Progress? We need a regression thread here. I ate like shit all week and didn't go to the gym once. I think I gained about 5 pounds.

I thought I'd throw some leg shots on here. No one ever shows their legs. Attachments:

And another. I really should get into the tanner. FWIW, legs are really hard to take a picture of. Attachments:

I've also started a cardio routine. It's pathetic but here goes: I basically "run" as far as I can in 10min miles (on an elliptical). This is before I lift weights so I try not to push too much and sacrifice energy I can use for lifting. But a couple weeks ago I was doing 2.5 miles and now I'm at 3.5 miles. I don't want to increase speed at this point (it is easy for me to monitor my pace using even time/distance increments) but I may do so once it hit 5 miles or something only because I don't have 50 mins to devote to cardio if I want to get a comprehensive lift session in too.
Tractor - GREAT JOB!!!

Good for you MM, that sounds great. Same for you skinnykids. I despise running so I admire anyone who does it. I'm still rowing on the rowing machine!

I hate it too Fam...it is beyond boring even with a good podcast. But, I've tightened my belt another notch since I started so I'll keep it up. I'm gonna take a pic of my butt today as a "before" pic. If I ever get it how I want it I'll take an "after" pic and share the two. How's that for motivation?
