yes... i'm not done with all of them, yet.. there's a whole lot of them and they have to be done for each skin separately if i wish to be so anal as to have them match.. since i'm female, i think you know the answer to that.. and there is now a sports board under the General header..

great job with the skins...
quick question...is it possible to have the zip page similar to the lifestyle boards??
zip page = when you post, it scrolls down to the bottom of the page vs. refreshing to the top.

There's no need for a separate joke board -- you can start a joke thread in EE. As far as "adults only" boards or something of that nature, you can find another forum, or start your own. That's not the purpose/intent of this board.

Maybe I'm not doing this right, but how can I respond to a specific sentence or group of words as a "quote" and not the entire posting? Currently, as a work-around, I copy/paste and then bold the other posters words. As a computer owner since 1982, there are times an old dog wants to learn a new trick.
Also, on my "wish list" (and I understand that Christmas is done and past) would be a "reply" button under each posting (this would then start a sub-posting under the original posting). Some of us who occasionally visit this board would like to stay on point with a particular posting rather than reply 15 postings later. Just my nickel's worth after inflation.

N, there are a couple ways to do it.
1. one way is to look at the top right corner of the post you wish to quote, and click the "quote" button. that will quote the entire post, with the name of the person you're quoting.. then you could edit out all but what you want to respond to.
2.. to do it as i did (quote but w/o reference to WHOM you are quoting) type [*quote] (minus the *), paste in what you're quoting, then type [*/quote] (again, minus the *)

Thanks moonbeam. Most of us who migrated here have kept our MT user name but some decided they needed a different nom de plume. Is it possible to start a list which contains the old names vs. the new? I would like to know what happened to O&G, LongSam, Frank Q, Duff or Duffminster (?), etc.

Is it possible to put the links back to the main site page on the bottom of the page and not just on the top? If that is also on the bottom of the posts then we would just have to click on Politics and the Market. Thanks. code hack now added! in some cases, it's under the quick reply box, but it's there... this was something i wanted too and now we have it..

i think what i'm going to do is make a 'wish list' thread.. it'll be much easier for me to remember all the things people ask about if it's all in one place.
