he's a fucking fraud that leverages his "wealth" and converts it into cash flow through debt financing. and he has gotten away with it for 50 years.
time for it to end. time for him to die in poverty.

It's the NYS AG, not the NY DA. It's civil, not criminal. Thanks, and my bad. I will take the blame, since I started it, along with 70 whacks from Swamp.

ok, so are we ready to say he is doomed, yet? probably not. but it is starting to feel like he is getting sucked out by the tide of his own misdeeds.

I think he’ll try to pin it on his ex accountants and his admins for filling out the paperwork wrong - but he signed the documents which makes him what we like to call the potential jailee.

The 11th Appellate ruled for the DOJ. They can proceed with examination of the classified info taken. I don’t know what this means about the special master though. Judge Cannon’s hand got slapped.

Question: to save himself, who will he throw under the bus? Anyone and everyone, including the kids? It sounds like all 3 kids have been called on the carpet. I think it’s going to be hard to throw them under the bus when they’re under the wheels already.

“to induce banks to lend money to the Trump Organization on more favorable terms..."
terms? how about AMOUNTS? loans are COLLATERALIZED. if the collateral is worth 3x as much, the loan is 3x as large.

Yep, and they included my favorite scam - valuing his upstate estate at many millions based on the McMansions he could build on it - although he had tried multiple times to build on it and was rejected for zoning problems. Bigly tax break!

i have mentioned it before, but here is what i think. Trump has figured out a way to borrow his way to a successful appearance. i don't think he actually is worth very much because of that.
it would be easy enough to do, if you were him. it is not like he has ever been employed.

Nation Stunned to Learn Trump May Have Committed Fraud
By Andy Borowitz September 22, 2022 NEW YORK (The Borowitz Report)—In an event that some commentators are calling the day the nation lost its innocence, millions of Americans were stunned to learn yesterday that Donald J. Trump may have committed fraud. As news of the New York State attorney general’s fraud lawsuit against Trump spread like wildfire across the Internet, Americans expressed shock and incredulity that one of America’s most successful and respected businessmen might have violated his own high ethical standards. “I’ve been walking around in a state of disbelief all day,” Harland Dorrinson, a barber in Cleveland, said. “He held our nation’s highest office and always conducted himself with such propriety. I hope to God these fraud charges are some kind of mixup.” Carol Foyler, an insurance agent in Tampa, agreed. “How could he have gotten involved in such shady dealings?” she asked. “He’s a very smart man. For heaven’s sake, he even ran a university!” Davis Logsdon, a psychology professor at the University of Minnesota, said that it will be important for parents to talk to children who have been traumatized by news of Trump’s legal imbroglio. “Anecdotally, I’m hearing that kids are taking the news particularly hard,” he said. “They feel as if the rug has been pulled out from under them. If Donald Trump is capable of misleading people, who’s next—Dr. Oz?” Nation Stunned to Learn Trump May Have Committed Fraud

In his defense, he thinks the law should be whatever it is he wants it to be. Never mind the fact that he will change his opinion to a completely opposite one of it works for him

OK why the hell does he call Leticia James, the NY AG, ‘Peekabo’ James? Does he know what that word means?
And on a side note, anyone notice that two of the major lawsuits against Trump, in NY and GA, are being led by black women? Once again, black women doing the heavy lifting.
You know that has to rankle Trump. “Peekabo’ is probably the nicest word Trump uses for James.

Some more Trump fuckery.
Trump chose to fly from NYC to MAL on Tuesday, despite the hurricane. They tried to move it to Bedminister due to the weather and how unsafe it might be for the court reporter and videographer to get there, but Trump insisted it be at MAL and insisted the deposition proceed.
Biggest surprise for me - I hadn’t heard of this lawsuit. Trump received millions of dollars to promote ACN, a multi level marketing scam.
Who ever has the excel sheet tracking all the lawsuits, throw this one on there. Story on Washington Examiner.

So why should he worry about a hurricane?
