Bob Corker says MBS absolutely did it. Lindsey Graham says MBS absolutely did it. We should stop selling weapons to Saudia Arabia. The deal isn't worth it. We have blood on our hands. Not just Khashoggie's blood, but many, many innocent people in Yemen. "Jamal Khashoggi Isn't Important"

As if they are more of a rogue nation than we have been. Fair enough. The problem being that you can't stop selling weapons to yourself, buying oil from yourself, backing yourself in conflicts and trade disputes, and funding your military excursions sympathetic to your interests.

Says it's "largely symbolic", since it will be vetoed. But at least it shows a moderate shift in attitudes. From the same piece: Can this legislation become law?
President Trump has vowed to veto the measure, and it is unlikely right now to pass the House of Representatives, which on Wednesday blocked a vote on the matter.
But Senator Sanders said he expects the resolution to succeed once Democrats formally take over control of the House in January following their mid-term elections victory.
The Trump administration had argued the bill would undercut US support for the Saudi-led coalition against Iranian-backed Houthi rebels in Yemen. Yeah, so starve the Yemenis to death. That'll cripple support for the Houthi.
