No they don't. With the angle they had him you can see that both are probably happening at once. Yes. They do contradict. One states "caused his death". Period. If that one "caused" {singular, without any assistance} "his death", then the other one had no participation in it, even though it clearly states that it did. Contradiction. Completely irrelevant though, to the issue of there being a "choke hold" used or even at fault... which there wasn't. |

The autopsy determined a cause of death- a combination of compression of the neck, compression of the chest, position.
He died because of a lack of oxygen due to police actions.
The manor of death was ruled a homicide. The police killed the man period. Absent self defense this was a crime.
I don't understand your need to defend it. |

Our star player for the Chicago Bulls, Derek Rose wore a t-shirt last night stating the "I can't breath" in warm ups. I think I will send an e-mail to the Bull's office, that Rose should wear a t-shirt saying "I can't play an entire year without getting hurt and still collect my millions anyway" on the front, and on the back it should say "My childhood neighborhood has blacks killing blacks". Rose comes from an inner city Chicago neighborhood where blacks shoot blacks, not cops shooting blacks |

I don't understand your need to defend it. How many time does it need to be stated? I do not deny that he died due to police action. Turn it into a flower arrangement. I actually saw something very similar in Iran during the uprising against the Shah. An Iranian soldier was sitting on a huge tank holding a gun. In the barrel of the gun was a flower and on his face was a smile. We talked for a bit and he gave me the flower. I still have it, pressed between the pages of a book.  |
