**Or if anyone knows what RIB these came out of, please let me know. I have only seen a RIB mag around here once, but I can hunt for it this week if I need to.

Hi all! I am actually doing the happy dance from my last trip to Shoprite this morning. ;D Frugal Suz and any other Shoprite shoppers the Gift card Catalina works on the Gas Cards too. I got 2 $25 Shell GC's paid my $50 plus got a $10 OYNO cat. I actually did it twice. Seriously the shell station is probably 0.05 cents more a gallon than WaWa but with the cat it ends up being 0.75 cents cheaper! Can't beat that deal with a stick! I will probably do that deal again too.

Re your Huggies at CVS: I believe the Reinventing Beauty q's now say "manufacturer coupon" at the top and if you try to use it with a regular insert man. q, the register will beep. Now, some cashiers will push through the CVS RIP q anyway but some won't. I've found that the young guys will always push it through. Females, no matter the age, will not. Your CVS may be different, but that's been my experience when using both those types of q's.

Mine either--but I don't eat because of cholesterol issues (darn menopause!). But I do have two others in the house w/o those concerns so I buy flavors they like. If it were a chocolate, chocolate fudge, etc., my hips would be doomed! I do allow myself to have a chocolate fudgsicle now and then.

murphath thanks for the heads-up. There's a really nice store around here that might take them both. Guess it can't hurt to give it a try. After the $2 Qs and EBs they come out to about $5/pack anyway, which is still my stock-up price. But I would like the extra $3 off if I can get it

sam, not sure if you are on facebook, but you can like the CVS page and share a story about how a CVS pharmacist has helped you and get a $3 off $15 coupon. You can get as many as you have email addresses (don't need multiple facebook accounts). Today is the last day, so it might help out your scenario. You can only use one per transaction, though. Here is the link www.facebook.com/CVS/app_243285692416511You might have to hit reload if it shows up blank - it does that the first time I click on it every time.

I THOUGHT I read that they were one per card, but that was before I had heard about being able to have sent them to different email addresses.

HOUND ALERT: FREE Good and Natural Bar (5/6 RP) I know it's probably silly to post this , but I thought there might be someone who gets several inserts who might not be at all interested in these. I like to keep something like this in my purse for an "emergency" instead of picking up junky fast food and they are after all....free.

You can get multiples with one card, so long as the email addresses are different. I only have my one card, so I used it all 3 times I got the coupon and it worked. You do have to present the card to use the coupon.

In case anyone is having a dreary Monday like we are (it has been raining nonstop for 3 days it feels like), here is a funny story from my CVS run yesterday. I had the $1 Kotex Q, and was at SCO and it wouldn't scan. So I went over and told the supervising cashier, and he gave the Q and me the hairy eyeball and said, "Where did you get this? It doesn't look right." I said the U by Kotex website, and that I had used them before without a problem. He said, "Ok, well, I'll do it the old fashioned way even though I probably shouldn't." and entered the Q and then put it in the coupon slot. He saw the slot was backing up and said, "Oh, here, let me show you my tried and true method!" picks up a candy bar from next to the SCO and throws it down the coupon slot!! Yeah, you'll get in trouble for using my completely legit coupon, but not for throwing merchandise into the register...right...

Ah.....I don't have them at my CVS. They added them at one of our bigger stores a few months ago. So far, I have not seen many people use them. They picked the wrong location to do that since the customer base at that store is really a ton of older folks and they want to talk to the cashier, socialize and enjoy the trip rather than go do self checkout. One day when I was trying to check the stock on something, the manager was asking people if they wanted to try it since the lines were long, but no one wanted to

Does it work slick as snot? I think my store is pretty small because it does not even have a beauty counter, so I doubt that we'll ever get a SCO. We currently have 4 possible check stands (one of which is the photo counter), but most of the time there is only one checker except during standard busy times. I have used them a couple of times at Safeway and Nob Hill, but A LOT of times the darn machines do not like the coupons.

I could too. DS is your age and I wish he was as handy as you are. You remind me of my sister. She's the only female I know personally that can change a bad cord on an appliance. Aww thanks! I have done several handy jobs...changed oil in my car, grease the bearings, replaced a radiator hose, changed tires, assisted in change brake pads and shoes, among household things like my dryer lol That's great! I wish I could do all that. I bet it saves you a lot in repair costs. Next time I'm up your way I'll drop in for an oil change.

Disappointed flour tortillas usually go on sale for .99 for Cinco De Mayo, the only went as low as $ 1.60. Guess I'll be making a trip to Costco. This is another product I found regularly at the $ store for $1. If you have one that sells food, check there.

Albertsons has Classico pasta sauce for 2$ per bottle this week and if you buy 2 tomato sauces, you get an Alfredo sauce free. With the 1$/2 MQ for Classico in today's paper and doubler Qs, it comes to 4$ for 6 bottle of good pasta sauce. Sweet Baby Rays are 88c per bottle and Monterey mushrooms are 1.29 per 8 oz. Do we have the doubler coupons here? Are they in the ad?

The coupon book is valid for 2 weeks, but I decided to stock up on the pasta sauce.

I have tried using the SCO at SW, but the coupon machine does not like me either. But I have heard other people try to scan the long code like the ones for the Speedstick so that it auto deducts the amount instead of having to enter it manually.

The self check-outs are the only option at the one I go to regularly - there are 4 self check-outs and 1 employee monitoring/assisting. It is a college town, so everyone loves them. And apparently the coupon receptacles are full of candy, haha.
