wallace is saying the right things about coming in and being a backup. They usually do when they realize that's the best they're gonna get. Only the smart ones. GO RAVENS!!!

True. And it's not like Green Bay is going to have a quarterback competition for starter right now. How many times must you rub that in?

Sorry. If it's any consolation, the general discussions I've been around are expecting Aaron to get a serious hit and be out for a while either this year or next year. The O-line can't protect him enough.

The O-line can't protect him enough. The O-line is key for any quarterback. I would never wish an injury on him, but I wouldn't mind if he stunk it up once in a while. This year he is more than welcome to stink it up on Sunday October 13th.

<Beth ponders what "stinking it up" would really be in this case - a passer rating of 90%...>
I need to work on my fantasy roster and pick tonight's game. In my fantasy league, Flacco is my backup QB to Brady.

I'm not sure who the Ravens are playing tonight, but Brady's going to have the Bills defense to pick apart on Sunday. just my two cents.

haha nice. I'd still start Brady over Flacco - I think my HS team could beat the Bills.

Definitely go Brady. Bronco's D is solid.

Kickoff temp tonight is 93. Conditioning is likely to be a big factor. I'll probably pick the Broncos when I do the picks for the pick em league. And Brady was totally drafted as my #1 QB. I will start him.

Well, I guess we know what an elite quarterback looks like now, huh? Seriously, you can't blame Flacco for that horrible mess! Peyton was on fire and we certainly helped them every way we could. The stupid rookie taking out Jacoby was unbelievable-in a bad way. I would cut him now. The good thing is that it only counts for one loss no matter how ugly. So, I expect every one of you to show up and face the music when your team gets a good whipping like we did last night.

I couldn't bring myself to ask my friends about them giving up the most points ever in a game.
I am very glad I'm not playing the person who drafted Peyton in my fantasy league this week.
For what it's worth Flacco's projected points were like 8ish and he got 15. Brady's projected is 17 so he better shred the Bills.
Hopefully Jacoby will be ok. That's a big blow.

So what do all you Forty Whiner fans have to say about the extra down the refs gave you? That is unacceptable. Boldin was on fire. I really like him and I'm happy to see him do well.

Yeah, our D couldn't stop him. The refs are now saying there were 3 fouls on that play and the Packers got a lucky break...

Go Hawks. Yes, could you make sure your team wins, please? The Redskins did not look good last night.

Boldin absolutely shredded the Green Bay D.
Who know I should have started Flacco instead of Brady? I would have gotten more fantasy points! I guess the Patriots decided to play down to the Bills level?

I gave up at halftime on the Seahawks game.
I didn't watch a whole lot of football this weekend. Just the Packer game really. Not sure where the day went, when I think about it.

Speaking of Sunday night football......... Da Bears defeated Pittsburgh tonight in spite of virtually no throwing offense tonight
Big Ben threw for over 400 yards tonight for the Steelers, and still handed the victory to the Bears. Cutler decided to scramble 12 yards for a first down and knock down the defensive back who came at him, and proceeded to throw two long passes including an unbelievable touchdown pass to put the game away.
Add to the fact the Packers collapsed today, and it was simply a great day today!

It's your lucky year. Bears don't have to come to Seattle unless you make the playoffs. Enjoy your regular season.
