Finally items are gone that I feel count. I shipped 11 empty printer cartridges that I sold on ebay. I have a few other things listed but I'm not sure if they will sell.

Well, I took a load to goodwill on my lunch hour and failed to count the items. I was going to say 30/100, then was going to scale it down, but remembered I took some super soaker squirt guns and toys to my niece about a week ago, so 30/100 was a good #.

I have a couple of bags of stuff to donate in the car. I'm going to sell an animal cage and give away the little bicycle hubs bought used for grandson.

41/100 More books out the door. Next: thin the herd of mugs. They've taken over the kitchen.

I have to wait another month or so to donate some books to the library. They aren't taking donations yet. Oh well, the way things are going, next month might feel like tomorrow.

Hi all! We’re back in France now. We had a wedding in Spain last weekend (DH’s godson). I was VERY worried about crossing the French-Spanish border there and back due to Covid, but all went well. 😊
We crossed into Spain (by car) in the Pyrénées. The border patrol took one look at us and waved us in, they didn’t check a thing!
On the way back into France, there wasn’t even any border patrol. 😳

DD worked at SBUX, and when she moved out she did not take her collection with her. I swear every time she visits she abandons a coffee mug/thermos/Drink cup. I need to buy new coffee cups. Mine are all chipped or stained - but when I looked at them at Meijers I did not like what they had. I have a few items I missed when I made my last Goodwill run, so I guess I should just gather another load together. In reality we have less than a month to get to our 100 item goal.

I think I'm headed to Toronto in late September. Keeping fingers crossed the border doesn't close again.

yikes, I'm 7 pages behind. 😳
I'll do a full update in the morning from my laptop, lots of progress after some hiccups. but, someone reached out about the dark brown bathroom vanity and mirror tonight. very interested, they are on their way over. woo hoo! I hope they are strong, I tried to disconnect the supply lines and couldn't budge the shutoff switches. worst case, I have a guy coming tomorrow night for my leaky dishwasher, I can have him disconnect the sink as well and the buyer can come back. they are literally on the other side of the pond from me.
ETA: woo! dad was handy, they were able to disconnect everything. and while we were chatting, I mentioned something I'd be listing for free in a few weeks when it comes down. they came out back to look at the tiki bar/shed, I'm not keeping the rusty fender the last guy put up. dad took a picture, he was so awed. lol... so I told them when I take it down, I'll reach back out to the wife via FB messenger and they can come back for it whenever. they are literally 5min away.
so, $200 in my pocket to go toward buying what I want for the bathroom. and nobody else's bathroom funk in it, too!

Later I lost 40 lbs two years ago, also on keto. With Covid I gained half of it back. I went down 2 sizes, then went up 1 size. 😞
I gave away ALL my bigger clothes. I initially refused to buy anything but my new size. In the end I bought one new pair of black pants in a bigger size … 1 size smaller than everything I gave away, but 1 size bigger than all the new pants I had purchased. I REFUSE to buy any more, and now I’m back on keto.
I know how hard it is … you’re doing great!

I don't even know what size I am right now, debthaven. I haven't been in a fitting room since the stores were getting closed down in 2020. It's probably a good idea to keep one outfit in a bigger size, as you now have. Some of my bigger clothes have been wearing out, so I've just been tossing them into the trash. I haven't tried on my smaller jeans in awhile. Maybe that's something I can do this week. But, of course, as you lose weight you don't always lose it in the areas you'd prefer to. BTW, I'm glad you didn't have any trouble with border crossings. As the number of cases increase here, I'm wondering what sort of closings could be coming up soon...

Later and Debt- I am up about one size with Pandemic lbs. I probably would be fine, but I have not been working out, and I think I lost muscle/gained inches. I am working on losing some weight - a wedding next weekend and a second Labor Day weekend. I have been trying to figure out how to get back on an exercise schedule, but some of the classes I used to do are gone.
I have Three items in my car for Goodwill (2 throws for the sofa, so they are bulky and take up a lot of space and a purse I decided I will not use), I also failed ot count a shirt I threw in my trash. 34/100.

I have a few things out in the living room that will be written up and donated this weekend. It will be cooler so I can actually deal with doing activity. Not having AC really stinks during a ongoing heatwave. I know another thing that will be on my must have list for my next home.
Everyone keep doing what you can. I have been in a slump for the last few months so hoping I can manage something over the cooler weather.

Count me in as a keto/low carb fan! I know it works if you stick to it. Upcycled magazines to my sister earlier this week. 14/100. I also dropped off the 2 clothing items (capris I bought online a few months ago, wore twice, and decided they were way, WAY too big) at Goodwill while in the big city, but those were counted a few pages back.

12/100 items gone. Another item sold.
I expect to make more progress this weekend. I will be home alone so no excuses.

Good afternoon all. I am slowly getting back into making little progress but it is better than none. Added a few more items to the declutter challange -- not a lot as of now as the items that I am placing in the donation box is not in this number. My numbers will jump a lot once I get those boxes finished and out of the garage. Still adding to the last one. Seems that almost every time I do laundry recently at least one item is added to the box. I have also used up/thrown out several items as well.
I have finished that puzzle I was working on. glued it, located a frame of the correct size and with a little trimming got it framed. It is now packed away with the rest of the Christmas decor. Also finished the 4th of the 5 projects from my last retreat. Trying to decide exactly what I want to do for the last one as I think that I may make some adjustments to the instructions to make it more wearable for me. Also started a new project the other day and almost have it finished. I really like the fact that I had the supplies on hand for that one. I did have to have a mind change on the colors as the original color scheme who not work as I didn't have the materials needed in the correct sizes. Had to think out of the box and really am liking the one as I see the progress I am making on it.
I am continuing to stay in as much as possible as the numbers are getting higher . We are back to mask mandate for the state (I always wore mine when out anyway.) at least until the end of this month. I am expecting it to be extended a bit longer. Only doing necessary errands and as usual doing as many of them on the same day when possible. This way I am home usually 5 days a week. My classes will be starting next month -- only fully vaccinated and with masks in person. I will be teaching in person but the class is small in number. Classes I am taking will be 90% using Zoom. This way I can limit my exposure as much as possible. The program is for all 50 and older so all are being as proactive for safety as possible.
Will need to add comments at a later time. Will check in later.

Welp, not as productive as I'd like to have been. But I did take a nap! I'm running out of summer work-ish days for those to happen. I also had DH throw a different task at me that wasn't on my list. It's taken me the last two hours to work on.
During purging rounds today, I got rid of 21 items. That puts me at 31/100 for the challenge. (That's garage and bedroom)
See you tomorrow!

Loaded up the car. Once I get cooled off I will head to the local Habitat ReStore and get rid of the former tenant's hand painted dishes. Some of the dinner plates they may toss, but I no longer care. I just want them out. Realized I might pop by another time to get rid of some Corelle odds and ends from my original set.
Realized I still have an old printer to too. Looks like I won't get clothes to the thrift store today, but those can always be dumped in one of those clothing bins. Which I did with some old faded washcloths the other day.

Plates, bowls, saucers, etc. dropped off. Washing dishes so I can make some pasta for lunch with the herbed tahini sauce I got from Trader Joe's. More errands after lunch including buying some suntan lotion. All out at Marshalls of the stuff I like so I'll need to pay more at one of the grocery stores if they still have some. Feels like the back to school shoppers have already cleared some aisles. Hope to pack and mail some dishes to my sis before her birthday. Would like to have one last hurrah with them, like a cookie get together but not sure if I can make my LR/dining area nice in a few weeks.

. . . aaand 59/100 items gone, some sold by DH and others donated. I'm not counting things I regard as trash at this point, although I guess I will if it's something big.
I'm hiring a couple of teens this week to clean out our shed. It's amazing what capacity an 8x8' shed actually has. They'll dig it out, haul to the curb items of no value and no use to us, for either someone to pick up or the bulk trash pickup that I'll schedule for the next Tuesday. The shed alone could put us over 100, we'll see.
I've decided we'll go to Maine on the 17th for about 10 days between 6 there and 4 in Massachusetts. Going to take it easy.

So far this has been a low key day, which was very much needed. I did clean out some expired medication and condiments in addition to DD's rock collection that had been under her bed. Now at 68/100. I am slowly getting another donation bag together.

I am slowly getting another donation bag together. I need to put going into the County building to drop off unused meds. I need to sort through cans as well. Going to donate the ones close to dates that I won't use in the near term.

Are the dissertations both for you? Homework assignment for my summer class. We're summarizing five dissertations, analyzing one, and planning our own.
