I would vote for Pink Floyd or The Eagles. If that were an option.

Ooooh, I vote for the Eagles too.
Saw them in concert when Linda Ronstadt was the warm up. Both groups sang Desperado.

Someone voted for Warrant? Really? Name a Warrant song other than Cherry Pie. I didn't think you could. ;D

I used to get sick of the ones radio/MTV ran constantly. And the power ballads always got that treatment.

True. But you can't deny a power ballad. They did a cool cover of we will rock you.

True. But you can't deny a power ballad. [/quote] No, but I can be sick to death of hearing it. Dream On is a great power ballad but I could do without hearingfor a good long time.
I never heard Warrant's cover of We Will Rock You.

Wow, my whole message got bigger not just the quote, looks like I was shouting. lol You can find everything on YouTube. I already knew you're not right, but not liking Dream On just proves it.

I do belong in the loony bin. I think my all time fav power ballad is Faithfully. But I pretty much like most anything from Journey.

Don't know if I have an all time fav....... it depends on the mood I'm in too much.

Yea, I kinda know what you mean, but I don't think I ever tire of hearing that song like I do others.

I never get tired of Hotel California, feels like I was born knowing that song. Other than that one.....hmm.......there's gotta be others.

Great song! I could listen to The Eagles all day.
What all types of music do you like? I can listen to rock, bluegrass, jazz, (old) country & classical.

Rock for the most part. I can listen to country and jazz and some classical (if I start listening really hard and relax too much I'm asleep lol). Just don't make me listen to Top 40 pop crap and most rap. (I do like Eminem's sarcasm)

I learned to appreciate classical music from Looney Toons. I can't listen to the 1812 Overture without imagining anvils falling from the sky. Yep, know what you mean about the Top 40 pop garbage. I don't like Rap but I do like some Hip Hop.

Everyone gets their first classical exposure from cartoons. Used to anyway. Bugs Bunny was the 1st place I heard opera too.
