don't know exactly what the "fantasy narrative" is, but I've always considered the anti-gun-control narrative to be "Strict gun control laws don't prevent homicides." And for laws implemented on the scale of cities and states, Chicago is one of the most striking examples in their favour.

The anti-gun control narrative rarely, except in my experience in your post, stops at strict gun control laws don't prevent homicides. And I agree in the respect no gun control laws will ever have the power to stop homicides only lessen them at best.

The fantasy narrative is because it does not stop there. It is almost followed by the belief that lax gun laws will save us because good people with guns will save us from bad people with guns. And to me that is pure fantasy

along with the belief sometimes taken to the extreme that if we arm every one, and require that by law!, that somehow we will all be safe.

Trump may own you, but he doesn't own me. I disagree with owning the Democrats too. So they didn't film the flags on day 1 enough for Trump's happiness. So what? Yeah its stupid more of them go on film, but not a big deal to me either way.

Trump resold Monica to his faithful. Big deal. Its not as if that isn't one of his followers favorite things to remember anyhow. For you maybe he reduced Bill's speech, for me, no. Thankfully we don't all think like you or Trump. And that's what I am counting on to save the country. People who aren't emotionally jerked hither and yon into preconceived emotional outbursts.

Perhaps, but the memory I have of it is not yours nor even what Trump wants me to think. When I think of it, it reminds me of all the money wasted by Republicans to basically put lurid details of an affair out on the public air waves. For what?

Years later, it still makes little sense to me. So when I remember it, I think of all the damn money Republicans wasted and I get mad at them. Think that works to Trump's advantage?

They lucked out that Lewinsky kept the stained dress and that the other woman pushed her into using it. So he lied about it and was impeached. He survived it all and we were left with a $56Million bill. It has been alleged- all of the statements concerning Trump are allegations. There is not one shred of actual evidence linking Trump to the "Lolita Express", "Orgy Island" like there is hard evidence that Bill Clinton was present both aboard the plane and on the island.

To be fair, there is also no evidence that Clinton participated in any of the activities alleged to have taken place- just that he flew aboard the plane

Well there's a correctly filed lawsuit in a NY court. What will come of that, don't know, but stay tuned.
