I do not understand this thread's objective at all.. Is it just my density or what?
Giraffes evolving and not created by God? What is behind that thought? Is it because the giraffe is an odd looking animal? So are some folks, but we've all been created by God, right? Maybe I am missing the code of context here.. ;D

Maybe I am missing the code of context here.. ;D the objective ,i think, is to start a discussion (endless, i'll grant you) about how it all got here, and what mechanism is driving it all..............the giraffe cud equally be an anteater, or a beetle(God must have an inordinate fondness for beetles, said Darwin, on realising how many beetles there are,............). A giraffe, despite its long neck ,still has only 7 cervical vetebrae, and is thus sometimes used in discussions about evolution, so maybe thats why the giraffe is in the title, or maybe im reding to much into it...............what dou think?  |

I must revisit the movie again. I don't remember the line. I used to watch The Wizard of Oz, Peter Pan, Christmas Story and something about a Chocolate Factory with my children every year for years.. Actually, I've thought about it, and JCs part in things is no longer obscure,but still complicates things a bit(thats mornings for you..) Oh.. He's (Jesus Christ) is everywhere. He's everywhere. When we choose to seek him out we will find him. Parabolic speaking --> Next time you find someone who is genuinely hungry or thirsty, sick, orphaned and the like, there you will find Jesus Christ. Complicated are many in part who believe He's (Jesus Christ) lives in the moon and the stars, the rivers and the trees. Nah. This lets' us know He's been there. His fingerprint if you will.. But, He's everywhere.. He's everywhere! Complicating for some, I wholeheartedly agree with you, Eggs.. Not so with others. Depends on what one chooses to believe.. |
