Since I work my life from a metaphysical and real world angle intentionally I think I should try discussing my journey here plus have anyone add their stories too.
All paradigms have their limits and today I need to focus on the real world aspect of health which is causing mental symptoms and physical. I have allergies and tend to chronic sinus infections because of the physical structure of my nose. The best prevention is hydration to keep the infection at least flowing through but I find it hard to do at my per Diem job because bathroom breaks every hour or even every two hours aren't really acceptable as it is a chained to the desk position unless you can find someone to cover.
My natural state is to drink 20 to 40 oz. of liquid a day which would be fine if I weighed 40 to 80lbs. So I need to be mindful plus continue to develop habits to hydrate.
Not going to my spiritual center as it is not close and my concentration is bad due to sleeping roughly 4 hours with interruptions. Back is out and the left leg nerve is activated probably due to contraction of the muscles because they are not hydrated. The sinus infection plus the pain in my back and left leg are what are keeping me up BTW. Hydration is the ultimate cure although a current antibiotic would take the sinus infection out of the equation for a bit.
I don't enjoy when I screw up on basics and have to do the slow recovery thing. My 4 days in a row was originally going to be 2 days 1 off then my usual shift which would have allowed for less of an un-noticed fall into really bad liquid intake.

Attended a meeting this morning and learned Kelly Services does hire professionals but not through local offices. Apparently they have determined almost half of Americans, 44%, are contract workers which do not get health insurance unless they pay for it. Sounds like getting hired is not a quick process through them but one needs to respond within 24 to 48 hours usually to get on the submit list. They do deal with a one company I would like to work for they said the perm jobs are usually on the companies website but the temp jobs go through them. The local offices usual just handle admin and light industrial which explains my lack of success with them earlier in the year. Didn't get my UE re-application in. But downloaded some paystubs from my library contract job if I need them. Also paid my rent and was glad to confirm my car insurance was paid. Wasn't sure how easy paying rent would be given when I got cut off so I'm glad I didn't have to play games. Need to find where I've put my login info though for the local bank. All this jumping through hoops for BK documentation means my paperwork and lists do not stay where I think they should be. Time to make dinner and check on my liquid intake. Probably should take another Mucinex even though it may cause runs especially since the Prune debacle doesn't seem through my system. Hate making the choice of get the sinus infection draining yet live in the bathroom. Limits my ability to go and do things. Hope all is well in your worlds or at least on the path. Pretty day outside.

Not a good night last night. Only drank about 60oz. of liquid and I guess it wasn't enough. Need to add using my Neti Pot and get to 72 to 80 oz. liquid today as well. Hopefully that will confine the unhappiness and temporary runs to the daytime instead of Mr. Colon trying to keep me awake. Mood was better since I was hydrated from yesterday. Plus I spent some time with supportive folk in RL and on the phone. Good to be reminded to always affirm things will work out. Actually walked away from a PSG member because she wanted to discuss all things that could go wrong to push us off the fiscal cliff. I've noticed the more bitter people who concentrate on RL conditions seem to land less often in general. I want to join the lucky set including Doxie and Tloony who seem to be good at landing jobs.

Well the prescription sleeping pill helped ... but I wonder if it also hurt me. Wish I had an in house caretaker at the moment. I'm wondering if the dehydration sinus infection combo has gotten bad enough that I'm headed to the pressured speedy pole or what.
Really wish I could go old school right now and knock back some Port. XBF turned me onto Port wine as a wiser sleep aid than red wine. Not great if you do it regularly but if you need to balance the manic pole adding a little depressant helps at least in the short term. (There be a reason I was never a coffee drinker. I usually don't need it. I need the equivalent of warm milk and lavendar.)
Really hoping part of this is fall out from some clutter clearing and Feng Shui. Also had my Chiro appt today and hopefully I'm slightly more re-aligned and I'll reset more when I sleep tonight.

Real world crap update 9"50PM EST Wed 12/5/2012 Garnishment not in effect according to the guy at the Civil Court window but he said something like it might be in the hands of the court officer and I have the guy's phone number. Not critical, but I'd like to know when it hits my per Diem job so I am aware. Attended the Resume and Transferable skills module that my PSG teachs today. Skipped the afternoon session on Interviewing even though I would have liked to go. Arrived late because I went to the food pantry. Wanted to go home and see how much liquid I had drank and tracked. Plus the stuff was in the car and some of it wasn't canned goods. Did score though. Got some canned salmon in a shrinked wrapped sleeve. 6 cans. There was also 6 ketchup packets at lunch. Today's number was 6. No canned potatoes though. I'm reading Potatoes not Prozac and the closet thing I have to potatoes is Tater Tots from Walmart. My hope is to sleep well enough that I can sit on the NJ DOL phone and speak to a representative. The person at the window said be prepared for 50 call busy and hang ups. And its only 8:30-2PM anyway. They turn off the phones there so the government workers have a shot(host?) at getting through all the calls on the line. I've learned from the past that this does not mean you can call from home after 2PM and expect to get through.

Also one of today's themes was brain tumors and who's poorer than whom. I tried to cheer up a PSG member by telling her my current story. I prefaced it with this may or may not cheer you up depending on your circumstance but I'll give it a shot.
She's returning to the paid workforce. Her husband has had a brain tumor for 20 years and two other people in her extended family died from brain tumors this year. One of my fave patients passed at my workplace this year after his third admission. His wife is really nice and I guess she is still clearing out medical equipment, etc. OT, but I helped faciliate her desire to donate the equipment by hooking her up with the right people. I spoke to her just recently as she found something else she'd like to donate. (Boy that was too long. I should try being anti-verbose.)

Worked yesterday second shift. Wasn't the slow night I was hoping for. However, the universe decided to serve me up an example of a someone in reduced circumstances driving a Esclade who couldn't afford housing without assistance.
At first I thought I was talking to someone retired who was getting, let us say, only $500/mo. (Seemed plausible as I have spoken to at least a couple people in like circumstances.) But it turned out that is what we'll call patient X1 had available for housing after paying the car payment and car insurance. Like Doxie, the car costs are greater than the housing. Unlike Doxie apparently X1 got there legitimately. X1, shall we say made $150K when the Esclade was bought. The company folded, went over seas and didn't even offer X1 to follow the job. In the last year, X1's spouse divorced them.
I asked why not sell, why not turn it into something cheaper like a Ford or Toyota. Not surprisingly it turned out to be a numbers thing. Somewhat like my decision to keep my BMW when I was oustered from the job that enabled me to buy it. Mathematically it didn't make sense to turn it in to a Prius or something similar at its max depreciation point. (For me this was around 2.5 to 3.5 years into paying the loan.)
I remember having the conversation with my new boss. At the job where I wasn't even making half of what I had been making. She thought I should get a Prius for $25K. I didn't feel like pointing out
1) My car wasn't worth $25K at the moment given loans, etc. 2) I don't want a Prius 3) My car wasn't a $40K car even new ...
Sometimes it is the math, just math. Failure to see the truth of the matter ... is just not seeing.

Got the Meat Loaf Bat out of Hell (three/two/second one) from the Library the other day. I immediately graviatated to the song 'Alive'. Not finding the Youtube video with the lyrics and music so here's a snippet of lyrics only. Songwriters: Jon Bon Jovi, Andreas Carlsson, Desmond Child, Holly Knight, James Michael, Andrea Remanda, Richard S Sambora I'm still alive Must have been a miracle It's been a hell of ride Destination still unknown, it's a fact of life
If you make one wrong move with the gun to your head You dare to walk the line or you'll be left for dead
I'm a runaway train on a broken track I'm a ticker on a bomb that you can't turn back This time, that's right I got away with it all and I'm still alive
Let the end of the world come tumbling down I'll be the last man standing on the ground As long as I got blood rush trough my veins I'm still alive
Lost in the night Feeling so invisible Oh, a dead man walking the wire I have broke the devils net that's made of fire
And it's a long way down from the top of the world You better look around or you gonna get burned
I'm a runaway train on a broken track I'm a ticker on a bomb that you can't turn back This time, that's right I got away with it all and I'm still alive
Let the end of the world come tumbling down I'll be the last man standing on the ground And as the dust wheels look in my eyes I'm still alive I'm still alive
The darkest night ain't black enough To keep the morning light from shinin' The highest wall ain't tall enough To keep the smallest man from climbin'
The more that you resist the tide The more it pulls you in The more you hang on for your life
(I'm a runaway train on a broken track) (I'm a ticker on a bomb that you can't turn back) (This time, that's right) That's right I got away with it all and I'm still alive

Still alive, still not sleeping enough and having to concentrate on hydrating. Hopefully the probability of going off the rails has lessened, i.e. no unplanned hospitalizations ... meh
Current scorecard. Bankruptcy hearing date scheduled for January Fee waiver failed; have a payment plan. (Hah! With whose money?) New UE claim finally got a counselor on the phone after at least three calendar days and 10+ hours holding. Signed up for a Career Beacon to restart my process in the Grant pipeline. (UE counselor said to get it in as 12/29 all UE extended benefits are being cut by NJ. So scheduled to go Friday morning to one after working 8-2 Thursday.) Bearded Dragon ate a pseudo Lady bug like beetle and appears to have survived the experience. Food Pantry turkey finally cooked but not yet fully carved up yet.
Still to go Figuring out how and with what money paying PSE&G Making appt to get left hand front turn signal bulb replaced (Get updated quotes on replacing leaking oil gaskets, etc.) * Remain alive Try on size 8.5 sneakers so can being good ones to the lawyer's office with updated bank stmt printouts. (For single mother w/ son.) Green silk shirt for receptionist to try on too.

Thanks for the good wishes. I got a $1 bill in change I think at a grocery store and someone wrote a sentiment on it like 'Bless the bearer of this dollar with prosperity' or something like that. Not sure if it is the dollar but some smaller pieces of good news have cropped up. First, I received an unexpected care package from a cyber friend. Two, I won something at the Christmas Party held by where I work per Diem. Someone or someones from the committee I volunteer on slipped a $25 Target gift card by my car window yesterday. I was expecting at most a card and maybe money from Dad and that was it. I've been very pleasantly surprised to receive more. A good friend slipped me a card with some money too. TYVM.

Not sure I'll remember it all but, Dec. 11 to Dec. 21 progress: Got my sleep back. ;D Did my career beacon, attended the first two meetings on the grant process and have a counselor appointment for Dec. 31st. Got some updated stuff to the lawyer and one pair of sneakers for the single Mom. (One piece left to go. ) Lizard refusing bugs post pseudo lady bug so some force feeding of applesauce. Will probably branch into baby food soon. Still need to get gas/elec help Hope to get left turn signal bulb replaced and perhaps go to my set of winter tires on done tomorrow. (Not enough time to get new tires ASAP and the old winters have more tread than the 3 season summers.) Still have to hack up half of a turkey carcass and probably freeze most of what is still in the fridge. Laundry not sure when. My primary laundry room in the complex I think is still not open.

Another sporadic update. I see people are discussing when to take down the tree on another thread. Mine never got put up but I kind of would like to just to see if it should be tossed or not. It went into storage 2/2007 when my house was sold and went into the basement here when I moved in. Since we've had flooding, storms, and water in the basement I wonder how it has fared in its cardboard box. FWIW my big Christmas decoration is a artificial wreath on the door which needs a bow. I think last year the red one was damaged too much so I tossed it. Our outside doors are painted dark red so the red bow wasn't much of a plus anyway. ETA: Update - left turn signal bulb replaced. Discovered I tossed the old snow tires on the grounds it wasn't worth saving them for the remaining tread so no tires to switch too. Until I got my full quote including shipping, taxes and fees I didn't realize why some people were saying $200/tire. The Cheaper Conti's at $111/tire stock has been decimated for the season so I went with the Blizzaks at $125 hoping part of the passed on dealer discount would have helped more than it seems to have. I get to pay a $1.50 pre tire tire disposal fee even though I am not disposing of any tires. Apparently the fee comes with the new tires to make NJ happy in case we don't pay it again when we do get rid of them.

12/28/2012 3:02AM EST Having issues with sleep again as the weather has turned cold and dry. Doing better but not great with hydration so the sinuses unfortunately are not draining well enough to let me sleep peacefully and for more than a couple hours at a time. Trying a small dose of pharma sleep aid. Need to return a Bach sleep aid which makes me more awake and kind of depressed/angry. Should find the receipt. Have several things to return at Wegmans, three different receipts too. I wish they would just use my courtesy card to pull up the transactions. All three items are not things I buy regularly so they'd be easy to find. Oh well. On today's agenda is moving the steel rims into the trunk of my car, etc. in prep for my snow tires arriving at the independent mechanics. They were ordered yesterday and he feels there is a possibility they will arrive today either at 10AM or 3PM depending on Mr. UPS guy's whim. Also need to do document prep for my next grant appointment on Monday. Xerox things like the first page of my 1040, UE and per diem job paystubs, plus write several paragraphs on why I want the grant. I also should spend time to see if any approved providers are offering Linux Certs or more likely whether an approved provider who has it in their potential course catalog will actually teach it sometime in the next 4 to 6 months. We are supposed to visit at least three providers but given my car's condition and the minimal time between appointments it probably won't happen tomorrow afternoon unless I'm lucky. I'm now Monday morning(Friday if you want to be literal) quarterbacking wishing I had picked an afternoon appointment instead. (Just remembered I need to get an appt w/ the director so I am approved and given a login/pw to study current Microsoft products there.) I would have liked an appointment in January to give me sometime given I worked earlier this week, but of course the current book only went to 12/31 so I went with the flow. State government is so hurry up and wait. Hopefully I can stay grounded and focused during my BK hearing 1/10. According to the Mountain Astrologer magazine daily weather report it is going to be a tough day to pull that off. (For cosmic weather fans, looks like lots of changes/transitions on tap for 1/12 through 1/17. Not sure if or is the appropriate response. Time will tell. Just staying focused on my goals and not getting ahead of myself or conditions.)

Got the winter tires put on yesterday morning and worked the late shift on behalf of S. I think money-wise I did not save money getting it done through the independent mechanic but it was quicker and it did set me up to work this shift so maybe the net is a wash monetarily or slightly to my benefit?
Hope to go to church/Spiritual Center in under 8 hours. Got about 68oz. of liquid in me yesterday but apparently I need to repeat or do better today to convince the sinuses to drain. Time to see if the body will agree to a few hours sleep. Got in a couple I think from 10PM till midnight or something like that.

Very odd day today. Really wonder what the planets were like today or whether it in part was due to the physical weather, i.e. freezing with potential ice on the roads, but almost no one I usually hang with at church was there. Had our burning bowl ceremony for the New Year which was nice but only chatted with a few people.
Got to gather paperwork for tomorrow's NJ DOL grant appointment. Tired and just want to sleep. Hopefully I can push off my next appointment until after my BK hearing when I will have more time to juggle the grant process with everything else going on in my life. Still can't get Mom on the phone either. Per Dad she now hangs out in the lobby as a forlorn lump. The Alzheimers or whatever it is seems to be progressing quickly. I'm not sure I agree with my Dad and sibs that she will live several more years. I'm wondering if she has already hit that tipping point. Won't worry about it as it is out of my hands but hope I find the sweet spot to call her room soon. Its probably just an hour or two before she goes to bed at night.
Happy almost New Year's Eve to all.

Almost done with the BK journey piece. Made it through my trustee hearing today. It was later than expected. The judge must have had some interesting cases prior to the 10AM set. The 10AM appointments were held around 11AM until a little after Noon. I was part of the 11AM group and I think I got my few minutes with the judge perhaps 12:50PM? There were a couple cautionary tales of what not to do before I was called. One guy apparently had multiple real estate properties probably most of them rentals. If you have equity in a property do not use Zillow for your documentation if you want them to approve your petition. Other interesting tactics included using payoff notices over a year old. So now I just need to do my final on-line class. And then I should be done with that piece of my life. My next NJ DOL grant appointment is I think the 23rd of this month so I need to deal with training providers as well. I will say the Mountain Astrologer was correct in that today wasn't the speediest of days. Was different than I expected but luckily only in a eat lunch after 2PM kind of way so not so bad. Ended up working 4 hours tonight. Got a call just before I left the house this morning looking for coverage for tonight.

Another crunch week for me. Hopefully I rest well enough and remember to call the appropriate UE line first things and get through. I think the last agent trying to be nice and extend my claim at the old rate until 12/30 got over-ruled. My attempt to claim benefits resulted in 'Please speak to agent' over a week ago. (Yes, I'm bad and you have to be able to park on the phone at the right time.) So I've got to get through this week which is complicated by these short afternoon hours which started this Friday. I work 1245-415 M and T which means M I only have a few morning hours to get lucky. If not I have to sacrifice W and possibly Th to the cause. I'm already dreading them possibly retro downgrading what she did pay me which will put in me in the $800/mo hole retro to last month instead of starting now. Not looking forward to this although hoping maybe its just because I forgot about the 2 hours I worked one week. (Yep, every once in awhile I cover a couple hours of the front desk and that's it. Usually a call out or weird coverage issue.) Hope tomorrow and tonight goes well. I know astrologically the next few days through the 17th or so are supposed to be funky personal relationship wise. I think I however will have my hands full just trying to hit most of my to do list and staying somewhat healthy. Poor Mr. Lizard isn't getting the care he really needs but he is hanging in there. Both my old syringe type force feeding tubes need to be scrapped. Not sure if I want to see what the vet charges for a couple or annoy the poor guy with re-purposed droppers which dispense less. Meh. Also still need to see if I can get Mom on the phone. No success for several weeks. Need to remember to try later. I'm a little worried part of the issue might be over-medication. Happens easily in older populations and when they are a PITA ... it might be looked on as a blessing by the staff, etc. instead of someone checking into it. I haven't got Dad on the phone the last couple weeks either. (Have not been brave enough to call Sis with POA. Not up to being knocked off my carely crafted balance especially not now!)

Sat Jan. 19? 4:30AM EST
Well lots has happened in the past few days. My work schedule has completely changed so now I am in jeopardy of not being prepared for my DOL Grant appointment on Wed the 23rd. When I made the grant appt I did not have the small 3.5 and 2.5 afternoon hours in my work schedule. Because Ashley needs off possibly for medical reasons I worked a longer shift than planned yesterday which compromised my ability to eat dinner and rest for that matter b4 meeting friends for a free movie at the library tonight. (Exceptional movie BTW. Clint Eastwood plays an aging baseball scout and the storyline concerns the relationship between him and his daughter, conflicts between work, family life and Justin Timberlake played the daughter's love interest. Justin is becoming/is an exceptional actor. I even liked how he looked in his skivvies.)
I'm on now posting because my sinus drainage/sickness is at the stage that it is draining ... but not fast enough to prevent fever, body thermostat issues, huge going and staying asleep issues, etc. Because this has been going on for days mentally I am not good at things I need to be precise at. So stuff like research on the grant stuff I try to do normal hours, preferably after at least some sleep.

Breaking this up into multiple posts for readability and skimmability. If you do lurk instead of post please post and say Hi or a comment once in awhile. I strongly prefer only supportive comments at this time because I am walking a very fine line at the moment and until just now wasn't willing to block anyone. I started this thread in part because MissR and others want me to run my life their way instead of the way I need to do it. I don't have the strength or desire to explain why overall my strategy is best for me instead of somewhat time-tested RL canards so I thought this board and its readers would be more likely to know and support that working the issue in conciousness first is far more effective than working it in RL when the real problem is what your beliefs are.
Hmmm. Good point for a post break.

Oh, I finally did get my Mom on the phone and she sounds kind of like herself. I am wondering if I can get Sis with POA or Dad to get me her medication list. As I am typing this I wonder if I can get myself authorized on her contact list for medical information since I am her daughter. Not sure if Sis 1 would help me or just be too busy to get to it. In any event, while we were talking a nurse came by to give her that last medication of the day. She wasn't wearing pants. Sigh. I don't know if its what happens when one lives in a facility or what but her comment to me was 'well at least it wasn't a male nurse so no big deal'. Sigh.
Of course on today's shift I had to deal with a patient that had soiled himself and the wheelchair and had shifted himself on one of the visitor chairs, tastefully upholstered BTW, before I could notice and stop him. I did get the nursing station to send someone stat but there are times as a receptionist it is exhausting trying to convince patients and staff to do the right thing before something becomes a crisis. At least the chair wasn't visibly soiled but I think if we still have the deodorizer spray in our front desk I am spraying that sucker if I get a chance after 2PM today.

I am still alive! I didn't get anything useful done towards my grant appt on Wed 1/23 which of course was/is worrisome as I have only a few days, all of which I work, to do things like find three Linux training providers who fit NJ DOL guidelines and are willing to go through the process to be certified by both NJ state and my county, Somerset, so I can then once they are certified get the course paid for through the grant. Much like a CC balance, one can not declare victory until you have actually achieved a zero balance with zero charges state.
Explaining the process to some patients and or staff I realized I can sell it to these vendors I just don't if they would buy it. Mainly because since I have never been a business nor worked for one certified by the state I don't know what the advantages to become an approved provider is except for like needing to buy a lottery ticket in order to win the lottery, you as a business cannot receive that $3-$4k/per unemployed person from the state for providing training without being certified. That's why lesser lesser light institutions IMHO love to be providers. Their business model is set up so a person can spend all their grant money on as many as 4 different courses. FWIW, a NJ grant can only be 'spent' by the unemployed person(hopefully O4L) at one training provider. Therefore there is no incentive for *me in specific* to spend as little as possible to get a Linux cert. Nor because the timing on the process even without the optional loop of get your training provider certified can take months is there an incentive to add lower cost providers to the certification network if you will when it is you who might miss the opportunity alltogether to even get training if the process takes too long.
Oy, forgot fellow lurkers, yesterday was 'official' speak like a male day yesterday.
Nothing accomplished towards NJ DOL grant. Rough day. Maybe tomorrow?

My natural state is to drink 20 to 40 oz. of liquid a day which would be fine if I weighed 40 to 80lbs. So I need to be mindful plus continue to develop habits to hydrate. Hi Opti, don't know if your current work schedule/conditions have changed for the better or not. I assume you have exhausted the usual channels of communication with superiors/execs/boss to see if you can get breaks to compliment hydration. A person's health is paramount imho, everything else is secondary after you take care of you. I have a similar situation where drinking water throughout the day is tough, no breaks. Getting up extra early to down 1 to 1.5 liters before I leave the house helps immensely. Some water through the day and I avoid diuretics (sodas and salt) then after work I tank up on another 1.5 liters of water at the gym and after. Dunno, if this helps, it's a way in which I get through the day with less breaks as I am with clients face to face through most of it.

CJ, I'm impressed. 33 to 45 oz. in the morning just before you leave. How much do you weigh BTW?
There are days I have to fight just to get to 40oz. because of my schedule and I have the Perimenopause twist which has come back in force which actually is a good sign. No, SV, where I work actually in some sense is the worst it has ever been because one of the PT receptionist pair broke I think some bone in her foot ... I believe but I am not sure. I know very little but she fell and like many 'Oops there I was medical moments' it can change everything in an instant and you just have to ride out the process including seeing the doctors, getting test results back, etc. I think she finds out if she needs a real cast or can just kind of imbolize it. (Which reminds me to get my prayer and martial arts network to make it so.)
Couple hours ago I decided I would call out for my scheduled shift tomorrow although I think I will offer to cover lunch for an hour at most since I need to finish my registration in our new payroll system and print out my first paystub for NJ DOL the Warren St. piece that handles the grant and probably UE in the Somerville office so we both can confirm my "new" employer indeed has something to do with the new payroll system. My new employer is in North Jersey supposedly I think Fort Lee but doesn't really matter. The name sounds wrong but that may also signal that at the same time Care One has either been bought or merged with another healthcare system. Given the Pfizer mergers, buyouts acquistions I'm going to guess the latter ... so mental note 312: google Care One, healthcare mergers, Fort Lee, etc. to see if anything pops up.
One thing I learned from my Avotus layoff and watching our clients downsize, merge, acquire or be acquired is the buyer's sw systems often get rolled out by fiat(I initailly put Fiat, which is the Italian carmaker, who well is associated with the same in the car space and there is a Fiat dealer in the Bridgewater area. Not sure technically what town because its well NJ.)
Since its midnight I am going to try to sleep a bit again. Lots of adrenaline, stress, period starting and will complete if I keep the hydration up so good sign instead of working 4 days in a row. (Only one of those days was in my schedule on Jan. 10th BTW which was Sunday Jan. 20th.) I also discovered why I got asked to work 8-330 today instead of 1245 to 415. It was the FT person's bday. I worked until 436PM which is roughly the regular FT shift as the PT didn't get the memo that since it was a holiday, Martin Luther King day, we could split thehours more like a weekend.
Oy! In good news one of the better off patients mental, etc. wise told me to chill and we would take care of the rest of my flower duties. Since it was a working holiday the Florist did deliver the facilities flowers for the front desk and the dining room. However, interestingly enough the Waste Disposal?(my short term memory is verplunkt) did a robocall to notify the facility that it would come tomorrow not today. ....And there were issues with phone lines affecting our fire alarm service and actual turning on and off phones in the patient rooms.
So I think if I work tomorrow for lunch coverage I will bring J the patient my list of people for him to kick their ass. I'll have to think on that. We just had the state certification visit too starting roughly the Friday after my BK hearing, which yes I did work. I asked my current supervisor which I think I got mid-year for a raise as I know lots and I realize I am kind of a UNIX systems administrator just w/o the pay. Jay the patient said I should be running the place because I think of innovate ways to fix issues if there are glitches in the supply chain. His shower handles literally are screwed up and really don't turn the water on so he has been without a shower for a couple days... bottom line ... since we had two surprise departures(intentional) we actually had two rooms with no one in them that he could have used to take a shower today when his wife/girls/whomever came tonight. (It will be interesting to see what happens ... suggested that as a today solution to maintenance if he couldn't get it fixed ...
.... .... . (Sorry, info . It has been a truly crazy day. I think the inaugaration made today a pressure cooker in part FWIW.)

Clarification: Lizard got loose bowels post pseudo lady bug and didn't want to eat. Assumed it was the doppleganger bug but perhaps I was wrong. I guess I should have let him to try to eat the one after that. (Low humidity, high winds seems to be good for some insects looking for a house 2 live in. FWIW.) Got my replacement housefly one or two nights ago. Was real cold and was able to easily move him around. Not sure if it is dead or alive or where it is. The lizard might have eaten the last one but I'm not sure.
