from a virgin. Thank JC and GOD!!

I think he's probably smirking about the lazy people that call themselves reporters who ask the same question 13 times but change a couple of words around here and there.

Ya, you're right spell. It really is just a small percentage of them attacking things all over the world..... Unfortunately it only takes a small number of people to cause disaster and mayhem.

Perhaps he was smirking about a note that his wife had slipped him just before the speech, telling him she was making his favorite recipe for homemade chili that night? Of course! What was I thinking? He was decrying the American deaths at the embassy and then was smirking about chili before he even left the stage.....

Protesters Set Fire to German Embassy in SudanDer Spiegel Online - 09/14/2012 Angry protesters in the Sudanese capital Khartoum attacked the German Embassy on Friday, setting fire to parts of the building. They also tore down the German flag and raised an Islamist banner. The violence was part of a wave of protests against an anti-Islam film across the Muslim world.Following Friday prayers, thousands of protesters in the Sudanese capital Khartoum attacked the embassies of Germany and Britain, outraged by a film that insults the Prophet Muhammad. Witnesses said that protesters threw rocks at the embassies, which are close to each other, and tried to storm their main entrances. Some demonstrators managed to get past security forces and enter the German Embassy. German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle said Friday afternoon that all embassy employees were safe. Westerwelle confirmed that the embassy had been stormed and parts of it had been set on fire. He said Ambassador Rolf Welberts had briefed him on the situation by telephone. At the time of the attack, none of the 22 employees were in the building. The embassy in Khartoum is normally closed on a Friday. Westerwelle could not say when the embassy would reopen. ... News agency reports stated that as many as 5,000 protesters had turned up at the scene. As they stormed the embassy, the protesters reportedly pulled down the German flag and raised one in its place bearing the phrase "There is no God but God and Muhammad is his Prophet." Hundreds of demonstrators also protested outside the US Embassy in Khartoum, where there were heavy clashes with security forces. According to the news station Al-Arabiya, one demonstrator died when police fired tear gas into the crowd in front of the US Embassy. Following violent protests over an anti-Islamic film the "Innocence of Muslims" that has been disseminated on YouTube, the German government has boosted security at German embassies and consulates in Muslim countries. ... Friday also saw violence in Muslim countries around the world, including Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Malaysia, Pakistan and Yemen. The AFP reports that security forces in Sanaa, the capital of Yemen, fired warning shots and deployed water cannons while trying to stop hundreds of protesters from marching on the US Embassy. A day earlier, 15 people were injured and one killed when protesters stormed the embassy compound, according to Reuters. The protesters in Sanaa reportedly gathered around 500 meters (550 yards) away from the embassy on Friday, where they burned US flags and demanded the expulsion of American diplomats. Meanwhile, some 10,000 protesters gathered in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, in front of the Baitul Mokarram Mosque, the country's largest. According to the AFP, they burned Israeli and American flags and shouted out epithets, such as "We won't tolerate insults to our great prophet" and "Smash the black hands of Jews". ... Close to 500 Muslim fundamentalists and their supporters gathered for a protest in front of the US Embassy in Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia, the AFP also reported. A spokesperson for the group Hizb ut-Tahrir, which is fighting to form its own caliphate and organized the protest, called the film a "declaration of war." Indonesian police said 400 officers have been deployed to protect the US Embassy. In Cairo, a number of clashes occurred between security forces and protesters gathered in front of the US Embassy. Earlier, the powerful Muslim Brotherhood had called for protests against the film after Friday prayers. In Jordan, both fundamentalist Salafists and the Muslim Brotherhood called for protests. The AP also reports that protests in the Lebanese capital Beirut left one dead and 25 wounded. In Tunis, Reuters reports that protesters jumped over the walls of the US Embassy compound on Friday, before breaking windows and setting trees on fire, while police used teargas to push back hundreds of protesters outside the compound. ... www.spiegel.de/international/world/protesters-angry-at-muhammad-film-store-german-embassy-in-suda-a-855890.html
