It's okay if you think this is a dead thread decoy, all it takes is a handful of smart people to make a difference in this world. Which is why I agree 110% with what.. Years ago we knew that there was oil and gas in the shale but we didn't have the TEC to get it out and really didn't know how much there was. Could you really call it a Resource then? But now we do have the TEC to get it out of the ground and we can really show that it is a Resource that is a Game Changer for all of us. We need more Refinery's built here in the US( EPA get out of the way), More pipelines and Storage built to handle the added production. Have the Large Gas Stations put in CNG tanks for Cars and Trucks( wouldn't take them long to do it) More Cars and trucks that run on CNG. The cost difference of $2 compared to $4 per gallon is a game changer in itself. You know how much money that would put back into the consumers pocket. We could see DOW 20000 if that happened.Free enterprise at it's best. Oh and the JOBS it would create. Our Housing problems gone. You know who else agrees with us. The CEO of CHK. The people who are at the forefront of fracking technology around the planet. The people that have the ability to do something about the situation. That's right Decoy, an American company is leading the world in Nat gas recovery tech, weird huh? You know what's not weird. Last year when I said that the American Renaissance had begun. You ready for it?

Another game changer would be to let all of our Multi Corporations bring that 4 trillion that they have setting overseas back home TAX Free but tell them they Have to spend 30% of it here in the US.

I would like to see them put the 2 trillion they have in the US to work too. It's like Bruce was saying though; it's all about phase delay now. It's capitalized, just have to put it to work now.

It's still cheaper( but not by much) to upgrade their old Coal Burning Plants without just shutting them down and trying to find a new construction site and build another one. Too many years to get it through the system if ever. Their was a Reason why Al Gore lost his Home State in the Election. It's funny that if he won his state, Florida wouldn't have mattered.

Well, lets hope that they can fit those new plants with CSS for Co2 injections, and bio mass production so there can be no more forced closing in the future b/c of the Zelots. ;D At least they won't be hiking price just because of a law suit.

Ah yes. But you see unlike the 80 that your talking about, which I'm sure center around govt spending money to put people back to work. What this does is sets a US wide standard for journeymen. These plumbers, techs, ect, ect, could now be FREE to work in any state with their tickets. So employees like DUK that need welders in NC, could hire an out of work journeyman from FL, or AZ.

Have fun. China Opens Oil Field in Iraq www.nytimes.com/2011/06/29/world/asia/29chinairaq.html?_r=1 That really says something when a lot of people thought that going into Iraq was all about getting the oil. That will make the Iraq war reperations pd for in USD, supplied by the Chinese. Just like the EU is now going to be supported by USD, compliments of the Chinese.
