Mitten I'm glad for you hope it keeps on going To bad about your son though. We always hope we don't pass our illness onto our kids bcausewe know what its like to live with it I hope he out grows it My pdoc increased my antidepressent and added another med more pills (ug) hope everyone has a wonderful day  |

weezy: It would be nice if he would but I doubt he will, I didn't. I know I had it as a teen since I remember basically have two different personalities. In the summer I would have lots of friends, be out having a wonderful time, in the winter I would wear drab clothing, and not hang out with anybody. My mom wasn't the sort to look at what was happening to me so I was basically left to myself to deal. I will keep monitoring him and upping his dose of vitamin D. I will also research other ideas and see others have done or recommend.

Hi everyone! I hear you on the winter blues...where I live...i don't think many of you would say we have a winter! But I still get the blues too.
It has been beautiful lately...sure wish I could enjoy it! My allergies are so so so bad. So I stay couped up in my house! I am on two different allergy treatments. It is helping...but not enough! A couple of years ago, there was one day where I could not stop sneezing...I had to have sneezed over 300 times in ONE day. MISERABLE~!
I need to be more of a regular visitor here! I miss everyone!
Easter...I bought things to make my Grand-baby and great-niece bows for their hair to put in their Easter basket...I don't like to buy to much candy for the kids!
Speaking of...I better make my list! Goldfish and fruit snacks! My son gets disappointed if I don't buy candy...he is such a big kid (29 yoa)! My only child so I have to keep spoiling him...right? hehehe
Being a grandma is the best thing ever! I so cherish the time I get with my little one! She is just adorable! She will come and take my hand and "lets go", she wants me to go with her where ever she is! Sure makes me smile just thinking about it.

Hi everyone! Busy weekend. Just got back from the dentist. My mouth is numb and I can only eat soft foods for the next day.
But I am also stuck at home since DF had to take the van. The car and truck aren't running. Hopefully just the batteries.
I hear you guys on how the kids can make your life so much better. I love cuddling with DD and exploring new things with the kids.

my grandson is so far away he is frowing by leap and bouns by the pics I get on facebook he is sicha handsome young man I wish I was near them so Icould spoil him and my SGC i miss them so much along with my son

Hey everybody. Sorry I have been in abstentia.
I have DM living with me now. It's very stressful, there is not enough space and April is an anniversary month from hell for me.
It's 20 years since my suicide attempt, 26 years since my father started abusing me. The girl who got me away from my father- my BFF J- is coming down this weekend to see me- we reconnected on FB and I have not seen her in 20+ years.
I am working on a demo for a singing contest again and am considering self producing an album. I have found that I hate working at the computer. I have to be active. I would love to be able to go back to being able to work outside- but doc will not let me go back to work- and no one will hire me since I am not available like other people.
Tbear will be 13 in a week+ and we are going out for all u can eat sushi (our fave thing).
I hope everyone is doing well.

Hello everyone. Been a while for me also.
I have been pretty depressed lately too. Had been off meds for a while and did well, but went back on about a couple of weeks ago. My brother in law had to have brain surgery about 2 weeks ago, thought we were going to lose him. But he has made almost a full recovery. So amazing! This has made me really think about my mortality. I had thought that I would be in a different place in my life by now. I know I need to let it go and be who I am, where I am, but it is so hard for me to do. I know I worry about way way too many things. I just feel like I am in such a rut! Not sure what will help.
