Another Hillary thread? Really? She lost → dt won and he is in the process of ruining the country. Let's keep our focus where it shoud be → the people in power and what they are doing. Not until Hillary is in jail. And then what would republicans bitch about? Welfare queens, free school lunches, abortions, women having sex, women refusing to have sex, gays, transgenders, "bad hombres", no prayer in school, muslims, the lack of respect for southern rebels who fought against the good old USA, people not wanting to go back to the back of the bus and staying in their place, and on and on and on. Granted they wouldn't all complain about the same thing and many will be offended by some of the things I threw in there, but it is a smörgasboard they can choose from and they will. Oh, and don't forget those damn hippies who want to save the environment, and prefer peace over (much more profitable) war...

"Political associations" are specifically included in the list of RICO enterprises in Criminal RICO: 18 U.S.C. SS 1961-1968, A Manual For Federal Prosecutors, Sixth Revised Edition, May 2016 by Staff of the Organized Crime and Gang Section, U.S. Department of Justice. www.justice.gov/usam/file/870856/download Page 71 of the Manual, line 2. 25-65 list what crimes qualify as racketeering. Which did they engage in? I answered your question on potential exemption of political parties because it was factual, not interpretive: either they were or they weren't. Now, if you want to opine on 40 pages worth of that manual which lists specific crimes, and include an assertion that the list is all-inclusive for all time in spite of the vast expansion of that list over the years by prosecutors, God love ya! Perhaps DNC counsel should be doing that same thing contemporaneously. I continue to wonder if Sessions' organization is looking into this.

... I answered your question on potential exemption of political parties ... Perhaps AG Jeff Sessions should prosecute the DNC board members for acting as a criminal enterprise under RICO for selling the presidential nomination to the highest bidder, ... Is it illegal for a political party to do that? Is it a criminal act to sell a nomination? That is what I asked.

Who cares anymore? Because of the stupidity, Trump is president. If Trump fails to deliver and the dems come up with someone who isn’t putrid, they’ll win. I would agree, but the dems are too dumb and too radical. They’ll either run an avowed socialist who’s never made a contribution to the world, an intersectionality tire fire (Jamala Harris or fauxahontas) or, they’re best bet, some misunderstood soul from gitmo. If they ran dim bulb joe, they’d win, but he’s not radical enough for them Consider that Biden may be the perfect candidate for today's Democratic Party were he not honest. Dumb as a sack full of hammers and malleable enough to accept any practices, no matter how unsavory. Those are strong plusses for the DNC. Unfortunately for Joe, he's never been on the political take, so can't buy enough for table stakes.

What is so sad about your retort is, it happened and the Dems covered her back. Today, the tide is turning-- Donna Brazile, who was also promoting Hillary during the primary as temporary DNC President, has now turned on her. The sharks are circling, Elizabeth Warren agreed that Hillary stole the primary. It will not be long before they look back at Bill and the A.G. colluding on the plane on the tarmac in Vegas, thus bringing Comey back into the investigation as a target, and finally we will start looking at Benghazi through a new very clear lense, and also the Uranium One deal which will grab Obama by the crotch and see how much of a sell out he was to America.

How could Bernie Sanders take a call from Donna Brazille in SEPTEMBER 2016, where she tells him Hillary stole the primary from him and it was rigged, and he not only stayed quiet but actually backed Hillary publicly as the nominee? What was his problem? How could he do that if he was this honest humble man? Both he and Donna Brazile owed the party an outright expose' of Hillary at the time, let alone the entire American Electorate.
P.S. Donald Trump once again has been proven correct on his "outlandish claim" that crooked Hillary rigged the election. We now have the smoking gun direct from the DNC Chief. Anyone remember how he was castigated over that? Anyone? As this investigation of collusion goes on and on, Trump has been shown to be the honest guy in the entire group on both sides.......Now I even admit that is scary. Very scary.

Further evidence of the established fact that the DNC was supporting Clinton. I didn't know it was in dispute. Then you haven't been reading the thread...

They did the same thing in 2008... but the people liked and supported O more, so it didn’t matter. Republicans did did the same thing, trying to get rid of T... but it didn’t matter. If the will of the people is stong enough, it prevails. Do i I think we need a new way to choose and promote, sure. I don’t give money to the DNC... I dont even sign up for anthing related any more. I have communicated to them why. Outside that, it’s not illegal for a political party to support their preferred candidate. It shocks me how little people seem to understand our process.

The lady is now a private citizen... they are still after her. Committed no crimes...served the country well....better then any here and I include myself and I did serve and shed blood... Lost the election , admitted to drinking a little Chablis, seems to have written a real live after action book...a real best seller and yes told it as she sees it...So what's wrong with that...why folks are purchasing it..
In her public service...as first lady...served well...As a two term Senator..even her political opponents applauded her..[granted quietly] as a superior Senator...seemed she served very well as Sec of State meeting with friend and foe...[those here who criticize have no real clue as to her performance...none of us here really know what went down or have the expertise to make judgement..[if criticize just anti her party and the guy she worked under..] and still they are trying to pin something on her...
Who?? The one in the oval office who for a whole year , day after day, is the lead actor in this soap opera of a administration...and now going 10 day visit to Asia, god help us. The Chinese who do this well if not the best, on top notch entertaining, as a guest on NPR today said , pointed out.....will love this guy, lick him all over...he will be gushing like a virgin bride in the adulation and let us all know how they love him and and are the greatest of friends...all the while they will be reaffirming their new role of being #1...and other nations keep turning to them as the new world leader...
Under Hillery , we would still be great friends but more as equals ...because she knew what she was doing...knew how to understand the world unlike this one...Say nice things about him and he has a orgasm...say anything critical...like Mount Helens...even his admit that.
Committed at least one crime that I personally witnessed (via recording, but that still counts)... and many other crimes of hers are well documented.

Clinton is a distraction. Trump! If we only had an Attorney General with some cahonas these days, there would be about four separate investigations on Hillary, the DNC and the Podesta Group. Sessions is so screwed up in fear the democrats will denigrate him for doing it, he does nothing. I honestly believe Mueller to be honorable and he will have no other choice to move onto Hillary through the Russian payment for the dossier, leading him to collusion, money laundering in the dnc party for her campaign rigging the election and a few other charges to come. Unfortunately she will never serve a day for Benghazi and Uranium One deal because I do not think anyone believes any prosecutor could go that far off target in the present collusion case to get to it.

Don't understand this complaining of the uranium deal....Russia or Russians purchased 20% stake ...investment...have no say in moving uranium to Russia...is there a great need for and demand for Uranium today...all those nuclear weapons being destroyed...already refined war heads , uranium to use...and understand USA still controls how and where uranium goes...So what is the big deal..

Our focus shouldn't be so narrow minded, and laser focused on one issue though. It should also be on "how did we get here, and how can we avoid getting here again, in the future?" "How did we get here?" is easily answered by "The nomination of Hillary Clinton". "How can we avoid doing the same thing again?" is easily answered by "Learn what was done wrong in the nomination of Hillary Clinton, and take steps that it can't happen again".

What I "feel" is irrelevant. She lied under oath. Period. That's a, proven and witnessed by MILLIONS, fact. Period. The fact that she hasn't been prosecuted for it yet just proves the adage "if you have enough money or power, or especially both, the law doesn't apply to you".

Today, or maybe yesterday she finally told the truth. She was interviewed about the payment to Russia for the dossier, and she said it was all okay. This was so different than Trump team taking meetings with Russians They were buying info on an opponent which is fair game, and the attorney for her campaign told her it was okay to buy information on her opponent from a foreign country. You just cannot make this stuff up. She admitted to doing something illegal!

I never thought she would run for any office again after her presidential run. I doubt CLinton will be charged with anything. If she was involved with the primary stuff, everything I read states it might have been unethical but not criminal. She's not going to prison. But some of trump's closest advisers might be.

Oops... Elizabeth Warren and Donna Brazile both now agree the 2016 Democratic primary was riggedNovember 2 at 5:04 PM The former interim head of the Democratic Party just accused Hillary Clinton's campaign of “unethical” conduct that “compromised the party's integrity.” The Clinton campaign's alleged sin: A hostile takeover of the Democratic National Committee before her primary with Sen. Bernie Sanders had concluded. Donna Brazile's op-ed in Politico is the equivalent of taking the smoldering embers of the 2016 primary and throwing some gasoline on them. Just about everything she says in the piece will inflame Sanders's passionate supporters who were already suspicious of the Democratic establishment and already had reason to believe — based on leaked DNC emails — that the committee wasn't as neutral in the primary as it was supposed to be. But the op-ed doesn't break too much new provable, factual ground, relying more upon Brazile's own perception of the situation and hearsay. ... Have you read the assessment that Bernie wouldn't have won anyway? BTW, there is no requirement of either party being neutral. That's an expectation of some Joe Voters which is almost like expecting big companies to pass up longtime company faithful employees for positions and hire outsiders.
The parties are not non-profits and do not exist to be fair. They exist to promote their interests and ideals. I am surprised its still a big deal for some here after all this time discussing it.

As I've said uncounted times... And yet you do... make this shit up... WTF are you watching/ reading? Because it has no basis in reality.

Because the dossier was written by a British National. That's who was paid. If the Briton spoke to Russians, its to be expected as he was hired to do so.
No payment to Russia.

And not a payment to any foreign government either! AND, I wish some would get it through their heads...BERNIE IS NOT A DEMOCRAT!!! He is an independent who ran as a Democrat to get national attention. He has done NOTHING for the democratic party and just how much did he fund raise for the DNC?
