Seriously, is there NOBODY on his team...even his wife maybe...that he would listen to that has the balls to tell him he looks like absolute crap? He can afford to hire a professional make up person to cover up the liver spots or whatever he's doing, he doesn't need to keep slapping bright orange, not blended foundation on in the backseat of the car. Yeah, but the big question is this: Which is really worse? The horrible makeup, the ridiculous hair, the fat out-of-shape body, or the permanent scowl? From a woman's perspective, of course. The smell per Adam Kinzinger. I wish I remembered all of it - part arm pit, part makeup, I think something else and then part butt.

James Buchanan Andrew Johnson Donald J. Trump Most surveys of the 21st century considered James Buchanan (left), Lincoln's predecessor, as the worst president for his leadership during the build-up to the Civil War. Several ranked Lincoln's successor Andrew Johnson last for blocking civil rights for freed slaves and undermining Reconstruction. Donald Trump, first ranked in 2018, has consistently polled among the bottom four and twice in last place, due to breaking longstanding norms such as the peaceful transition of power, a United States precedent not broken since Washington first set it in 1797.
this is an interesting footnote from Wikipedia about the three worst presidents in US history.
for those of you wondering, Biden is currently ranked 14th. that seems like a good spot. right next to Adams.

I’m positive that fly was attracted to odiferous diaper butt. No. Look where it landed. Attracted to Trump's mouth, which generally excretes a lot of the bovine excrement used to manufacture his makeup. Actually, I guess it could be equine excrement just as easily.

About time those presidential historians got off their butts and agreed with me. I knew they would, of course, but it took longer than it should have. I've been saying it for a while.

i say "interesting" because any Trumpista could edit that post. and yet there it stands. edit: i should also issue a correction. i said bottom three, but he was actually ranked fourth to last once. Franklin Pierce, who i know nothing about, was ranked below him in that one. well, that is not true. i think he succeeded Fillmore. but other than THAT i know nothing about him.

What is interesting is that, before Trump, the bottom three bracketed the top one. The three that bungled us into and out of the Civil War and the one who made history during it.

It won't be nearly as difficult if we don't go back to a horrible one.

i was referring to the fact that the 46% really seem lost in this moment. and they have been lost for nearly a decade now.

I think Dick Cheney coming out and saying he is voting for Harris is quite a statement. He could have said nothing. He could have said he won’t vote for Trump. But to proclaim that he will vote for Harris - that’s a big deal. I know part of it is support for Liz - but still.

This clip has a lot on the current campaign for President but has a bonus at the end about Mike Lindell endorsing Ted Cruz. I loved the line about Ted not being a human man. Video link near the start of the "endorsement".

He destroyed Clinton with electoral votes you know the votes that actually matter Trump beat Clinton worse than Biden beat Trump. There is a good chance he will do it again. You think Harris has under polling I think they are overstated and Trump is under polling. i from last to first: this is why i don't think it is useful to talk about what is going on right now. you could be right. i could be right. and yes, there is a good chance he will do it again. it is too close to call right now, imo. as to your first point, you have it backwards. Biden got 2 more EV over Trump than Trump got over Clinton. it is easy to forget that, so you are forgiven. LOL...thank you I stand corrected

I'm guessing former President George Bush is going to vote for Harris too though he won't publicly say so.

Saw this quote the other day. Says it all about trump 2024 for president cult members: "Idolizing a politician is like believing a stripper actually likes you."Trump and his 'facts' for his cult members. Trump's Claim That Children Received Gender-Affirming Surgeries at School Is FalseThe former U.S. president made the false claim during an August 2024 discussion with the conservative organization Moms for Liberty. Claim: Children have received gender-affirming surgeries inside U.S. schools. Rating: FALSE Former U.S. President Donald Trump made this false claim during an August 2024 event with the conservative organization Moms for Liberty. No evidence exists of schools performing any such surgeries, regardless of the idea of parental permission. Afterward, CNN reported that Moms for Liberty co-founder Tiffany Justice — who spoke with Trump at the event — said of his remarks, "Are kids getting surgery in school? No they’re not." Justice and her organization also shared by email their concerns about schools facilitating social transitions for children. Rest of article here: Trump's Claim That Children Received Gender-Affirming Surgeries at School Is False

How monumentally stupid does someone have to be to think surgeries could be performed at a school? MAGAT stupid, I guess.
Where's the operating room? In the cafeteria, using the tables for the procedure? Principal's office? Whole new meaning to the phrase "go to the office" if so. What about all the equipment and keeping a sterile environment? All I can do is shake my head at the gullibility.

Of course, there isn't a surgical suite with a team nearby to do these types of surgeries. I do think it is too likely that there are doctors who push these types of surgeries on children who are not ready for it or may not need it at all. Just for the profit. And of course that needs to be stopped.

And who pays for that? That kind of medical treatment/surgery is not cheap. Teachers have to buy their own classroom supplies but schools are going to spring for surgery? Plus doctors ethically won’t do anything so permanent to children. To get the gender surgery you have to be an adult, you have to undergo psychological counseling, and you have to live as the other gender for a certain period of time before they’ll do the surgery. Doing it to kids in a day is just laughable. This rates right up there with the other big lie Trump continues to spout - women having babies and then killing them AFTER birth, I guess as the ultimate late term abortion. NEVER HAPPENS. Doesn’t keep that orange idiot from repeating those lies over and over again.

Jon Oliver 31 minute video released right before the bear cub story. It shows how part of his popularity might be like Trump's the liking of someone just saying their viewpoint confidently even if it is BS. In the last couple minutes Jon brings up that RFK might be offered the post of HHS in a Trump administration.
