Dear New Manager (2),
Yes, I know you were previously employed by one of our suppliers. However, when I contact your former employer for product information, I expect them to reply directly to me with said information, not pass my request on to you. You can act as if it was happen chance, but when you carry on a cell conversation with your same former coworker regarding a request from my coworker right in front of me, I tend to think "happen chance, my ass". In case you've forgotten, you don't work there anymore, so let your former colleagues earn their pay. Our employer isn't paying you to do their job.
The product of your expertise is but a minuscule component of the product we manufacture. My colleagues and I have more knowledge in our pinky toes about our industry as a whole than you hold in your pea brain. Instead of considering us resources, you try to diminish us and push your weight around. Keep to this course and you'll soon find yourself in the position of Manager with no underlings. But, hey, you can take comfort in the fact that you have knowledge of the product your former employer sells!
Signed, You reap what you sow and the micromanager's yield is almost always low.

Sounds similar to a manager I used to work for. They finally fired her after 14 people quit because of her in one week.

Dear wife of contractor who did work for me and didn't pay his bills, I am 'sorry' to see that your house is in foreclosure. I am sure it was also embarrassing for you to see his name in the paper owing several thousand dollars of unpaid taxes. I guess you would say that you don't deserve this. Well, when I called you and you lied for him and covered for him, you should have realized something was wrong then. If he didn't care anymore for his family than that, he isn't worth much.

Dear 'Gimme A Shout', Thanks again for the 1.75 lbs of Valentine's chocolate. I haven't eaten chocolate for a long time. I'm enjoying it between weight lifting sets ;D I like the nut chocolate brittle and the round chocolate filled one. You like me lean so don't get me fat.

Dear person driving by my house~ Contrary to what you believe, loud music blasting from your car stereo is NOT going to make every female that hears that $h!t want to have crazy sex with you. It is not going to make you the envy of anyone, except perhaps other annoying d-bags such as yourself.
Sincerely, the lady who can not just hear your "music" from in her house, but she hears it when she is in the SHOWER.

Dear Kitties, You may think you are helping me with homework by sprawling all over my papers and textbooks, and sitting directly in front of my view of the monitor, but you aren't really helping much at all. No, I don't really need you to butt your head on my hand while I am trying to click my mouse...no, I didn't really want to click that pop up ad! ARGH! Yes, I still love you ....purrsomes!

Dear cashier at, well, at seemingly everywhere,
When handing me change, please give me the coins and then the paper. Have you not noticed that when you give the paper first and coins of top of it people have to try to catch it before it slips off? And please, learn how to count back the money, it's really not that difficult.

Apple....MOM??? My mom is a math teacher and it irritates her to no end how no one counts back change anymore, nor seems to have the mental capacity to do so.

Dear Client;
I've already told you twice that you have no money left for food. Your natural gas bill this month was almost $200.00, move your thermostat below 90. WAY below.

My electric/gas was $150 with it set at 70 when I was home, 67 when gone. 65 if I was gone for a long time. I'm miserable when I get cold and this was with sweats, hoodie, tshirt, and socks on. I was gone half of the billing cycle. Turned down to 67 when home 65 or 66 for sleeping, $140. Electric part is consistently $45. The gas rates have increased every month and apparently yes, they can change it whenever they want. Although I'm sure some people yapping about bills have it set at 75.

MY natural gas bill was almost 200 dollars this month. But I was under the impression that the only thing that ran on natural gas in my house was my oven. I got on the phone to the company, ready to demand that someone come out to make sure that my meter was reading properly. I love to bake and all, but come on, $200 worth? Lady on the other end of the line has to tell me that my heat pump and water heater also run on natural gas...

A heat pump that runs on natural gas? That sounds odd to me. Furnaces will use natural gas as will hot water heaters but a heat pump is a compressor driven by an electric motor.

My furnace and stove use natural gas. I have no idea what the hot water heater uses bc its not in my apartment. And thus sometimes I have a 3-4 minute wait for hot water especially first thing in the morning.

Gas-fired condensing absorption heat pump for heating with geothermal systems - Efficiency up to 170% - Almost total reduction in electrical power Advantages • Exceeds peak efficiencies of 170%, guaranteeing up to 50% reductions in annual heating costs and in CO2 emissions compared to condensing boilers. • Reduces the costs for geothermal loops over 60%. GAHP GS needs only two 100 metres probes to develop the same thermal capacity of an electrical systems that uses 5 probes. • Its polluting emissions are lower than the limits set by the Blue Angel certification (www.blauer-engel.de). • It uses traditional polypropylene flues, exploiting condensation. The high pressure of the combustion system (up to 80 Pa) enables the extension of the vent to more than 20 m. In the case of existing buildings, a configuration of a coaxial flue gas discharge is possible. • It reduces electricity consumption to a minimum, thanks to the prevalent use of gas. To produce more than 40 thermal kW the unit electrical power consumption is less than 0.5 kW. Versions • HT: for the production of water at high temperature (retrofitted radiator systems); • LT: optimized to produce hot water at low temperature (new systems with radiant panels or fan coils).

Dear Management Would you please enforce the community rules. Children playing in the road and riding their scooters and playing baseball is damaging to not only the parked vehicles, but to your property as well. And as for the jacuzzi, the sign posted is not being adhered to so please do something to keep the diaper babies from the use of the jacuzzi! I do not know too many 18 year olds or older that have to wear diapers! This is a very serious health hazard to the child and could result in a lawsuit against your company if child should get injured and drown.
New management here seems unable to handle the too many children running around unsupervised around here...so ready to move!

My grandma has a heat pump. Runs on electric. Installed new about a year ago. Had a lot of problems with it already. In one of the repair guy's trips out he said they weren't really good for cold climates, that they just couldn't up when it got really cold. Not uncommon for temps to be below 20s for days in the winter in that area. Its working better now since the third technician came out. Heat coil or something like that was burnt out and the thermostat was wired incorrectly. It was wired correctly according to the booklet but the booklet from manufacturer was wrong.

Dear Manufacturer of (insert product here):
Could you get someone to please proof-read your booklet prior to releasing said product so that things get put together properly when they arrive at their destination? Otherwise, some mistake could prove very dangerous such as in the case of (explain what happened regarding the wiring and how the booklet was wrong). That could potentially lead to serious injury which could therefore lead to a major lawsuit.

I really like the shopping cart note. We get that almost every time we have to go into CostCo. Always there are those who leave their cart right in the middle while standing to one side or the other of it therefore blocking the entire lane.

LOL!! That was me usamomma- and I agree- Costco is definitely full of the block-aisle-with-cart offenders. And then they have the audacity to look at you like you are inconviencing THEM to move it. Or better yet, have you ever moved someone else's cart to get past them? I thought this one lady was going to hit me.

Dear Rubbernecker in the car in front of me,
I guess you don't have anywhere to be in a hurry, but I do. Can you please look straight ahead and pay attention to the road? I know that watching another motorist on the side of the road changing a flat tire is absolutely fascinating, but push your accelerator please! It's the pedal on the right, just fyi. If you really want to see the action, why don't you pull over and offer to help the poor guy?
Thanks.

It may be a regional term, or the customer service person may have just misused the term. What we call a heat pump here is just an air conditioning unit that has a reversing valve so the the freon can flow either direction. They are only suited to certain climates and aren't very popular here.

Someone posted some information on it. They do make heat pumps that are driven by a natural gas engine. I hadn't heard of natural gas engines for home uses like that. I'd be interested in digging up some information on their maintenance requriements. Oil changes for example.
