I haven’t because I've heard about child labor being how they keep things so cheap. I have a ton of swimsuits and have gotten some good ones from Target and Old Navy.

I told him I know but that he needed to go home so he could go to school tomorrow. She keeps this up he is really going to start rebelling. And I can see him hiding food next. He had a couple of korean treats in his backpack yesterday and he told me that was his emergency supply.  I hope he does see a psychiatrist if he starts talking they may not like what they hear. I do think she means well and is just very 
misdirected. I said before once she gets with some russian friends she seems to go off on a tangent. Now everything American is bad, well if it was so great there how come she had to leave with not much more than the clothes on her back. I hope she does visit for 2 months this summer, may take some of that rosy look off things. She is going to go to doctors over there because its cheaper and quicker, she hasn't been back in 10 years and is now an American citizen, she may be in for a rude awakening, I just hope he comes back.  If it were left up to me I would move up here right now and stay. Financially we need to sell that house first and that takes time. Hubs is looking for a trailer to put most of his tools in for about $8k, he doesn't want to pay $15 and I don't blame him. I am concerned about him and grandson plus DD. I am letting this stress me. Like everything else she does I hope she doesn't stick with it long. Little guy may not be allowed over here this weekend, would not surprise me. He is going to want to eat and probably all kinds of stuff and I will be told not to let him if he comes, I think. What do I do? I would probably have him go back home as I can't do that to him

From what I have read and they repeat it over and over there is no evidence these diets help.

I don’t get this.  Why don’t you put your house on the market in IN, pay for a pod and store your furniture from there, move out to WA and establish residency.  You have a home to live in, granted it’s not where you want to live permanently, but it an acceptable stop gap in the meantime.  Then you start to establish your medical system out here.  Trying to do this in 2 states is difficult……I know because I did it myself for almost 2 years (but for different reasons).  Once you are out here, you can look for someplace else to live, but by being here you have a better chance of finding something before it hits the realtor web sites.  When you find a place, get the pod moved out here and empty it into your new house.  I5 might take 6 months, it might tak3 2 years.  

Next, your son needs to talk to his wife about his son’s diet.  Boys can have eating disorders too, and what his mom is doing is driving him to this.  In the meantime, you provide healthy options.  Cut up veggies with hummus, fruits, roasted chicken, etc.  Apple juice has high sugar, apples are better for you, offer water instead.

My nieces have.  They said it tends to run small and is not well made.  I’d probably pass considering it’s swimsuits and losing elastic and flashing someone is the last thing I wan5 to do!.  

Land’s End is having a decent sale on suits right now, I just bought from there a week or so ago for our next trip.

Chiver, My 26 year old DD orders from Shein all the time.  I know she orders suits from there a lot, and has had some issues getting the bottoms to fit.  The stuff is so cheap she orders a bunch of stuff and donates the rejects rather than dealing with sending it back and paying shipping.  I sent her a message requesting feedback on sizing, but my DD and I are both about 5'1.  I weigh about 127-130 and DD weighs about 10 lbs more but is thinner than me.  I say I am fluffy now. Lol.  Some of their stuff looks fairly nice, and I think the suits look about like what you might buy at Target. Mich is correct though, the suits I buy tend to have lots of padding and elastic in them, so I tend to buy from places like Macy's.  Land's End would be a good place to try too.  I know DD ordered a big order before her last trip and had express shipping.  I think she needed to hit $50 or $100 to get free shipping.  Before her trip to Mexico in October she ordered a few dresses, some were big misses even on her tiny body, but she had one that was very cute, and it only cost about $10.

I just got to work about 30 minutes ago.  I had a Dental cleaning this am.  DB called on my way to work and wants to go talk to mom after work about giving up driving.  I know she will not like that as she called me yesterday complaining that she did not have keys to her car anywhere in her house and she needs her car to go to Church and the Grocery Store.  I take her to Church every Saturday, but she goes on Tuesdays and opens the Church for some kind of prayer service, and she then goes grocery shopping afterwards.  We are afraid she will either get lost or get in an accident if she continues driving.  DB has the keys b/c her car would not start.  He took them to see if the batteries were dead.  He says it is not the keys, so the car battery must be dead.  So, I need to stop at mom's on my way home tonight and meet DB.  Tomorrow I have an appointment to have my hair colored.

CG, with my issues with IBSD, I thought sometimes I may have Gluten Intolerance.  This is something the doctors can do a test to determine.  But in order to test for it, you need to have eaten gluten in the prior week.  Idk about dairy, as I eliminated dairy about 30 years ago.  Eating healthy is a good goal, but Doctor's do not recommend a gluten free diet if you are not gluten intolerant.  Even though I am lactose intolerant, I have always served dairy products to the rest of the family.  ADHD can be addressed with diet to a certain extent, but I would push her to work with a dietician and a Dr to come up with a balanced diet and an appropriate diagnosis.  The last place she should get medical advice is from You Tube.  Those are the people that have a financial interest in pushing you to buy their products.

Our very best local "find" was when an officer with the private security patrol got out to walk with his canine partner along a local drainage ditch.  He found a doll floating in the shallow water, an adult female life-size anatomically correct inflatable doll to be precise.  He called for backup to help him get into the water channel and retrieve Dolly.  To say that the resulting photos were interesting would be putting it very mildly, especially the ones with Dolly, the canine and an officer in the back seat of the patrol vehicle.  Obscene-yes, hysterically funny-yes.

Yes, the easement parallels a major street, so the cops suspected it was used in a crime and discarded as the shooter fled.  I had never seen this type of ghost gun before and it was amazing.

I got a couple of cards at CVS, lots of boozy gifts at the liquor store, and tons of cash for seasonal tips and gifts.  Then I took the roundabout way home to make sure I wasn't followed from the bank - jugging is a major issue this time of year and it sometimes involves an insider at the bank who tips off accomplices about large cash withdrawals.  

I need to get a gift card from my nail salon for my neighbor and that's the end of gift shopping for us.

I'm living in noise hell and apparently will be for several more days as a neighbor is installing a gunite pool and the generator powering the pump is very very loud.  Add in the ongoing remodeling next door, 10 feet from my window and I've warned DH to steer clear of me

Very true, someone posted something about supplies and printer sizes and what not, and I took a dive or two. Super cool, but you need to know a fair amount about how it all works and what supplies will print what you want.

I think its annoying noise season in addition to the holidays. I really don't like where I live during this season. I am going to figure out how not to be here during the worst of it, even if I remain in part of the unpleasant noise areas.

Any NJ posters know where I can turn in license plates and get a receipt? I am planning to get the plates off the BMW, turn them in, and that will be prove he is dead and undriveable. I have already picked out my next vanity plates for my car regardless of color. Supporting NJ Agriculture is a one time plate fee and then no additional money on future registrations. 

There is a DMV office on the bus line, but they've really changed what you can and cannot do at any given office. And if you know of any good scanning apps to download to an Iphone, I think I should look into that too. My coworker who is leaving the state has been scanning paystubs etc. in prep for his departure.

I'm talking to my CSR and I mention that I'm getting these new accounts and she already works on them. She asks if I'm sure I want to do that because these guys are constantly push the envelope and she considers them problem children. I told her it's fine, I'm a hardass so I don't tolerate that. I'll have them whipped into shape in no time. This will be fun.

Since I'm not in education I don't know how good I'd be at the former, but I excel at the latter.
