"Trump is a strong leader and a bully that is what makes him so good for the position" Bully yes, leader no. Anyone who believes his bullying and lying as a positive trait is an idiot.

Laughing isn't showing weakness. Trump is not a strong leader, he's a bully who caves to every strong man that flatters him. That's not leadership. And throwing tantrums as an adult male is the opposite of strong. I don't think you understand what I'm saying. Perception is everything. He will manipulate her into showing her weakness and yes her laughing the way she does is weakness it's fear of not know how to handle the situation children will do this when they embarrassed. That is how she will be perceived. Trump is a strong leader and a bully that is what makes him so good for the position. Many on here will disagree but the US will need a bully of a president instead of a pathetic pos that Obama was. You are as deluded as you are twisted. Trump is not at all a strong leader. He appears strong to people who don't really watch or understand what they are looking at, perhaps, but without his people behind him to do the work he is nothing. Nor do bullies make good leaders. You appear to be stuck in a many decades-old theory about the world. I could go on for quite a while here, but why? As others have said before, you are not rational enough to have the discussion with. Obama was a far stronger leader than Trump in every substantive way. Trump is a coward at his core, like most bullies. I can guarantee you that if I were in a room alone with him, I could get up in his face and berate him for five minutes straight and he would not open his mouth even one time in response. I am younger, bigger, stronger, and don't back down once I start. He probably does have me beat in width, though.

So to sum up - Republicans believe laughter is bad and bullying is good. Sounds about right.

Maybe his wife's advice to him before he walks on stage is: BE BEST do you honestly think she's anywhere near the US tonight? I saw a paid ad at the bottom of my newspaper website this weekend, touting that Barron is at an East Coast college. I didn't click the link to find out which one, but at least that means he's in hte same time zone.

Here is a strong president using his height to stare down a communist dictator who wants to destroy our country. www.reuters.com/news/picture/idUSRTSSMVW/undefinedhere is a weak president giddy to meet the same communist dictator so he can bow and scrape and kiss his ass. Even Melanie looks like she’s made of sterner stuff than Trump. slate.com/news-and-politics/2018/11/photo-shows-trump-beaming-when-putin-joins-world-leaders-at-paris-event.htmlTrump is a bully who, like most bullies, tries to befriend strong men so he can pretend to be a strong man, too. At his core, like most bullies, he’s a coward. I learned about bullies in school. Too bad you didn’t.

Didn't think about the fact that both my teens are taking gov't this semester means they have to watch at least some of the debate for homework. I've printed us 3 copies of Debate Bingo from Jessica Yellin from newsnotnoise.com on facebook.

Stepson(7), his friend(also 7), and his little sister(5) were starting a maze. They decided the person in front would lead until they hit a dead end, then that person would go to the back and the next in line would lead. Off they go with son in lead, dead end, friend in front, dead end, son tries to lead but sister starts yelling, "I'm the leader! I'm the leader!" Son steps back, hands up, and says "You're the leader." She steps to the front and asks, "Okay, which way do we go."
Trump demonstrating his strong 5 year old style leadership skills:

I'm currently watching the "pre-game" on BBC America. yes, it's the American flavor, but it's still BBC. it's nice to get re-centered on the world view once in awhile.

BBC, Al Jezeera, CBC. anything, really. our way of reporting things here is..... ha....superficial and uninformative?

Six minutes into the debate and I have lost count of trump's lies. Changing channels.
Plus the rapist's voice makes me sick.

Twenty minutes in and he’s ranted about criminals pouring in TWICE: Same old tired lies. Good thing that was an immigrant that shot at him. An immigrant that did the recent school shooting in GA. BS. I did not want abortion rights to go to the states. I don't think anyone except crazy GOPers wanted abortion rights go the states.

Ok he stopped making sense.
Now they’re talking about the peaceful transfer of power after a presidential election.
Word salad - then he immediately starts talking about illegal immigrants crossing the border.
For like the eighth time.
Moderator tried to get him back on topic, and Trump insisted it was Pelosi’s fault, and the Mayor of DC’s fault, but NOT HIS FAULT because he wasn’t responsible for security.

All he has tonight is illegal immigration and he can't even speak about it accurately. Him and his dumbass absolute numbers for the past election. Gee, do you remember at all how more people than ever voted just to keep you out of office?
Him and his fake evidence that lost every single case that was brought forward on election votes.

Trump is bragging that Victor Orban, a ‘very strong man,’ said that everything is falling apart in the world because Trump is no longer president because everyone in the world was afraid of Trump.
Hum, don’t really care what Victor Orban thinks about Trump.
And - Trump immediately goes back to talking about the hordes of immigrants.
I’m sure someone is tracking the number of lies. Has to be triple digits at this point.

Trump likes to pretend China and Russia are scared of him. Maybe he can explain this? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2020%E2%80%932021_China%E2%80%93India_skirmishes#In_mediaBeginning on 5 May 2020, Chinese and Indian troops engaged in aggressive melee, face-offs, and skirmishes at locations along the Sino-Indian border, including near the disputed Pangong Lake in Ladakh and the Tibet Autonomous Region, and near the border between Sikkim and the Tibet Autonomous Region. Additional clashes also took place at locations in eastern Ladakh along the Line of Actual Control (LAC).
In late May, Chinese forces objected to Indian road construction in the Galwan river valley.[34][35] According to Indian sources, melee fighting on 15–16 June 2020 resulted in the deaths of Chinese and Indian soldiers.[36][37][31
China and India previously fought over the border in 1962 and 1967 with China gaining victory in the former and India gaining victory in the latter.[69][70]
Since the 1980s, there have been over 50 rounds of talks between the two countries related to these border issues.[71] Only 1 to 2 percent of border incidents between 2010 and 2014 had received any form of media coverage.[71][72] In 2019, India reported over 660 LAC violations and 108 aerial violations by the People's Liberation Army which were significantly higher than the number of incidents in 2018.[73] Despite the disputes, skirmishes, and standoffs, no incidence of gunshots being fired had been reported between the two countries along the border for over 50 years, due an agreement by both sides that guns were not to be used;[74] however this changed on 7 September 2020, when warning shots were fired.[39]I need to turn off the debate. I feel sorry for the people who have to listen to all of it for their job.

And ignoring the fact that various European countries have given money and arms to Ukraine.
