We need to open up our exports ASP and start shipping it to the EU. Germany has already said it would buy all they could get. Energy really does Run the World. NG, we have more than what we need. Our energy policies will dictate if the WORLD makes it or not. JMO This Cap and Trade Bull#$%t will be the Least of our worries.

So, we are talking export companies? Pipelines? Refiners?

So, we are talking export companies? Pipelines? Refiners? A++++, REFINERS EXPORT HEAVY OIL (#3 DIESEL) FROM THE VERY HEAVY OIL YOU CANADIANS SEND TO TEXAS. TEXAS USES METHANE TO REFORM FOR H2 PRODUCTION: WE USE Pt TO CRACK THE VERY HEAVY OIL TO MAKE DIESEL #1, #2 AND #3 FOR EXPORT. IT WILL BE QUICKER TO INCREASE OIL SENT TO TEXAS FOR GERMANY THEN EXPECT TO CREATE NEW OPERATIONS IN TEXAS AND GERMANY WITH NEW SHIPS TO CARRY IT THE LNG. IN BID SPRING , TX THE OLD FINA REFINERY WAS RE-ENGINEERED TO TAKE HEAVY OIL FROM CANADA ALSO. YES, BIG SPRING IS ON THE NEW EXTRA HEAVY UP TRACK NEEDED FOR THE NEXT GENERATION OIL (VERY SAFE) TANK-CARS. Just a thought, BiMetalAuPt PS: In 10 years we will be using small amount of Electricity to active D2 in a complex of Palladium to make 2500% more energy.

Niiice.. So essentially pure volume ensures mega profits for any and all aspects of the NA oil patch, per declining oil prices and increase share prices over the last few months. Got to say I'm loving Suncor more all the time. Oh ya, and they are starting their own wells on fire.

A++++, That is bitter sweet. You would not do that if you wanted the cost advantage to go to the heavy industrial base methane is producing: just look at the use of H2 made from reforming CH4. I would rather convert heavy Canadian oil to diesel with the H2 and sell it to Germany. I looked up SRE and the price of the stock has reflected the future income. Just a thought, Bruce

, Aren't we at a breaking point with NG prices and supply though? As in, we are oversupplied and this will be but one ave to support prices so it will still be cost effective to move the gas around instead of flaring it off? God bless,

I've really been looking at the Oil Patch stocks right now. They have sold off to where they are becoming a great buying oppertunities, OAS, CLR, Wll. OAS extremly sold right now, oil prices still in the 90"s. Fundalmentals still strong. JMO

This is very true of the Midland/Monahan's terminals for oil shipped to Cushing, OK. Also the Canadian oil is greater to move to Port A, TX for refining . I still think the Pipelines are much more interesting. My answer is still SE. UNP has added to the super heavy tracks through Abilene, TX for the next generation heaver tank cars. Midland is the real bottle neck: Big Spring does have a small pipeline and the ALON refining operation has expanded 50% this year and is making a killing on the spread.

Bruce, I know the well-head price is lower but things like EPD is doing will help them out in the future. seekingalpha.com/pr/10941665-enterprise-to-hold-open-season-for-proposed-bakken-to-cushing-crude-oil-pipelineThis will elemanate a lot of the truckers and Rail-cars and help in the spread. I also put money to work today with CLR bought at 66.29 and was happy with the close at 67.41 OAS bought at 41.53 and also happy with the close of 42.50 WLL boufgt at 76.45 and also happy with the close of 77.70 I know it's only been 5 or 6 hours but you have to start somewhere.

And I'm sure that these Company's are hedgeing their future price they get for their oil. I know I would have been selling most of thier production way in the future when oil was in the 100's. JMO

, I can't remember what show I was watching but I seen one of those buses, they have it across the top that they are natural gas fueled - very cool. Ours here have "biodiesel fueled" all over them. Either way it makes the mid east even more China's problem.. SE- Spectra, Northeast Propose $3 Billion Natural Gas ProjectI'm loving TRP this year, been treating us well. Also, infrastructure repair, like pavement, tarmacs, etc.. need oil. Instead of rolling those tbills into the UST, roll them under steamers into jack hammers, into housing and consumer spending, then into the UST in increased economic growth. Later,

Yes very much like the Dakota's and TX, a couple areas in Canada have high paying jobs thanks to O&G.. Layoffs loom in Alberta’s oil patchIf the US dropped oil imports from outside North America, oil producers in Canada would need to double production. I'm thinking that based on long term future growth, the Canadian oil patch is the place to be.

SJT HAS A TARGET OF 20.50 VS PRICE OF13.51. DIVIDEND PAY OUT CURRENTLY IS 6.1%. IN THE NEXT YEAR MANY OF LAST YEARS PIPELINE DEVELOPMENT SHOULD BE ON LINE AND THE PRODUCTION RUN RATE LOWER AS THE DECLINE IN A FRACTED WELL IS LIKE THE GLIDE PATTERN OF A ROCK.
HIGH RISK TRUE BUT LONG TERM INCOME OVER THE NEXT 20 YEARS COULD MAKE THIS A BUY OF THE CENTURY.

, SJT looks very interesting. The biggest thing I have to watch for right now is currency. When the market recovers down the road so will the Canadian dollar. The extra % on the dividend is nice, but if I'm buying US shares right now it's gotta perform like NOC did last year for us. I'm picking up ZEO with the dividends that we have to reinvest - Kash is King. Also going to be looking at Canadian banks in the next while. Our housing and labor market have already given them a haircut, and as that situation deteriorates further BMO will continue to sell at more and more of a discount - as I'm sure you know. God bless,

A++++, Well, NG is the only thing with an upside in demand not in huge storage. NG will fire boilers for power to reduce CO2 production.

Ty, finally had a chance to read the article. Interesting stuff, lots of weight there that's for sure. Interesting points too. For instance, the open export expected of other countries is a double standard. Seems to me we could be moving toward a two fold move here that would essentially be the biggest change to the energy market in post war history. Cutting off OPEC imports and opening the export market, while continuing to move towards natural gas domestically.
