The fridge is my good car! Ugh. I thought you had another, nicer, better car. No? Nope. The fridge is the baby that normally never sees storms or snow.

This one is pretty tiny. Only 1000 sf upstairs.
The one you posted before this one might be one that actually looks better in person instead of the other way around. The pictures are so bad it's hard to tell what it looks like for sure.

I always wanted a boob job, since I was 12. A boob reduction. I'm short and small, wearing a 40DD bra. I never had the 'extra' money. Our universal healthcare won't pay for boob jobs. They'll pay for reconstruction after breast cancer, but otherwise, no. I always felt that no matter what I wore, I could never look elegant or classy. You never see an elegant woman with huge knockers. I hated them, plus they brought a lot of unwanted attention. I've embraced mine, but it took a while. Now IDGAF. My work speaks for itself. My boobs still make men uncomfortable. My boobs are what they are, I will not change them. Working in a male dominated field, I have an advantage - they are distracted which gives me time to prove that I know more than they do. Clothes never hung right on me. Never. If I went to the Petites section, everything was way too tight in the boobage area. If I found a shirt I liked that I could actually button across the chest, the sleeves hung down to the ground like I was an orangutan. I never embraced them. You'd think they'd be good for SOMETHING, but I couldn't even breastfeed with my massive mammaries. Now that I'm 73, nothing matters anymore.

People like Dolly Parton IMO must spend lots of money on custom clothes. I am not petite in height nor frame. My breasts shrink or get way too big depending on my weight. I am in the way too big part of the cycle now because I decided I was surviving Covid dammit and did not try to keep my weight in balance. In any event, I need to lose weight which helps my issue. I am average to tall height for a woman, but I use regular sizes not Tall, because I'm not tall enough for most tall garments. But I hear you, sleeves are too long for me on most long-sleeved clothes. Once upon a time the front desk was fitted for blouses and blazers so we could look like I thought upscale hotel desk personnel. The person who was doing the fitting said, I think you'll take a size 6 in the blazer ... I said things and rolled my eyes and pointed to my bust area. I said I agree with you except for these. Well turns out that uniform vendor uses the high-end fabrics and top of their line to do the fitting. The size 6 blazer not only fit me but looked pretty good. But as you might expect the facility decided to go with a much cheaper blazer with less forgiving fabric. I wore a size 14 or 16 in that, when I was forced to look like a budget hotel front desk person (or part time security guard, but I digress.)

Interesting property and while I like the arched doorways of the 40s, how does that area(MO) assess basement living area versus above ground living area? Also, I am not a fan of gravel driveways, and I can see where there might have been a one car garage underneath the main floor, but it was converted into living space instead. I can see the retaining walls and what appears to be drainage holes for those retaining walls, but that would have to be seen in person, along with guesses as to what happens during rain and snow conditions.

Wore a size two most of my life. Now I'm shorter and wider. When I'm anxious or depressed, I stop eating altogether, and could probably fit into a size two again. The weight comes off really fast, but it's mostly water weight. Comes back on really fast, as well.

I wonder what your plan would be with the pink toilet and sink? Replace immediately or live with it and address later? I like that it has a two-car garage, but I admit I am wondering what is Greenhaven. Name of a development? Because of the age of the house and the finished basement I wouldn't draw many conclusions until it was seen in person. Panoramic photos can make bedrooms, etc. look much larger than they are in RL.

I think it has something to do with inflammation. Weight does not come off quickly for me anymore, In fact, my body does this weight balancing thing so its hard for me to drop weight. I avoid dairy, but at times will eat butter cookies for example.

I'm glad you made it home! I hope the fridge is okay. I'm glad you weren't driving your other car. The fridge is my good car! I don't remember, what is your other car? Hopefully the hail you encountered was small and the Fridge is fine. We had hail with the rain here in June, but it was small. Probably .25 inch or less.

Good morning and welcome to Sunday, indefatigable invisipeeps. I hope your day provides you with an opportunity and cause to frolic and cavort, and that you take that opportunity. I hope your Sunday sundae is excellent. Yesterday DH and I went out to eat at a wonderful Italian and American restaurant. We ate too much, unfortunately especially DH who now is suffering. Too much, too soon. But he isn't in the throes of it like a couple of days ago. I think given a few more hours he'll be fine. He was never a heavy man but since he started Ozempic three or four years ago he's lost about 20 pounds and is now quite thin. Most of the time he has a correspondingly small appetite. Hey! It's not especially cloudy or raining right now! I may actually see the sun rise today. I took this picture some time ago in the bay vapor:

I'm tired of being behind the 8-ball and needing to do so much. I know. I'm the one that had all the kids, and that was a choice, blah blah.
I'm not taking a break between jobs. I really can't, if I take a break, then my insurance stops.
I thought I was done with the extra time sink of finding a job. That would, indeed, be a nope.
I hope this feeling stops soon.

I had never seen possums here (northern NJ) until I saw my dog gently pawing a dead one on my driveway a couple of years ago. I put the dogs inside and went to clean up the little corpse, and it was gone. It wasn't dead; it was playing possum! We had that happen in our backyard. Thought our dog killed an animal. Called him in and turned out lights. Dreaded having to dispose of animal. Waited an hour and it was gone!

When you leave a job you have 1 or 2 months (think it is 2 you can check the paperwork you get) to sign up for COBRA coverage and it is retroactive to your end of coverage date. You can literally wait your week or 2 and then if nothing happens not sign up. Don’t let insurance prevent you from taking time off. Starting new job is stressful, even when it is a good change.

I like it too. I figured T2 could have that whole loft area to herself. My only issue is all the stars to get up to the house. I guess I could take part of the porch off and make a ramp.

I dunno. It's hard to tell what's what from the pictures. It doesn't look like there's any space between hardly for a person to sit on the toilet. The tiny pictures are hiding something but it's hard to tell what.

Nice flow and pretty big rooms - ditch the wallpaper, add fresh paint and voila!

I like it. It's hard to tell what is really there with the old people furniture. That makes the house look even more dated. Crash the open house.

They did not stage it well. The staging made it look old, IMO I like the flooring. And no pics of the basement? Maybe I missed it. Does it have a garage? I would definitely check it out in person, if you like the area.

If it is an open house, are you really crashing it? I agree with your assessment, dated but good bones.

Nice flow and pretty big rooms - ditch the wallpaper, add fresh paint and voila! This one needs hardly any work from what it seems. It's really just cluttered and tacky. I could dedicate my weekends to it for a while.

This is where you need to find out the rules. When I left TX, I was planning on my last day being the last day of the month. A call to HR told me that if I worked one day of the new month, all of my benefits piled in on that day. So that’s what I did. By working one day, not only did I have health insurance the rest of the month, I had sick and vacation time accrue (I was getting 2 days/mo of vacation at that time) and contributions to retirement. That gave me time to drive to KY, meet the moving van and get a bit of unpacking done before starting work.

I like that house, too. Some simple changes, such as just replacing the tablecloth in the dining room, and voila!
