Trump denounced over call for supporters to get ‘locked and loaded’ to fight for him: ‘Sick’Donald Trump has come under fire for amplifying a call to his supporters to get “locked and loaded” and “physically fight” for the Republican party’s front-runner for the 2024 presidential elections. Mr Trump, who is actively using his own social media platform Truth Social after he was barred from Twitter, reposted a message by a supporter who seemed to suggest violence. “Then they will have to figure out how to fight 80,000,000 + it’s not going to happen again. People my age and old will physically fight for him this time,” a Truth Social post from username @freetx1776 read. “What we got to lose? I’ll donate the rest of my time here on this planet to do it. And I know many many others who feel the same. They got my 6 and we Are Locked and LOADED.” Mr Trump, who was investigated for over 18 months by a House committee over his role in the 6 January 2021 Capitol riot, was blamed as the “central cause”. His supporters descended on Capitol Hill after he told his more than 80 million Twitter followers to come to Washington on the day Congress would make final his 2020 election defeat to Joe Biden, and wrote that the day’s events would be “wild”. The twice-impeached president was called out by prominent people on social media for amplifying a message that suggested a repeat of the 6 January riots. Former Republican congressman Adam Kinzinger, who was one of two Republicans on the Democratic-led January 6 select committee, asked whether it is even legal to support this for a presidential runner. “This is sick sick sick. Is it legal to even invite this kind of stuff?” Mr Kinzinger, 44, a staunch critic of Mr Trump, said. Former FBI agent Peter Strozk, who shared the screenshot on Twitter of Mr Trump resharing the post, said it is the “normal signs of a well-functioning democracy” in an apparent sarcasm. He referred to Mr Trump’s latest comments in which he said he trusts Russia’s president Vladimir Putin over his own director of national intelligence. Responding to Mr Kinzinger, attorney Harris Peskin said he is stunned. “Absolutely shocked that the guy who tried to overthrow the government the first time, would try again. I just DID NOT see this coming! What a twist!” The official Twitter handle for the Lincoln Project said: “Just appalling. Trump is gearing up for another January 6th attack. Show this to anyone who does not take seriously the existential threat that MAGA poses to our democracy.” Trump denounced over call for supporters to get ‘locked and loaded’ to fight for him: ‘Sick’

Does "(t)hey got my 6" mean his grave site is already dug and waiting for him?

I think that "Equality is a false God" and "FreeTX1776" - seemingly referring to the Declaration of Independence in which it is stated "all men are created equal" - suggests someone is a bit confused.

I heard that the Democratic Party is changing their primary so Iowa’s caucuses won’t be first.

BBC published a list of potential candidates. top two are Biden and Harris, of course: www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-63654388Biden is polling at 43.2% average right now. that is his highest level in 12 of the last 13 months. Biden is now above where Trump, Reagan, and Carter were at this point in their presidencies. Biden is below Clinton and Obama (the last two Democrats to get re-elected) by about 6%. so, yeah, he is a little vulnerable. Obama and Clinton both ended up over 50% by re-election day.

Trump is really not self aware at all, is he.
Trump, who can be seen in a video on a dance floor with Epstein gyrating with a pack of lovely young models, and who likes to burst into the changing room at his beauty pageant to try to capture the contestants half naked, and who liked to brag about his daughters breasts during interviews, has posted 20 year old pictures of Ron DeSantis with teenage girls when he was a high school teacher, claiming DeSantis gave underage girls alcohol in an effort to ‘groom’ them.
I don’t like DeSantis and think he’s a wanna be fascist, but this slander is gross. It reflects worse on Trump, though, than DeSantis.

“In writer Salena Zito’s Fake News ‘puff piece’ about DeSantis, which supposedly appeared in the dying New York Post, which is way down in readership just like FoxNews(sic) is way down in Ratings(sic), why doesn’t she mention that he wants to cut Social Security & Medicare, loves losers like Jeb Bush, Paul Ryan, and Karl Rove, and it(sic) getting CLOBBERED in the polls by me,” Trump erroneously raged in Truth Social post. “DeSantis is a RINO who is trying to hide his past. I don’t read the New York Post anymore. It has become Fake News, just like Fox & WSJ!” he insisted, packaging the Rupert Murdoch outlets all together. www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/trump-trashes-new-york-post-fox-news-wsj-karl-rove-salena-zito-in-burst-of-desantis-rage/ar-AA17GLPg?ocid=msedgntp&cvid=ace41433cc3e44a1b904c1037671bcc1I cannot wait till Ron enters the race. baby bonuses won't work unless you have the income to pay for them.
now, if they coupled that with a $15 FMW, i could get behind that.
that proposal at least passes the sniff test.

But Sununu argued that "[going] after someone because they politically disagree with you, that ain’t what were about. That’s not what Republicans are about. That’s not what America’s about." Referring to DeSantis, he said, "He’s got a lot of headlines off of it, and I understand that. We’ve got two very different styles," Sununu added. Sununu reiterated that "I hate this woke cancel culture stuff. It’s a disaster. But government doesn’t solve a cultural problem. That’s what Democrats try to do. Big government will solve your cultural problem. No, no, no, no, no. That’s not what Republicans are about. We solve it community to community, person to person, school to school. I would say we politely differ in that respect." When it comes to defeating wokeness in big business, New Hampshire’s governor predicted that "the free market will take care of it" www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/sununu-pushes-back-on-desantis-crusade-against-woke-corporations-that-s-not-what-republicans-are-about/ar-AA18doC6?ocid=msedgntp&cvid=9a491c2413844c5bbb94d7f1289e7179&ei=14He sounds more like a Republican than anyone I have heard in the last few years.

Why not just give money to all the women that are being forced to have babies instead?

If it isn't Florida or Tennessee, it's Texas. "This Is Handmaid's Tale…" – Texas GOP Bill To Fully Reward Heterosexual Married Couples Who Have 10+ ChildrenA new bill led by a Texas representative, Bryan Slaton, would give a 100 percent credit for property taxes to married couples with at least ten children. The filled bill would only provide graduated tax relief for heterosexual couples who were never divorced. The newly introduced Texas House bill does not recognize LGBTQ families, single parents, or blended families. The former pastor and Republican representative Slaton said, “With this bill, Texas will start saying to couples: ‘Get married, stay married, and be fruitful and multiply.'” The controversial bill, known as H.B. 2889, would provide couples a 40 percent property tax reduction if they have four children, with the tax break increasing for every additional child. For every additional child, families who qualify would get an extra 10 percent of property tax reduction. Slaton said, “Strong families are the backbone and building blocks of society.” He continued, “We must support families by making it financially easier for them to have and raise children in a supportive and nurturing way.” Apart from not including all families and children, the bill is criticized because it does not recognize Texas’s high maternal mortality rate. It also has some of the strictest Medicaid coverage for new moms. This bill comes as an answer to the number of unwanted pregnancies after Wade vs. Roe was overturned. A Reddit user pointed out, “A child costs about a million dollars to raise from childhood to adulthood.” Another wrote, “So 9 kids but divorced, no money….. Republicans are weird. They rather have people stay in abusive relationships than get a divorce. Gross.” The third joked, “What next, menstruating women need to live in a tent in the back yard and stay out there longer after giving birth to a girl than a boy because they’re ‘unclean?'” On Twitter, some compared it to the series, The Handmaid’s Tale, while others wrote, “Make no mistake. This is a way to defund public schools. 40 to 65 percent of property taxes go to local schools, depending on where you live. Putting in more kids and reducing funding will expedite their failure.” The bill might seem appealing since Texas’ property tax rates are almost twice as high as California’s though Texas homes tend to cost less on average. Slaton, a conservative Christian, said he found inspiration for the bill in European counties, including Poland and Hungary. In his latest tweet, he wrote, “A drag show is no place for a child.” The Tennessee General Assembly recently passed a bill banning minors from attending drag shows. Is Texas next? With Republicans controlling Senate, this bill could actually turn into something bigger. But is tax property a good enough reason to stay married and have more babies? What do you think? Its crazy legislation from some crazy man who must be part of the quiver full movement. Why should singles and people having a responsible amount of children fund those who want more?
I thought Texas was one of those low property tax states.

no, i think they are the low income tax states, which means they tax the shit out of people in other ways. but some Texan can correct me. In my recollection, the property tax RATE in Texas is high. The actual property tax paid is not that burdensome, since property values are relatively low compared to many states.
