yes bulldog, i am really thinking about coming in June, i think it would be wonderful to meet up in person and meet the others also.
I am also hoping that i will have good news at the end of dec but we shall see. i am just so thrilled not having to run somewhere every day, makes my life so less stressful. The other thing is that I am oh so thankful that i had very little side effects from all of the treatments i have gotten. I feel myself getting stronger everyday, they say here at work my color is improving and i am the best looking sick person they have seen. LOL seems my cancer doctor says the same thing whenever he sees me.

Afternoon all, So i went in for the Petscan yesterday. I will find out the results next thursday when i go to visit my doctor. I have to just say again, how much I so enjoy coming here to read everyones postings, YOU GUYS ARE THE BESTEST. HUGS TO YOU ALL.

Ok so here goes, I would guess this belongs here. Got back from the doctors, i good news and sorta not good news.
Good News is that it appears the tumor and area that we have done radiation on has not grown or is active. All organs look good, no cancer in any organs My blood work was great and my cancer markers were way down under 60, they were at 196 the last time.
Not So Good News is that it appears outside of the radiation area, some of the lymth nodes have grown a millimeter and are active, not sure if that means producing cancer or not. (i will have to talk to DIL to make sure i heard that correctly)
Right now we are not going to do anything for 6 weeks, in 6 weeks i am going in for a ctscan and blood work, we will see if lymth nodes have grown and then see where we will go from there.
So I have a reprive for 6 weeks of doing anything, but gaining weight or keeping it where it is at. I feel fine, i look good and I have a positive outlook.
So It appears I will be around for awhile, at least another 6 weeks. LOL sorry but if i dont make a joke out of it who will.

Thanks for the update. It sounds like the radiation did it's job where it was focused. Hopefully, those other nodes will turn out to be nothing. Take care and stay warm.
