Of course they want Trump elected. It makes it so much easier to win over recruits.

Of course they want Trump elected. It makes it so much easier to win over recruits. Also from the URL I posted-
Thirdly, IS supporters think that Trump's leadership skills are inadequate and that he will make unstable and irrational decisions as the commander-in-chief that will help create a weaker America.
Finally, IS supporters believe that a Trump presidency will provide the best chance for IS to reach its ultimate goal — one final apocalyptic battle in the Syrian town of Dabiq. The jihadis and their supporters believe that in the final battle, the West will be defeated and allow radical Muslims to conquer the whole world

you realize that the LAT is an outlier, right? While Trump's lead is by a wider margin, it is not an "outlier" in that no polls show Hillary gaining and Trump losing. So it is in line with the overall trend of the race breaking for Trump in a major way. no, but it is an outlier in terms of Trump leading. nine out of the last 10 national polls show Hillary leading. and then there is the LA Times. quit obfuscating, please.

Look how well Trump is doing with African-American and Latino voters compared to Romney. This, according to the LA TIMES tracking poll. Trump is the red line, Hillary the blue line in this chart. Romney received 5% of the black vote, Trump is now at 19% support. Romney received 27% of the Latino vote, Trump is at 33%. If these numbers hold, it's over for Hillary. Trump also has a 23% lead among white voters, a 20% lead among male voters, and is only 6% behind Hillary among women. Looks like all the predictions of the #NeverTrump crowd are wrong. NATIONAL REVIEW, THE WEEKLY STANDARD, and GLENN BECK should close shop.

I'll be voting for him again, but only because he's the best man for the job. Again? I voted for him in the primary. It will be "again" in the general election. Unless you referring to the old joke of "vote early and vote often".

i didn't see the link earlier, and i know which poll it is. thanks. edit: i am trying to dig into the data, which is about 10% different than most other data out there. you might not be interested in why (because you like scaring the crap out of people who are afraid of Trump. i get it), but i am.

How about some lies from Trump. This video was produced in December, 2015. There have been plenty of more lies since then by Trump. (Anyone can post a homemade video).

Look at the source, zerohedge. A common problem I run into on these forums is confusing the link with the source.

NO! GET IT RIGHT! THE SOURCE IS CNN. THEY GOT CAUGHT!
The media omits Bill Clinton's comments about how sick Hillary has been...but adds incendiary words to Trump's statements. They've also been caught Photoshopping Hillary's rallies to make the crowds appear bigger. You're being lied to and misled...and the idea that the "corporate media" isn't in the tank for Democrats is a joke.

I can't believe I have to explain this, but if the Chicago Tribune publishes an interview with Mr. X and Mr. X says such and such, but the Tribune decides to EDIT that interview in a deceptive way as CNN and CBS did in the cases I cited above and SpaceCoastNews catches them in the act and shows the full, unedited video, or provides a transcript-- the SOURCE is the Tribune and Mr. X, SpaceCoastNews is simply pointing it out.

Some posters rely heavily on their favorite media sources to make the case for their candidate.
Truly, we should all be omnivores when it comes to media consumption, and avoid reading only the blogs and websites of those media sources that only tell us what we want to hear.
Right?

Who is the source for your claim that CNN edited material?

The reference materials are from the Chicago Tribune. If you have been paying attention the media has also edited out things on Trump's behalf like the creepy comment about Ivanka on Dr. Oz. They edit for their own reasons.
ETA: How does SpaceCoastNews in this example end up with a full unedited video?

Right. If I say, CNN edited their coverage and then cite the cnn coverage, that does not back up my claim. You can cite cnn coverage, then cite full Tex from whoever that is kept, then draw your own conclusion. Or you can cite the source that proffers the conclusion.
Ie.
If if my sentence was:
CNN edits their coverage ( source). The source of this claim is not CNN. The source is the entity making the claim.

moreover, you will forgive us for questioning a source with a reputation for omitting important details. the list of such places are long, but roughly equivalent to the sources used by certain posters here.
