It takes too many clicks to go between here and EE. And my boss seems to think I should actually earn my paycheck.

Enjoying the new emoticons, I see? Come join us on EE--that's where most of the action is, since it's about as dead here as back on MSN.

MOST of the time it takes a lot to get me upset! However I do realize there are ...some situations that go straight to my nerve and blows my brains! Some time this year figured the attention span at work reading email is 3 lines! that's it! anything more than three lines in an email and the reader looses attention and just can not function / or comprehend what was just read! However even this NEW found thought does NOT apply to everyone! I received a reply from a TWO line email from the other male admin I work with! and his reply sent me into such a ....rage!! I typed "can you give me your last two Inspection checklist dated 9/29 and 10/07. Send them to me in email would be best" THIS GUY sends me his reply!!! "do you want me to send you all the inspection reports? I can take care of this today when I get there." LOL! I mean ...what the fuck dip-shit! he does stupid stuff like this all the time!! nobody says noth'n! I replied "I only need the last two you did as stated below. I put in red for you to see. once you get here I would like an email - thanks" SO he gets to work CALLS ME UP AND ASKS...... <<ZAIRE takes DEEP BREATH>> WHAT'S YOUR FAX NUMBER!!!

From MSN Careers 8 jobs we'd love to eavesdrop on The whole situation made me realize that the conversations you'd hear during my average workday would probably bore you, or leave you scratching your head. My job is interesting to me, but for most people, listening to talk about content calendars, unemployment figures and what happened on last night's episode of "Community" wouldn't have droves of people tuning in. But it did make me think about all the other occupations that probably have some pretty great conversations, but that only a few people get to hear. Here are eight jobs that we'd love to eavesdrop on: Personal assistantsAny type of personal assistant, whether for a business executive or a Hollywood celebrity, puts up with a lot of demands. If the boss is really busy and doesn't have time to perform menial tasks that the rest of us have to do ourselves, assistants can end up hearing some interesting things. Someone has to order flowers for the boss's "lady friend" (who isn't his wife). Or maybe a Hollywood A-lister wants to know why her dressing room isn't filled with adorable puppies and kittens for her to play with. Imagine the conversations assistants must have with their bosses.

Hi-Ya Femme! I would like to eavesdrop on a lawyers office or lawyer assistant. I thought it's wacky around the office where I work at! Geez!! LOL ;D I'm a lawyer's assistant and you wouldn't believe some of the things I hear. Every client thinks I'm their new best friend since I can't tell anyone what an a§§hole their ex-whatever is, how they really didn't commit that crime and here's what happened, the list goes on and on. It's an entertaining job until people want me to give them legal advice, and some of them I have to tell over and over again that "I'm not qualified to answer that question but I'll be happy to pass it along to Mr. Attorney."

my accord battery was OUT!! I tried to start it by remote and the signal returned a error!! I tried 3 times and started to think - has the car been stolen!! so I got to the garage and it was there - WHEW!!! but NO POWER at all today in my opinion was our (NJ) first really cold day and I didn't drive the Accord in 7 days - sooooo after work I pushed it out of the garage - pulled the SUV next to it and connected the batteries and I'm good BUT all day I didn't want to do all that! I was just going to purchase one of the portable car battery chargers - but this problem so rarely happens to me at the end of the day the purchase would have been a waste

my Accord is running great again!! got the catalytic converter replaced with an aftermarket one (unfortunately) but the cost savings was so dam substantial I felt like I was forced to go after market! Honda wanted $700 JUST for the part - to put in my hand - $700. Then add the upper and lower shields at $30 each - then add front and rear gaskets - then add the labor costs!! so it would have been VERY WELL over $1000 for this one job which didn't matter if I had the work done at Honda or not. additionally I had something called a flex shield that had to be replaced as well.
Paid for everything - including labor for under $500 / then had the brakes fixed at the same time for just over $400 so far so good and running pretty smoothly!! ;D

I'm FINALLY in the sick situation and was going to work! LOL also GF caught my cold...so I know I was contagious (well she kept kissing me..but still) I couldn't decide if I was having allergy attack or getting sick, but last Friday - sick I don't get sick often maybe, just maybe twice a year. But mostly not at all in a year. now allergy attack I feel is something different But I'll take a Claritin and - Fixed

SAY WHAT??!!! I was at the dentist office to get a cap / crown. Then he tells me this will cost me $350...... I was like ...ok then I don't need a cap / crown over the back tooth. so this was not a wasted appointment lets just do a cleaning. on the way out I asked how is the payment for the cap/crown? one time or over a few payments? two visit process! half up front and second visit the balance. LOL - still no - my answer is no - I'll do without

I sooo hate being down in the dumps over work shit! but after thinking over and over again I finally was able to answer my own questions about this big meeting. Two Admins in another office were mentioned at the meeting. AND it looked like they helped / were asked to put some things together for the meeting. THEN MY partner at work who swore UP and DOWN she had Nothing to do with the meeting other than reserve the room got a FN special thanks at the end "without your behind the scenes help we couldn't have done this!" so that's 3 AND what really burns is the other male admin used his computer to run the slide show for the entire meeting! and HE to was saying I don't have anything to do with the meeting!!! and get this HE STILL managed to screw it up!! fortunately I only told two people that I strongly feel I'm going to be put on the spot and asked to answer some questions or introduce myself to the new people. I wrote up a quick notes for both scenarios just in case. well nothing happened....I was a total guest I just have to now get over the being left out feeling MY boss in my opinion sounded the worst - if he had a ......script he didn't follow it and decided to freestyle his part/ section!

A lifetime of telling people yes, inconveniencing myself to help others, being dependable, come to me and I can get whatever done, putting others before my own happiness.
to now it's about me, what do I like, no one else seems to be there for me, now I'm here for me. ;D
does not feel good to say no - to tell someone nah I'm not gonna do that. I will not lie or make up an excuse straight up - no I don't want to
