I lose the board often when navigating from one page to another and get the IE can't display this page message. It takes forever to go from one page to another, the new button doesn't take me to new posts since I last read the thread and the quick reply doesn't work. Moon you may have finally succeeded in getting rid of me. ...it's taking me around 10secs a click... so it feels like a retro kind of day deserving of parachute pants and neon shoestrings... and boy, I do NOT miss dial-up...

The board taking forever and a day to do anything isn't me, however.

Moon I only added it to the long list of stuff that is making participation on the board impossible. Those April converters are so lucky!

Good to know it isn't just me. Loading is taking forever. And for some reason, the chat box on the home page is being blocked by my work filters. Wasn't earlier. Now it is.

The Quick Reply not working was me, Later.
It was an honest mistake. I made sure everything was working when I went to bed, but there was a security feature I hadn't anticipated.

this one isn't so much a bug, but a maybe-nice-to-have?
if you have a notification waiting in your profile and you click "profile", can we have it jump straight to the notifications tab? with how slow V5 is to load, it might save us all some aggravation.

Seems to be getting worse for me instead of better...
I don't think I've had any response To previous posts of problems other than an "I don't know anything about safari".
The proboards app was wonky the last 2 days, now not working AT ALL on my iPad or iPhone.
I posted already that I tried the "compatibilty view" fix in IE at work and it did NOTHING. Board is totally unusable in it's state there. Are there any other ways to fix this?!
So, basically I have tried using proboards in 3 different forms (safari, app and IE) and none of them are functional. Safari is the best of the 3 but that's not saying much. I already reported the issues I am having with safari, but, like I said, got no response of help from any admin....

Heh. We used to have days, before the conversion, when the boards hobbled around like a crippled turtle. While I'm sure a lot of this has to do with the conversion to something new and the bugs one expects to encounter with such a change, it's not really anything all that new to the internet. We got good days and not so good days. We adapt, we get on with it, and we live to encounter some other spanner in the works. That's life in the vastness of cyberspace, folks!

GRG a/k/a goldenrulegirl, Sharon, NancysSummerSip - Do you get the csrf_token error every time you go to use quick reply? If you refresh the page, does quick reply work? If you click the change user button in the bottom right, select your account again, and go to use quick reply, does that fix the issue? Thank you for your help with this issue!

Testing Probaords request.
OK, I just posted the above three words with Quick Post. It worked, no refresh or other work needed. It works like it should.

Sorry you feel like maybe we don't care. we do. but whenever something is new, there will be bugs. apparently, safari on ipad is one of them. Zibazinsky has had the same issue today. i'm seeing users on another newly upgraded forum say the same thing. it will get looked at by PB because a whole LOT of other boards upgraded beginning last night and i'm quite sure there are others having the same problem.
One other thing you can do, is actually post your bugs on the support forum- support.proboards.com. there is a section for mobile users there, and they may have answers. i will also add that the focus is on PC based systems and it may take a bit for the mobile apps to catch up with v5 compatibility. that's nothing any of us here have any control over, i'm afraid.

we did find that there was a plugin that was causing problems. not sure if it was source of the token error, but it was the source of the 'invalid request/ suspected forgery errors we were also seeing in quick reply.

Danged plugin. Or let's just blame Virgil. It's been what, at least 10 minutes since we've made him responsible. And the speed seems to be picking up. I wondered if the earlier slow speed was due to other boards being upgraded while we were all here.

The only "bug" I am still having (other than slow load) is that if I use the "participated" box, it freezes me up. The little "it's working" icon spins and spins and I have to exit and log in again. Anybody else? Obviously, the solution for now is to just not use the "participated" box, but didn't know if this has been reported yet.

W We've been getting record traffic.
Our new 'most users online' is in the high 2,000's now. People must be poking in to see what v5 looks like for the early adopters.

Namaste - There is something screwy in the message center. I sent a pm back to SL, but it comes to me as well, like a ghost message in the Inbox, but it also shows in the Outbox where it should. Plus I was deleting messages in the OUTBOX and messages vanished in the INBOX. I had sent a pm to myself of all my favorite Avatars. I deleted that message in OUTBOX but it vanished from INBOX as well. I have no clue was happening only don't delete anything in your messages right now. I managed to find my Avatar PM to myself on the TESTER V5 Board.
Good Luck Everyone

Also when I enter threads on here for the first time I'm put on page 1 of that thread, not the current page.
